Claims (10)
- Brandschutzvorrichtung (10) einer Start-Steuerungsvorrichtung (2) einer elektrischen Anlage, wobei die Start Steuerungsvorrichtung (2) mindestens eine Anschlussklemme aufweist, wobei jede Anschlussklemme mit einem elektrischen Leiter verbindbar ist, wobei die Schutzvorrichtung (10) Mittel zur thermischen Überwachung des elektrischen Leiters bzw. der elektrischen Leiter zum Ermitteln eines einen vorbestimmten Grenzwert überschreitenden Temperaturanstiegs bezüglich jeder Anschlussklemme umfasst,
wobei die Schutzvorrichtung (10) an der Start-Steuerungsvorrichtung (2) mittels mindestens eines mechanischen Verbindungselements (16) mechanisch fixierbar ist,
wobei die thermischen Überwachungsmittel mindestens einen Temperatursensor (36a, 36b, 36c) zum Erfassen einer Temperatur in einem ersten Aufnahmehohlraum (8a, 8b, 8c) der Start-Steuerungsvorrichtung (2), welcher nahe einer Anschlussklemme eines Leiters angeordnet ist, umfassen,
wobei die Schutzvorrichtung (10) eine Injektionsvorrichtung (30) umfasst, welche elektrisch mit dem mindestens einen Temperatursensor (36a, 36b, 36c) verbunden ist und zum Injizieren eines Brandlöschmittels in Richtung des ersten Aufnahmehohlraums bzw. der ersten Aufnahmehohlräume (8a, 8b, 8c) nach Ermitteln einer den vorbestimmten Grenzwert überschreitenden Temperatur durch den Temperatursensor (36a, 36b, 36c) ausgebildet ist, und
wobei die Schutzvorrichtung (10) weiterhin ein Auslöseelement (44) umfasst, welches von einem Fixierungskolben (40) in einer ersten Stellung, der Ruhestellung, gehalten ist, solange der Temperatursensor bzw. die Temperatursensoren (36a, 36b, 36c) eine den vorbestimmten Grenzwert unterschreitende Temperatur anzeigt bzw. anzeigen, wobei das Auslöseelement (44) in eine zweite Position, die Verriegelungsstellung, bewegbar ist, wenn sich der Fixierungskolben (40) von dem Auslöseelement (44) entfernt, wobei die Bewegung des Fixierungskolbens (40) aus einer Stellung, in der er in Kontakt mit dem Auslöseelement (44) ist, hin zu einer Stellung, in der er nicht in Kontakt mit dem Auslöseelement (44) ist, nach einer Freisetzung von Brandlöschmittel erfolgt. - Schutzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Injektionsvorrichtung (30) eine das Brandlöschmittel enthaltende Kartusche (32), ein elektrisch mit dem mindestens einen Temperatursensor (36a, 36b, 36c) verbundenes Schlagelement (34) zum Durchschlagen der Kartusche (32) zwecks Entleeren ihres Inhalts, und mindestens eine Injektionsöffnung zum Injizieren des Brandlöschmittels umfasst, wobei die Injektionsöffnung(en) jeweils in einen ersten Aufnahmehohlraum der Start-Steuerungsvorrichtung (2), welcher nahe einer Anschlussklemme der Start-Steuerungsvorrichtung (2) angeordnet ist, einbringbar sind.
- Schutzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schutzvorrichtung weiterhin ein mobiles Kontaktträgerelement (50) und ein über eine Fläche (18) der Schutzvorrichtung überstehendes elektrisches Anschlusssteuerungsverbindungselement (22) umfasst, wobei das mobile Kontaktträgerelement (50) mit dem elektrischen Anschlusssteuerungsverbindungselement (22) mechanisch verbunden ist, wobei das elektrische Anschlusssteuerungsverbindungselement (22) zum Einstecken in eine zweite Aufnahme (24) der Start-Steuerungsvorrichtung (2) und zum Betätigen eines Anschluss-/Trennmechanismus jedes der elektrischen Leiter in der entsprechenden Anschlussklemme ausgebildet ist, wobei das Auslöseelement (44) in der zweiten Stellung, der Verriegelungsstellung, zum Fixieren des mobilen Kontaktträgerelements (50) ausgebildet ist, derart, dass das elektrische Anschlusssteuerungsverbindungselement (22) in der Trennstellung jedes der elektrischen Leiter in der entsprechenden Anschlussklemme gehalten ist.
- Schutzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei Anschluss jedes elektrischen Leiters der Start-Steuerungsvorrichtung (2) in der entsprechenden Anschlussklemme das Auslöseelement (44) bei seiner Bewegung von der ersten Position, der Ruhestellung, in seine zweite Position, die Verriegelungsstellung, zum Verschieben des mobilen Kontaktträgerelements (50) ausgebildet ist, um ein Verschieben des elektrischen Anschlusssteuerungsverbindungselements (22) zu bewirken, was ein Auslösen einer Trennung jedes elektrischen Leiters in der entsprechenden Anschlussklemme zur Folge hat.
- Schutzvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schutzvorrichtung mindestens ein Paar elektrische Hilfskontakte umfasst, wobei jedes Paar elektrische Hilfskontakte aus einem festen Hilfskontakt (56a, 56b, 60a, 60b) und einem entsprechenden beweglichen Hilfskontakt (58a, 58b, 62a, 62b) besteht, wobei der bewegliche Hilfskontakt (58a, 58b, 62a, 62b) vom entsprechenden festen Hilfskontakt (56a, 56b, 60a, 60b) nach der Freisetzung von Brandlöschmittel trennbar ist, so dass Informationen bezüglich des Funktionierens der Schutzvorrichtung übertragbar sind.
- Schutzvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Brandlöschmittel ein Gas oder ein Schaum ist.
- Schutzvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vorbestimmte Temperaturgrenzwert bei 110° C liegt.
- Brandschutzsystem (1) einer elektrischen Anlage, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das System eine Start-Steuerungsvorrichtung (2) der elektrischen Anlage und eine Brandschutzvorrichtung (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 umfasst, wobei die Brandschutzvorrichtung (10) an der Start-Steuerungsvorrichtung fixierbar ist.
- Brandschutzsystem (1) nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Brandschutzvorrichtung (10) auf einer seitlichen Fläche (14) der Start-Steuerungsvorrichtung fixierbar ist.
- Brandschutzsystem (1) nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Start-Steuerungsvorrichtung (2) ein Anschlusssteuerungselement (28) der elektrischen Leiter in den Anschlussklemmen umfasst und dass die Brandschutzvorrichtung (10) ein elektrisches Anschlusssteuerungsverbindungselement (22) zum Steuern des Anschlusssteuerungselements (28) umfasst.
