Claims (9)

  1. Dispositif (10) de traitement de finition d'une surface de pièce (88, 104) en particulier courbée, comprenant un dispositif d'entraînement (26) destiné à générer un mouvement de pivotement oscillant d'un porte-outil de finition (14) pour supporter un outil de finition (16), dans lequel une surface active (20) de l'outil de finition (16) est pivotante non pas autour d'un axe de pivotement réalisé de façon constructive, mais autour d'un axe virtuel de pivotement (98), ledit dispositif d'entraînement (26) comprend une barre de liaison (41) pour entraîner le porte-outil de finition, et ladite barre de liaison (41) est reliée respectivement de manière mobile en rotation à deux bielles oscillantes (32, 34) logées de manière solidaire du bâti, caractérisé par le fait qu'un dispositif de réglage de distance (48) destiné à régler la distance séparant les paliers (36, 38) solidaires du bâti, des deux bielles oscillantes (32, 34) est prévu.
  2. Dispositif (10) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que ledit dispositif de réglage de distance (48) comprend une broche (54), avec un premier filet (56) qui agit de concert avec un premier support de palier de bielle oscillante (60) pour le palier de bielle oscillante (36) solidaire du bâti d'une première bielle oscillante (32), et avec un deuxième filet (58) opposé au premier filet (56), qui agit de concert avec un deuxième support de palier de bielle oscillante (62) pour le palier de bielle oscillante (38) solidaire du bâti d'une deuxième bielle oscillante (34).
  3. Dispositif (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'un dispositif de pression (24) destiné à plaquer la surface active (20) de l'outil de finition (16) contre la surface de pièce (88, 104) est prévu, en particulier le long d'un axe (22) s'étendant radialement par rapport à l'axe virtuel de pivotement (98).
  4. Dispositif (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que ledit outil de finition (16) est logé à coulissement le long d'un axe et que ledit axe (22) s'étend radialement par rapport à l'axe virtuel de pivotement (98).
  5. Dispositif (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que ledit dispositif d'entraînement (26) comprend un mécanisme d'entraînement moteur (28) agissant sur la barre de liaison (41) et qu'un mouvement de la barre de liaison (41) qui est produit par ceci est transmis de la barre de liaison (41) aux deux bielles oscillantes (32, 34).
  6. Dispositif (10) selon la revendication 5, caractérisé par le fait que ledit mécanisme d'entraînement moteur (28) est réalisé comme mécanisme d'entraînement à excentrique.
  7. Dispositif (10) selon la revendication 6, caractérisé par le fait que ledit porte-outil de finition (14) ou la barre de liaison (41) présente un espace de logement (82) pour recevoir un excentrique (74) qui est déplaçable, à l'intérieur dudit espace de logement (82), dans une direction transversale à l'extension longitudinale de la barre de liaison (41).
  8. Dispositif (10) selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisé par le fait que ledit excentrique (74) présente une surface de contact (84) formée par un galet (80).
  9. Procédé pour faire fonctionner un dispositif (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la distance séparant les paliers de bille oscillante (36, 38) solidaires du bâti est réglée de la manière suivante:
    - si une surface de pièce (88) convexe en profil doit être usinée, la distance (94) à régler est supérieure à la distance (96) entre les paliers de bielle oscillante (40, 42) solidaires de la barre de liaison, ou
    - si une surface de pièce (104) concave en profil doit être usinée, la distance (94) à régler est inférieure à la distance (96) entre les paliers de bielle oscillante (40, 42) solidaires de la barre de liaison, ou
    - si une surface de pièce rectiligne en profil doit être usinée, la distance (94) à régler est égale à la distance (96) entre les paliers de bielle oscillante (40, 42) solidaires de la barre de liaison
