  10. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, d'après lequel la paroi de couvercle présente par ailleurs, au moins une ouverture de rivetage, de préférence deux ouvertures de rivetage, et la réunification de l'élément de fermeture et de la paroi de couvercle comprend l'étape suivante :
    introduction d'une broche de rivetage/fiche de soudage respective de l'élément de fermeture dans ladite au moins une ouverture de rivetage de la paroi de couvercle ; et
    rivetage/soudage de ladite au moins une broche de rivetage/fiche de soudage sur le côté extérieur de la paroi de couvercle ;
    de préférence avec l'étape supplémentaire suivante :
    introduction de la broche de rivetage/fiche de soudage respective de l'élément de fermeture dans un logement de réception de broche de rivetage/logement de réception de fiche de soudage respectif d'une partie de la pièce de coulissement extérieure, pouvant être séparée lors de l'ouverture du bouchon de fermeture, le rivetage/soudage de ladite au moins une broche de rivetage/fiche de soudage comprenant un rivetage/soudage avec le logement de réception de broche de rivetage/logement de réception de fiche de soudage respectif.
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 10, comprenant l'étape supplémentaire suivante :
    application sur la pièce de coulissement extérieure, d'une bande de sécurité, qui se déchire lors de l'ouverture du bouchon de fermeture ; procédé
    d'après lequel le rivetage/soudage de ladite au moins une broche de rivetage/fiche de soudage comprend un rivetage/soudage de la bande de sécurité avec ladite au moins une broche de rivetage/fiche de soudage, notamment également un rivetage/soudage avec le logement de réception de broche de rivetage/logement de réception de fiche de soudage respectif ;
    d'après lequel sont prévues de préférence au moins deux broches de rivetage/fiches de soudage, et le soudage/rivetage desdites au moins deux broches de rivetage/fiches de soudage comprend un rivetage/soudage de la bande de sécurité avec lesdites au moins deux broches de rivetage/fiches de soudage.
  12. Procédé selon la revendication 10 ou la revendication 11, comprenant l'étape supplémentaire suivante :
    vérification de la position des rivetages/soudages de ladite au moins une broche de rivetage/fiche de soudage, et/ou vérification de la position des logements de réception de broche de rivetage/logements de réception de fiche de soudage, et/ou vérification de la position de la bande de sécurité, à l'aide d'une caméra, notamment avec une unité de traitement de données ;
    de préférence avec l'étape supplémentaire suivante :
    vérification de la pièce de coulissement extérieure et/ou de la paroi de couvercle et/ou du bord de la paroi de couvercle quant à des détériorations, à l'aide de la caméra, notamment avec l'unité de traitement de données.
  13. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12, comprenant l'étape supplémentaire ultérieure suivante :
    sollicitation du couvercle avec une pression au moyen d'un gaz pour vérifier ou contrôler l'étanchéité du couvercle, pour au moins une valeur de pression, de préférence pour deux valeurs de pression différentes.
  14. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 13, d'après lequel la fourniture et la préparation de la paroi de couvercle comprend l'étape suivante :
    bomber la zone intérieure de la paroi de couvercle en une forme convexe en se référant au côté extérieur ;
    de préférence avec l'étape précédente de découpage par matriçage-poinçonnage des ouvertures dans la paroi de couvercle.
  15. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 14, comprenant l'étape ultérieure suivante :
    collecte des couvercles en une pile ;
    de préférence avec l'étape supplémentaire suivante :
    emballage de la pile de couvercles lorsque la pile de couvercles comporte un nombre prédéterminé de couvercles.
