Claims (10)
- Kapsel (1) zur Herstellung eines Getränks, umfassend eine Seitenwand (2), eine Wassereinlasswand (3) und eine Auslasswand (4), die einen Hohlkörper (5) bilden, in dem ein Brühprodukt enthalten ist,
wobei die Einlasswand (3) mindestens einen Einstechbereich (P) aufweist, wo die Kapsel mit mindestens einer Öffnung versehen werden wird, wobei der Einstechbereich der Einlasswand mit einer Vielzahl von Schwächungslinien (7) mit verminderter Dicke versehen ist, die geeignet sind, durch einen auf den Einstechbereich ausgeübten Druck durchbrochen zu werden, um eine Öffnung in der Wand (3) bereitzustellen, wobei die Vielzahl von Linien (7) mit verminderter Dicke ein Muster bilden, welches eine Vielzahl von Winkeln (a) einschließen, die durch die Schwächungslinien (7) definiert sind, wobei das Muster der Schwächungslinien (7) eine unterbrochene Linie (20) darstellt, die sich umlaufend in dem Einstechbereich erstrecken, und alternierende Linien (7) mit verminderter Dicke mit Bereichen (16), die eine größere Dicke als in den Linien (7) aufweisen, wobei die Bereiche (16) in dem gleichen Abstand (R) von der Achse A-A der Kapsel angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Winkel (α) in dem Bereich von 110° bis 25° liegen und die Schwächungslinien (7) "V"-förmig sind und ihre Scheitelpunkte (6) alternierend in Richtung zu der Peripherie (2a) und der Zentralachse (A-A) der Kapsel ausgerichtet sind, wobei die Dicke der Wand der Bereiche (16) gleich dem des Restes der Einlasswand (3) ist. - Kapsel nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Winkel α im Bereich von 30° bis 95° liegen.
- Kapsel nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Scheitelpunkte (6) der Winkel α entlang einer kreisförmigen Bahn in Bezug auf die Zentralachse (A-A) der Kapsel angeordnet sind.
- Kapsel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der die Einlasswand (3) innere und äußere verstärkte Bereiche (8, 9) aufweist und Teile der unterbrochenen Linien (7) zwischen den verstärkten Bereichen (8, 9) positioniert sind.
- Kapsel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, umfassend eine Vielzahl von Aussparungsabschnitten (12), die sich entlang des umlaufenden Endes (2a) der Einlasswand (3) erstrecken und sich vorzugsweise sowohl an der Einlasswand (3) als auch an der Seitenwand (2) erstrecken, um eine (9) der Verstärkungsbereiche bereitzustellen.
- Kapsel nach Anspruch 5, wobei die Aussparungsabschnitte mit zweiten Linien (17) mit verminderter Dicke versehen sind, die sich vorzugsweise radial auf der Aussparung und auf der Einlasswand in Richtung der Zentralachse (A-A) der Kapsel erstrecken.
- Kapsel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei sich die unterbrochene Linie (20) außerhalb des Einstechbereiches erstreckt.
- System zum Zubereiten eines Getränks, wobei das System umfasst:- eine Kapsel (1) mit einer Seitenwand (2), einer Einlasswand (3) und einer Auslasswand (4), die einen Hohlkörper (5) bilden, in dem ein Brühprodukt enthalten ist, wobei die Einlasswand (3) mindestens einen Einstechbereich (P) aufweist, wo die Kapsel mit mindestens einer Öffnung versehen werden wird, wobei der Einstechbereich der Einlasswand mit einer Vielzahl von Schwächungslinien (7) mit verminderter Dicke versehen ist, die geeignet sind, durch einen auf den Einstechbereich ausgeübten Druck durchbrochen zu werden,- eine Brühvorrichtung (15), die Einlasswanddurchstechmittel (14) umfasst, die vorgesehen sind, eine Kraft oder einen Druck auf die Kapseleinlasswand (3) ausüben, um mindestens eine Öffnung in der Wand (3) bereitzustellen, wobei die Schwächungslinien (7) mit verminderter Dicke in dem Einstechbereich (P) ein Muster mit einer Vielzahl von Winkeln (a) bilden, wobei das Muster eine unterbrochene Linie (20) darstellt, die sich umlaufend erstreckt, und Linien (7) mit verminderter Dicke mit Bereichen (16), wo die Dicke nicht reduziert ist, wobei die Bereiche (16) in dem gleichen Abstand (R) von der Achse (A-A) der Kapsel angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Winkel (a) durch die Schwächungslinien (7) definiert sind, wobei die Winkel (α) in dem Bereich von 110° bis 25° liegen und die Schwächungslinien (7) "V"-förmig sind und ihre Scheitelpunkte (6) alternierend in Richtung zu der Peripherie (2a) und der Zentralachse (A-A) der Kapsel ausgerichtet sind, wobei die Durchstechmittel mindestens eine Klinge umfassen, die die Einlasswand bei einem Abstand R von der Kapselachse (A-A) berührt, und wobei die Einlasswand (3) bei dem Abstand R nicht mit dem Schwächungslinien (7) versehen ist.
- System nach Anspruch 8, wobei die Durchstechmittel (14) eine Klinge (14b) und einen zusätzlichen Abschnitt (14a) umfassen, der sich seitlich von der Klinge erstreckt und zusätzliche Linien (17, 17') mit verminderter Dicke aufweist, die sich teilweise in den Bereichen der Einlasswand (3) erstrecken, die durch den zusätzlichen Abschnitt (14a) der Durchstechmittel kontaktiert werden können.
- System nach Anspruch 9, wobei sich die zusätzlichen Schwächungslinien (17, 17') radial in Bezug auf die Zentralachse (A-A) erstrecken und wobei vorzugsweise die zusätzlichen Schwächungslinien an den vertieften Abschnitten und an den benachbarten Bereichen der Einlasswand (3) bereitgestellt sind.
