Claims (11)
- Procédé destiné au réglage d'une ligne de production de livres (20) en fonction d'un livre qui doit être produit, laquelle comprend au moins un système (21) muni d'une barre de pressage (6), pour presser des dos (3, 4) arrondis de blocs de livres, un système (23, 24) supplémentaire pour le traitement de blocs de livres arrondis et avec un dos pressé et un système (22) pour le transport des blocs de livres entre les systèmes (21, 23, 24) de la ligne de production de livres (20), l'écart (d1, d2) effectif entre le dos (3, 4) de bloc de livre ou son sommet (A1, A2) et un plan de référence (R) stationnaire au sein du système (21) pour presser les dos de livres arrondis étant automatiquement détecté et transmis à un système (S) pour la commande d'au moins une zone partielle de ladite ligne de production de livres (20), lequel traite ladite information et transmet des données (zK, zL, zF) qui en sont déduites à au moins un système (22, 23, 24) supplémentaire cité de la ligne de production de livres (20) pour le réglage du livre qui doit être produit, ledit écart (d1, d2) effectif du dos de bloc de livre (3, 4) ou de son sommet (A1, A2) par rapport au plan de référence (R) stationnaire d'un système (14) étant détecté pour le réglage de la position de la barre de pressage (6) sur un bloc de livre arrondi qui doit être pressé.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que pour la détection dudit écart (d1, d2) effectif entre le dos du bloc de livre (3, 4) ou son sommet (A1, A2) et un plan de référence (R), la barre de pressage (6) est abaissée à partir du dos de bloc de livre (3, 4) à partir d'une position initiale écartée de ce dernier, jusqu'à l'atteinte d'au moins une valeur seuil.
- Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins une valeur seuil se rapporte à un couple de rotation ou à une force que le système d'ajustage applique à la descente de la barre de pressage (6) ou à l'un de ses dérivés temporaires.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins une valeur seuil se rapporte à la vitesse de déplacement de la barre de pressage (6), lors de la descente ou à l'un de ses dérivés temporaires.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins une valeur seuil se rapporte à un écart (a) variable au sein de la chaîne cinétique de la barre de pressage (6) ou à l'un de ses dérivés temporaires.
- Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'atteinte de l'au moins une valeur seuil est détectée par un détecteur de proximité (7).
- Procédé selon la revendication 5 ou la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce qu'après la détection de l'atteinte de l'au moins une valeur seuil, l'écart (a) variable au sein de la chaîne cinématique de la barre de pressage (6) est fixé.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'ajustage de la position de la barre de pressage (6) s'effectue par moteur électrique.
- Procédé selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la détection de la position effective du dos de bloc de livre ou de son sommet s'effectue à l'aide du système codeur intégré dans le moteur (15) pour le réglage de la position de la barre de pressage (6).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'à partir de l'écart (d1, d2) entre le dos de bloc de livre (3, 4) ou son sommet (A1, A2) et un plan de référence (R) stationnaire, la surélévation (u1, u2) effective du dos de bloc de livre est déterminée et affichée à l'attention de l'opérateur.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le plan de référence (R) stationnaire est fixé par la position verticale des éléments de serrage (5).
