Description

The present invention relates to a method for flushing a toilet, in particular a toilet of a recreational vehicle, with at least one flushing water pump and at least one Spülwasserventil. Furthermore, the present invention relates to a toilet system with a toilet bowl having an inner surface, at least one Spülwasserpumpe, at least one Spülwasserventil and at least one control unit and a recreational vehicle with such a toilet system. In the following, a recreational vehicle is understood to mean a mobile home or a caravan, although other mobile vehicles, such as boats, can also be regarded as a recreational vehicle.

Various toilet water flushes for recreational vehicles are known from the prior art. As a rule, such recreational mobile have a central water supply to which the toilet flush is connected. In a central water supply can lead to a reduced water supply performance, which then has a negative effect on the toilet flush. The water supply performance can be adversely affected for example by too poorly designed water pumps, too small hose and tube cross-sections, too narrow Verlegeradien the water pipes or unfavorable branches.

This has an effect in that pressure drops and poor water flow rates lead to inadequate flushing of toilet water. In addition, in recreational vehicles, especially if they are not parked on a campsite or the like, in any case only a limited amount of water and a limited water pressure are available. As a rule, these toilet systems have one or more outlet nozzles to which about 5 to 10 liters of rinsing water per minute at a pressure of about 0.2 to 1 bar are available for flushing toilet water. However, the flushing is done for the aforementioned reasons only for a time of about 5 to 10 seconds, so that set significant flow speed disadvantages that can lead to inadequate wetting of the toilet bowl. Due to the small amount of water and the low pressure complete wetting in a conventional rinsing process can not take place because the surface tension largely holds the rinse water together.

Thus, the known toilet water rinses for recreational vehicles are insufficient to remove the feces residue-free and completely. Furthermore, the flushing performance can be further affected by a reduced water supply performance.

Thus, the task is to show a flushing process for a toilet, in which, despite the low amount of flushing water available, a better dishwashing result by optimal wetting of the toilet bowl. Furthermore, the object is to provide a corresponding toilet system, which can find use in a recreational vehicle.

The object is achieved by the method according to claim 1. The device succeeds in solving the problem with a toilet system according to claim 7. Expedient developments are described in the subclaims. The use of a toilet system according to the invention in a recreational vehicle is described in claim 20.

Freizeitmobile mit einem Toilettensystem sind allgemein bekannt.document US5010602 discloses a method for flushing a toilet having the features of the preamble of claim 1 and a toilet system having the features of the preamble of claim 7. Recreational mobile homes having a toilet system are well known.

The inventive method for flushing a toilet is characterized in that the flushing water pump and the Flüiwasserventil be controlled via a control unit, wherein the flushing water valve is driven with a first signal, wherein the first signal is at least partially formed by an interval pulse. In other words, at least the rinsing-water valve is thus activated by an interval pulse such that the rinsing-water valve is not operated continuously but intermittently. As a result, a larger start pulse is generated during the flushing, so that overall sets a better wetting of the toilet bowl. In particular, this is also achieved by "breaking off" the water film as a result of the intermittent rinsing, and thus the surface tension of the rinsing water does not prevent more homogeneous wetting. The result is therefore that a much larger proportion of the surface of the toilet bowl is wetted. Furthermore, the control by the interval pulse causes a short-term and significant increase in the water pressure, whereby the water wave generated during the flushing is transported much deeper and further into the toilet bowl. This in turn means that the faeces are transported much better, without the amount of water required for flushing is increased.

Advantageously, the frequency and / or the pulse length and / or the pulse intensity of the interval pulse is stored in the control unit, in particular stored or programmed. The interval pulse does not necessarily have to be regular. For example, the frequency and / or the pulse length and / or the pulse intensity of the interval pulse can be varied. The variation of the interval pulse can take place within one and the same purge. For example, the interval pulse at the beginning of the flush may be different than at the end of the flush. It is also possible that the interval pulse not only varies within one and the same flush, but also from flush to flush. Thus, an individual pulsating flushing can be stored in the control and adjusted, for example, if the water supply is not a problem. The latter is particularly the case when the recreational vehicle is parked on a campsite with permanent water supply and the possibility of disposal.

It is advantageous if the flushing water pump and the flushing water valve are activated by the first signal. Thus, these two components are operated in parallel, so that a sets particularly stable pulsation rate.

It is advantageous if the flushing water pump or the flushing water valve is controlled with a second signal, wherein the second signal is at least partially formed by a continuous signal. This is particularly advantageous when the rinse water pump with a continuous signal is controlled, and the rinse water valve is driven with an interval pulse. The rinse water pump delivers continuously and thus generates a back pressure on the rinse water valve when the rinse water valve is closed. If the rinse water valve is then opened, the ram pressure suddenly empties and a surge-like and therefore stronger water wave of the toilet rinse is generated for a short time. This gushing of the toilet bowl with rinse water causes better wetting of the surface of the toilet bowl on the one hand, and on the other hand stubborn residues are better removed by the higher energy of the water wave. Thus, the already existing short-term increase in water pressure can be further increased thereby, resulting in an even better overall dishwashing result.

In a further development, the first signal is further formed by a continuous signal preceding and / or downstream of the interval pulse. It is also expedient if the second signal is further formed by an interval pulse connected upstream and / or downstream from the continuous signal. Thus, for example, first a pulsating flushing can be realized, which is then followed by a continuous flushing. In this context, it is expedient if the duration, the frequency and the pulse length can be stored separately in the controller, so that the rinsing method can be adapted to individual needs.

On the device side, the object is achieved with a toilet system according to the invention, which is distinguished from the known toilet systems in that the control unit controls the rinse water pump or rinse water valve with at least a first signal, wherein the first signal is at least partially formed by an interval pulse. This results in the advantages already described in the method. It is also conceivable in this connection that the control unit can be operated via an operating panel, for example via a touchscreen or the like.

Further, the first signal is further formed by a continuous pulse upstream and / or downstream of the interval pulse. Thus, optimal rinsing results can be achieved.

It is advantageous if the control unit activates the flushing water pump separately from the flushing water valve. Thus, an optimal rinsing result can be achieved.

The control unit expediently activates the flushing water pump or the flushing water valve with a second signal, the second signal being formed at least partially by a continuous signal. This is as described above particularly advantageous if the flushing water pump is driven with a continuous signal and also promotes against the closed rinse water valve, so as to create a back pressure - ie a short-term but significant increase in water pressure. This dynamic pressure is then reduced abruptly when opening the rinse water valve, so that the resulting Spülwasserwelle wets the surface of the toilet bowl better and the resulting water wave is entered by the increased water pressure deeper in the toilet bowl, so that any residues in the toilet bowl can be better removed.

It is advantageous if the second signal is further formed by an interval pulse upstream and / or downstream of the continuous signal. Thus, an optimal and tailored to the individual needs Rinse result can be achieved.

Further, the toilet system has an interface for setting rinsing parameters. It is also conceivable in this connection that the control unit can be operated via an operating panel, for example via a touchscreen or the like. Furthermore, it is also conceivable that the interface allows integration into an existing operating system of the recreational vehicle, so that all settings can be made centrally on a unit, for example on the on-board computer of the recreational vehicle. In particular, it is expedient if the control unit is integrated in the control panel and / or in the on-board computer, so that forms a closed unit.

In particular, it is advantageous if the flushing water valve is a solenoid valve, advantageously a water solenoid valve. Water solenoid valves have the advantage that they can be switched very quickly and thus also a short and pulsation rate with fast consecutive pulses is made possible.

Advantageously, the toilet bowl defines a rear area and a front area. The toilet bowl has at least one Spülwasserdüse and at least one rinse water guide track, wherein the Spülwasserführungsbahn is arranged circumferentially on the inner surface of the toilet bowl. During rinsing, the rinse water nozzle at least partially directs the rinse water into the rinse water path so that the rinse water wets the interior surface at the back and front. In other words, therefore, a Spülwasserdüse is provided which does not give the rinse water completely directly into the toilet bowl, but at least a portion of the rinse water in the rinse water guide path initiates, so that the rinse water is distributed along the Spülwasserführungsbahn. So both the rear area, as well as the front area of the toilet bowl can be supplied with rinse water. The pulsating task of the rinsing water ensures optimal distribution.

Advantageously, the flushing water path runs in the rear area of the toilet bowl above the flushing water guide track in the front area of the toilet bowl. The flushing water guide track is thus, for example, based on the floor or the toilet seat, not in a plane, but runs in the rear of the toilet bowl at a higher level. This allows optimal wetting of the toilet bowl with rinse water.

It is particularly advantageous if the rinse water guide path has a baffle surface in the region of the rinse water nozzle. This baffle is advantageously arranged so that they Impact surface is designed sloping in the direction of the front region, that has a slope. For example, the higher part of the Spülwasserführungsbahn can be connected in the rear of the toilet bowl with the lower front part to over the baffle. This baffle produces, especially during a rinse hold within the interval pulse an opposite water wave so that areas of the toilet bowl can be supplied with rinse water, which otherwise come only with little or no rinse water in contact and therefore need to be laboriously cleaned. By way of example, the area of the rinse water nozzle, in particular the area below the rinse water nozzle, may be mentioned here.

It is advantageous if the flushing water nozzle has a first flushing opening and a second flushing opening, wherein the flushing water emerges substantially horizontally through the first flushing opening, and wherein the flushing water emerges substantially vertically through the second flushing opening. This additional flush opening helps to create an opposite water wave, so as to provide the areas with rinse water, which are difficult to access. This is advantageous not least from a hygienic point of view. In particular, it is therefore also advantageous if the rinse water exits through the second flushing opening in the direction of the baffle surface.

The invention will be explained in more detail with reference to an embodiment shown in FIGS. Here are shown schematically:

Fig. 4
a schematic overview of the individual components of a toilet system according to the invention.

Schließung des Spülwasserventils 103.In Fig. 1 two time diagrams are shown by way of example, which represent the control of the rinse water pump 102 and the rinse water valve 103. In the upper panel, the rinse water pump 102 and the rinse water valve 103 are jointly controlled via a first signal in the form of an interval pulse. This is represented by the black dashed line, for which purpose the axis designated by "momentum" is decisive. In this connection, 1 means an operation of the rinse water pump 102 or opening of the rinse water valve 103, and 0 means a shutoff of the rinse water pump 102 or closure of the rinse water valve 103.

Analog hierzu steigt bzw. fällt der Spülwasserdruck entsprechend an bzw. ab.The resulting rinse water flow is shown here black and continuous line. The rinse water pressure is shown as a gray and continuous line and refers to the axis labeled "Pressure". As shown, the rinse water pump 102 and the rinse water valve 103 are activated in the same way, so that the result is a total of a pulsating rinse water course. Similarly, the rinse water pressure increases or decreases accordingly.

The lower panel shows an alternative mode of operation, in which the rinse water pump 102 is driven by a second signal in the form of a continuous signal. This continuous signal is shown as a dotted line. The rinse water valve 103 is controlled as in the upper panel with the first signal in the form of an interval pulse (dashed line). This also results in the rinsing water course represented by the black line. However, the rinsing diagram shown in the lower panel differs in that the rinsing water pressure builds up a back pressure by the rinsing water pump 102 operating against the closed rinsing water valve 103, which builds up when the rinsing water valve 103 opens. This has the effect of generating a strong rinse water wave for a short moment and thus further improving the overall rinsing result. This is because, by reducing the back pressure, the flow rate of the rinse water is increased, and the generated water wave has a higher force to better remove the dirt and debris in the toilet bowl 2. Furthermore, the course or the path of the rinsing water in the toilet bowl 2 is larger and wider, so that even those areas of the toilet bowl 2 are rinsed, which are hardly or not flushed with a normal flushing.

From the in Fig. 1 shown panels results in the overall advantage that the control of the rinse water pump 102 and / or the rinse water valve 103 with an interval pulse a short-term but significant increase in water pressure is achieved and thereby adjusts an overall better dishwashing result.

In Fig. 2 and Fig. 3 a toilet bowl 2 of a toilet system 100 according to the invention is shown in plan view and as a section along the line AA. The toilet bowl 2 has an upper portion 4, which receives the toilet seat during operation. Furthermore, the toilet bowl has a lower region 5, which has the outlet 14. On the inner surface 3 of the toilet bowl a Spülwasserdüse 8 with a first flushing opening 9 and a second flushing opening 10 is arranged. As seen from the top of the Fig. 2 To recognize well, the Spülwasserdüse 8 is arranged laterally below the upper portion 4. Underneath the Spülwasserdüse 8 is a circumferential Spülwasserführungsbahn 11, 12, 13. This flushing water guide track 11, 12, 13 extends circumferentially along the inner surface 3 of the toilet bowl 2 and extends in a front area 6 and in a rear area 7 of the toilet bowl 2. Im Rear portion 7 of the toilet bowl 2 extends the flushing water guide track 11, 12, 13 above the flushing water guide track 11, 12, 13 in the front region 6, here two rising or falling Spülwasserführungsbahnabschnitte 12, 13 are provided. The Spülwasserdüse 8 is arranged above a first flushing water guide track section 12, which is formed in the form of a baffle 13. The first flushing opening 9 discharges the flushing water essentially horizontally into the toilet shots 2l, the second flushing opening 10 discharging the flushing water in the direction of the baffle 13 and thus generating an opposing flushing water wave in the area of the baffle 13, which also makes areas with flushing water difficult to access to supply. This opposite rinse water wave is particularly pronounced when the rinse water valve 103 is closed, so no rinse water is placed in the toilet bowl 2.

Ansonsten fördert die Spülwasserpumpe 103 direkt das Spülwasser von der Wasserversorgung 108.In Fig. 4 a schematic overview of the individual components of a toilet system 100 according to the invention is shown. The control unit 101 is embodied here in the form of control electronics and integrated into a control system 109. The control system 109 is connected via an interface 104 and additionally comprises an operating panel 106. Additionally or alternatively, an on-board computer 105 can be integrated in the control system 109 and also be provided with a central operating system, for example with the vehicle computer of the recreational vehicle. Thus, the control electronics 101, the control panel 106 and / or the on-board computer 105 is a compact and closed unit in the form of the control system 109. About the control electronics 101, the rinse water pump 102 and the rinse water valve 103 are controlled. The signals for driving can be changed via the interface 104 and stored in the control electronics 101. For example, it may be determined that the rinsing water pump 102 runs continuously for 10 seconds, the rinsing water valve 103 being initially controlled for 5 seconds with an interval pulse having a frequency of, for example, 1 Hz and then permanently opened for a further 5 seconds. The rinse water is then fed via the Spülwasserdüse 8 in the toilet bowl 2, as above Fig. 2 and Fig. 3 described. In the case that a rinse water tank 107 is provided, it is already filled by the water supply 108 during the rinsing process. Otherwise, the rinse water pump 103 directly feeds the rinse water from the water supply 108.
