The patient transport device comprises at least one adapter element, which is provided with a connection to the carrying receiving unit, in particular without damage and preferably without tools, detachable and particularly advantageous tool-free reconnection, and has a shape adapted to make contact with a loading area of the vehicle. The adapter element has a movement surface to allow movement of the patient support between the loading surface and the support receiving unit.

In particular, a fast, secure and / or
uncomplicated loading and / or unloading of patients. In addition, a high level of comfort for the patient can be achieved. The at least one patient support can advantageously be moved while avoiding a gap between the support receiving unit and the loading area of the vehicle. A "loading area" is to be understood in particular as meaning a surface of a floor, in particular a patient floor, a loading panel and / or a carrying support device of the vehicle which can be moved out and / or moved out of the vehicle, via which the loading and unloading operation is performed at least one patient support and / or the at least one transport incubator is movable. Furthermore, an "adapter element" should be understood to mean, in particular, an element which is intended to enable a coupling of a vehicle-side shaping of the carrying receiving unit to a shaping of the loading area of the vehicle, which differs in particular from the vehicle-side shape of the carrying receiving unit. The at least one adapter element preferably has, on a side facing in an operating state of the carrying receiving unit, a shaping adapted to the vehicle-side shape of the carrying receiving unit. The term "vehicle-side" should in particular be understood to mean a side which, in an operating state in which the carrying receiving unit is coupled to the loading surface, faces the vehicle and in particular has a minimum distance to the vehicle. Under one "Shaping" of the at least one adapter element is to be understood in particular an advantageously outer geometric configuration and / or contour and / or shape of the at least one adapter element. Under the phrase that the at least one adapter element has a shape adapted to the loading surface for contacting the loading surface, it should be understood that when contacting the at least one adapter element and the loading surface, the at least one adapter element and the loading surface at least in the Substantially aligned with each other, in particular for at least largely avoiding gaps and / or gaps. A "detachable" connection between two components should in particular be understood to mean a connection which is reversible, in particular as often as desired, damage-free to manufacture and / or separable, preferably while avoiding damage to the two components. The at least one adapter element is preferably fastened without damage in an operating state to the support receiving unit. The detachable connection between the support receiving unit and the at least one adapter element is advantageously produced by means of pivoting, by means of plugging and / or by means of suspension and / or separable.

Preferably, the at least one adapter element has at least one lateral guide element which is provided to guide the at least one patient carrier and / or the at least one transport incubator during a movement over the at least one adapter element. A "guide element" should in this case be understood to mean, in particular, an element having at least one surface which restricts, in particular, a freedom of movement of the at least one patient carrier and / or the at least one transport incubator and / or advantageously defines at least one direction of movement into which the at least one patient carrier and / or the at least one transport incubator is movable. A "lateral" guide element of the at least one adapter element should in particular be understood as a guide element which, when viewed in a plan view with respect to a transverse direction, is arranged in a vicinity of a boundary of the at least one adapter element, in particular at a distance of less than 20%, advantageously less than 15% and particularly advantageously less than 10% of a transverse extent of the at least one adapter element. A "transverse direction" of an object should in particular be understood to mean a direction which, when viewing a smallest cuboid, which at least just surrounds at least one adapter element aligned parallel to a second longest side of the cuboid. A "transverse extent" of an object is to be understood in particular to mean a length of a second longest side of a smallest cuboid which just barely encloses at least one adapter element. As a result, the at least one patient carrier and / or the at least one transport incubator can be moved in particular safely and / or quickly over the at least one adapter element.

In addition, the at least one adapter element, in particular on the vehicle side, may have a protective element which is provided to at least partially avoid damage to the vehicle.

Advantageously, the patient transport device comprises at least one further adapter element, which is in a comparison with the at least one adapter element of a different type. Two adapter elements of a "different type" should in particular be understood to mean two adapter elements which differ from each other at least in one feature, wherein the adapter elements have in particular different materials and / or are advantageously provided for different connections to the carrier receiving unit and / or preferably a different one Form and / or have a different geometry. In this case, various embodiments of the at least one further adapter element that appear appropriate to a person skilled in the art are conceivable. For example, the at least one further adapter element could have a greater longitudinal extent in comparison with the at least one adapter element, in particular in order to transport longer patient carriers by means of the carrying receiving unit and / or advantageously to bridge greater distances between the carrying receiving unit and the loading area. However, the at least one further adapter element has in a comparison with the at least one adapter element for contacting the loading surface a different shape adapted to the loading surface, whereby in particular a coupling of the carrying receiving unit to any shapes of loading surfaces of any vehicle can be achieved.

Furthermore, it is proposed that the at least one adapter element is provided to a plug connection with the support receiving unit. A "plug connection" is to be understood in particular a detachable connection, which in particular by means of a linear movement producible and / or separable and in which advantageously at least a first plug element when viewed in at least one plane surrounds at least a second plug element over an angular range of at least 180 °, in particular of at least 270 ° and advantageously of at least 330 °, in particular encloses. There are various, a person skilled in appear reasonable embodiments of the connector conceivable. For example, the at least one adapter element and the support receiving unit could be provided for an interlocking connection, wherein the at least one adapter element and the support receiving unit are pushed onto each other in a production of the releasable connection. Preferably, however, the at least one adapter element has at least one plug-in element, wherein the plug-in element is advantageously designed as a bolt and / or pin. In this case, the support receiving unit in particular has at least one corresponding plug-in element, which may be formed in particular as a recess and / or opening. Alternatively, the at least one plug-in element could be formed as a recess and the at least one corresponding plug-in element as a bolt. As a result, in particular, a connection that can be produced and / or released quickly between the at least one adapter element and the support receiving unit can be achieved. Furthermore, in particular a low-cost configuration and / or an uncomplicated connection between the at least one adapter element and the support receiving unit can be achieved.

In addition, it is proposed that the at least one adapter element has at least one quick release for producing the detachable connection with the carrying receiving unit. A "quick release" should in particular be understood to mean, in particular, a fastening which can be produced and / or separated in particular without tools, for example by means of a detent, by means of a clamping, by means of a lock and / or by means of a clip. As a result, in particular a high stability and thus advantageously a reliable movement of the at least one patient support can be achieved.

Advantageously, the patient transport device has at least one bearing unit which, in at least one operating state, in particular in an operating state in which the at least one adapter element is inoperative, is provided for this purpose to receive at least one adapter element. In this context, a "storage unit" is to be understood as meaning, in particular, a pocket, a suspension, at least one rail, a basket and / or a special holder. Advantageously, the bearing unit may be provided to receive at least two, preferably at least three and more preferably at least four adapter elements. In this way, in particular flexibility can be further increased. Furthermore, advantageously a coupling of the support receiving unit and thus in particular a takeover and / or transfer of a patient, in particular during use, can be varied and, in particular, carried out on any side of the vehicle.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention it is proposed that the support receiving unit has a carrying receptacle which is at least substantially trough-shaped. In this context, an "at least substantially" trough-shaped object is to be understood in particular as an object which deviates from an object with a volume fraction of at most 50%, advantageously not more than 30%, preferably not more than 20% and particularly preferably not more than 10%, which is at least in a side view and / or in a side view on a cross section through the object, at least one, preferably centrally formed, recess and / or groove and preferably at least substantially constant material thickness of at most 15 cm, preferably of at most 10 cm, preferably from has a maximum of 5 cm and more preferably of at most 1 cm. Thus, the support receptacle may be at least partially, preferably formed to a large extent and more preferably completely trough-shaped. Preferably, the depression extends, in particular in a side view and / or a side view, to a cross section through the object, over at least 10%, preferably at least 25% and particularly preferably at least 40% and at most over 80%, advantageously at most 70% and especially preferably a maximum of 60% of a transverse extent of the object. In this case, a "material thickness which is at least essentially" constant should be understood as meaning, in particular, a material thickness which changes over the transverse extent of the object by a maximum of 10%, preferably a maximum of 5% and particularly preferably a maximum of 1%. In this way, in particular, a comfort of the patient transport device can be increased. Advantageously, the support receiving unit and / or the supporting receptacle additionally and / or alternatively an inclination, preferably an inclination in the longitudinal direction, with a Tilt angle of not more than 10 °, preferably of at most 5 ° and particularly preferably not more than 1 °, which in particular rainwater can easily drain and / or drip off. Furthermore, it can advantageously be achieved an easy cleanability of the support receiving unit.

Furthermore, it is proposed that the carrying receiving unit has a securing unit which is provided to secure the at least one patient carrier and / or the at least one transport incubator. A "securing unit" is to be understood in this case, in particular, a unit which has at least one securing element and is in particular intended to fix a patient, the at least one transport incubator and / or the at least one patient support on the support receiving unit, in particular crash-proof, and / or secure. The at least one securing element can be designed, for example, as a guide. In this case, the securing element can adjoin the receiving surface of the carrying receptacle and in particular protrude beyond the receiving surface in a normal direction. Preferably, the at least one securing element is formed integrally with the supporting receptacle. In this context, "integral" should be understood to mean, in particular, at least materially bonded. The material bond can be produced, for example, by an adhesive process, an injection process, a welding process, a soldering process and / or another process that appears appropriate to a person skilled in the art. Advantageously to be understood in one piece, however, molded in one piece. Preferably, this is made one piece from a single blank. Alternatively and / or additionally, the securing unit may have at least one second, in particular elastic, preferably spring-elastic, securing element. Preferably, the at least one second securing element is wedge-shaped and designed to be deflected from an initial state, in particular a securing state, in at least one operating state, in particular when the patient carrier is pushed on and preferably by the patient carrier, and then automatically return to the initial state. In this case, the at least one second securing element is preferably arranged on an edge region, in particular an edge region of a longitudinal extension, of the carrying receiving unit and / or of the carrying receptacle. In particular, on at least one second securing element opposite side at least one hook may be formed, which in at least an operating state for securing the at least one patient support and / or the at least one transport incubator, with which cooperates at least one second securing element. Furthermore, it is conceivable that in each case at least one second securing element is arranged on both edge regions, in particular both edge regions of a longitudinal extension, of the carrying receiving unit and / or of the carrying holder. Alternatively and / or additionally, the securing unit may have at least one third securing element, which is designed in particular as a securing strap. The at least one third securing element can in particular be firmly connected to the carrying receiving unit and / or be fastened in at least one operating state via a holder on the carrying receiving unit. In this way, in particular a backup, in particular a fall protection, of the patient on the patient transport device can be achieved. Furthermore, the patient transport device can advantageously be made flexible and in particular adapted to many different carrying devices.

Advantageously, the securing unit comprises at least one mushroom-head locking element. A "mushroom-head locking element" is to be understood in this context, in particular an element, which at least one, in particular mushroom-shaped, closure element, preferably a bolt and / or a pin, and / or at least one closing element, in particular at least one recess, at least one guide, at least a lock, at least one holding device and / or at least one slot, and in at least one operating state with a corresponding mushroom head locking element, preferably the at least one patient support and / or the at least one transport incubator cooperates. The at least one, in particular mushroom-shaped, closure element is advantageously arranged on the at least one patient support and / or the at least one transport incubator, while the at least one closure element is preferably arranged on the patient transport device. In this way, in particular a backup of the patient on the patient transport device can be further improved and in particular a flexibility of the patient transport device can be further increased.

Preferably, the support receiving unit has at least one device receiving area. Under a "device receiving area" should in this context in particular a, in particular specially defined, spatial area, preferably a relation to the receiving surface increased and / or decreased range understood, which is provided in at least one operating condition to at least one, preferably electrical, device record. In particular, the at least one device receiving area is defined by an elevation, in particular a pedestal, and / or a recess. Advantageously, the support receiving unit limits the at least one device receiving area when viewed in a plan view of at least one, preferably at least three sides. The at least one device receiving area is preferably arranged on an edge region, advantageously on the edge region, which lies opposite the securing element, of the carrying receiving unit. In this way, in particular a simple and fast device attachment and / or device capture, in particular in a takeover of a patient from a vehicle, are made possible.

In a further embodiment of the invention, it is proposed that the patient transport device has at least one vertical, in particular a purely vertical, arranged lifting element which is provided, a vertical distance of the support receiving unit, in particular an upper edge of the support receptacle, to a footprint, in particular a bottom surface, to adjust the chassis. Preferably, the patient transport device has at least two and particularly advantageously exactly two such, in particular purely vertical, arranged lifting elements. In this context, a "lifting element" is to be understood as meaning, in particular, a preferably cylindrical and / or cuboidal element, which is intended in particular to provide a linear lifting force. The term "vertical" should be understood in this context in particular an orientation which is perpendicular to the at least one receiving surface of the support receptacle. Preferably, the lifting element is designed as a lifting column. In this case, the lifting element can advantageously be arranged upside down, whereby in particular from the direction of the support receiving unit, a liquid penetration into a movable part of the lifting element can be prevented. In this way, in particular lifting and / or lowering of the support receiving unit can be facilitated and, in particular, possible rocking movements can be reduced.

If the at least one lifting element is electrically driven, an amount of work can advantageously be reduced. Beschreibung des AusführungsbeispielsDescription of the embodiment

FIG. 1 shows in a schematically simplified illustration three patient transport devices 10, 12, 14 for taking over a patient from a vehicle 16, which are coupled at different locations of a loading area 30 of the vehicle 16. The vehicle 16 is designed in the present case as an aircraft, in particular as a helicopter. The loading area 30 is formed directly by a patient floor of the vehicle 16. The patient transport devices 10, 12, 14 are formed at least substantially identical. Thus, only one of the patient transport devices 10, 12, 14 will be described in more detail below.

FIG. 2 shows the patient transport device 10 in a detailed representation. The patient transport device 10 forms in the present case, together with a patient support (not shown) a so-called stretcher. Thus, the patient transport device 10 is designed to be movable. For this purpose, the patient transport device 10 has a chassis 18. The chassis 18 is made of stainless steel. The chassis 18 has a chassis fairing 56. The chassis trim 56 is convex. In addition, the chassis trim 56 has at least one drainage possibility, in particular at least one recess 58. In the present case, the chassis panel 56 has two, in particular identical, recesses 58. The chassis trim 56 is made in the present case of a plastic. Alternatively, a chassis trim may also be made of aluminum and / or stainless steel. Furthermore, the chassis 18 on a chassis 60. The chassis 60 has four wheels 62 in the present case. The wheels 62 are identical. The wheels 62 have a diameter of 20 cm. The wheels 62 are formed as smooth running wheels. A wheel bearing of the wheels 62 each has a cover 64. Furthermore, the chassis 60 has a plurality of pedal rockers 66. In the present case, the chassis 60 has four, in particular identical, pedal rockers 66. The pedal rockers 66 are intended to be operated with one foot. Each wheel 62 is associated with one of the pedal rockers 66. The pedal rockers 66 have three modes of operation. A first mode of operation blocks the associated wheel 62. A second mode of operation locks the associated wheel 62 in one direction. In a third mode of operation, the associated wheel 62 is freely rotatable. Alternatively, it is also conceivable that a patient transport device has only one pedal rocker and / or two pedal rockers, which can be arranged in particular centrally and preferably on an edge region, with two pedal rockers preferably on opposite sides, a longitudinal extension of a chassis. It is also conceivable that two pedal rockers are assigned to the same wheels, so that blocking and / or release of the wheels can take place from both sides of a patient transport device. Furthermore, the chassis 18 has two bumpers 68. The bumpers 68 are identical. The bumpers 68 are arranged on an edge region of a longitudinal extent of the chassis 18. The bumpers 68 are made of a solid steel, preferably stainless steel. Alternatively and / or additionally bumpers on an edge region of a transverse extension are conceivable.

Furthermore, the patient transport device 10 has a carrying receiving unit 20. The support receiving unit 20 is made of a stainless steel. The carrying receiving unit 20 is intended to receive and / or store the patient carrier with a patient. For this purpose, the support receiving unit 20 has a carrying receptacle 36 with a receiving surface 70. The support receptacle 36 is connected to a solid connection unit 72. Alternatively, it is also conceivable to dispense with a connection unit. The support receptacle 36 has in the present case a material thickness of about 2 cm. The support receptacle 36 has a groove 74 in a side view (see also FIG. 3 ). The channel 74 is at least substantially centrally formed. The groove 74 extends over about 50% of a transverse extent of the support receptacle 36. Thus, the support receptacle 36 is formed at least substantially trough-shaped. Furthermore, the support receptacle 36 has an inclination. In the present case, the support receptacle 36 has an inclination of about 3 °. As a result, a liquid can flow away via the channel 74.

In an operating state, the patient support is movably arranged on the receiving surface 70. In order to secure a patient and / or the patient support in this case, the support receiving unit 20 has a securing unit 38. The securing unit 38 has a first securing element 76. The first securing element 76 is designed as a guide. The first securing element 76 adjoins the receiving surface 70. The first securing element 76 protrudes in a normal direction of the receiving surface 70 over the receiving surface 70 upwards. The first securing element 76 surrounds the receiving surface 70 from three sides. A vehicle-side side of the support receptacle 36 is free of the first securing element 76. In the present embodiment, the first securing element 76 is integrally formed. Alternatively, a securing element could be designed in several parts, wherein individual parts could be attached to each other and / or to a receiving surface. Furthermore, the first securing element 76 on the support receptacle 36 is releasably latched. The first securing element 76 is provided to the patient support in the transverse direction to secure. Furthermore, the securing unit 38 has two second securing elements 78. In the present case, the securing unit 38 has two resilient second securing elements 78. The second securing elements 78 are identical. The second securing elements 78 are wedge-shaped. The second securing elements 78 are arranged on an edge region of a longitudinal extension of the carrying receptacle 36. The second securing elements 78 are intended to be deflected when pushing the patient support. The second securing elements 78 then automatically return to their initial state. The second securing elements 78 are provided to secure the patient support in the longitudinal direction. Furthermore, the securing unit 38 comprises two third securing elements. The two third securing elements are designed as mushroom-head locking elements 106, 108. The mushroom head locking elements 106, 108 are formed as recesses. The mushroom head locking elements 106, 108 are arranged in the present case on a side opposite the second securing elements 78 side of the patient transport device 10. The mushroom head locking elements 106, 108 are arranged on an edge region of a longitudinal extent of the support receiving unit 20. The mushroom head locking elements 106, 108 are arranged at least substantially at different edge regions of a transverse extent of the support receiving unit 20. The mushroom-head locking elements 106, 108 cooperate in at least one operating state with corresponding mushroom-head locking elements (not shown) of the patient support. The corresponding mushroom-head locking elements are designed as mushroom-head shaped bolts. It is also conceivable additionally and / or alternatively to use a safety belt. The safety belt could for example be connected to a connection element, special tabs and / or holes on a support receiving unit.

In order to couple the patient transport device 10 at any point on the loading surface 30, the patient transport device 10 further comprises at least one adapter element 22. The adapter element 22 is made of a stainless steel. Alternatively, it is also conceivable to produce at least one adapter element made of a different material, in particular aluminum, plastic and / or a fiber composite material. The adapter element 22 has in the present case a material thickness of about 2 cm. The adapter element 22 is formed at least substantially flat.

Alternatively, it is also conceivable that an adapter element is formed like a trough analogous to a support receptacle. The adapter element 22 is provided for detachable connection to the support receiving unit 20. Here, the adapter element 22 is provided to a tool-less releasable connection with the vehicle side of the support receptacle 36. In a coupling of the support receiving unit 20 to the loading surface 30, the adapter element 22 forms a connecting member between the support receiving unit 20 and the loading area 30. For contacting the loading surface 30, the adapter element 22 has a shape adapted to the loading surface 30. When viewed in a plan view, the adapter element 22 has a curved shape on the vehicle side. The adapter element 22 has a substantially trapezoidal shape. On a first side, the adapter element 22 has a greater longitudinal extension than on a second side, which is arranged opposite in a transverse direction of the first side. In this case, a vehicle-side side is curved to allow a coupling of the support receiving unit 20 to the loading area 30 in a substantially oval-shaped area of the vehicle 16. This oval shaped portion of the vehicle 16 could be, for example, a rear portion of the vehicle 16, as in FIG FIG. 1 shown.

Furthermore, the adapter element 22 has a protective element 80 on the vehicle side. The protective element 80 is intended to prevent damage to the vehicle 16. In the present embodiment, the protective element 80 is formed as a padding. The protective element 80 extends on the vehicle side over substantially an entire transverse extent of the adapter element 22. Alternatively, it is conceivable that a protective element is designed in several parts and / or has interruptions. Various embodiments of a protective element that appear appropriate to a person skilled in the art are conceivable. For example, an adapter element could be at least partially elastic on the vehicle side. It is also conceivable that an adapter element on the vehicle side has at least one reinforcement.

The adapter element 22 is further provided to a plug connection with the support receptacle 36 of the support receiving unit 20. For this purpose, the adapter element 22 has at least one plug-in element 82. In the present case, the adapter element 22 for a preparation of the connector exactly a plug-in element 82 (see also FIG. 3 ). Alternatively, further numbers that appear appropriate to a person skilled in the art are Plug elements conceivable, in particular two, three and / or four plug-in elements. Different adapter elements could have different numbers of plug-in elements. The plug element 82 is designed as, in particular elongated, hook. The support receptacle 36 has a corresponding plug element 84. In the connected state, the corresponding plug-in element 84 of the support receptacle 36 interacts with the plug-in element 82 of the adapter element 22. The corresponding plug element 84 is formed as a recess in the support receptacle 36. A number of male members 82 and corresponding male members 84 are substantially the same.

To produce the detachable connection with the support receiving unit 20, the adapter element 22 on a quick release 32. In addition to this, the support receiving unit 20 has a corresponding quick release. The corresponding quick release cooperates in the connected state with the quick release 32 of the adapter element 22.
