Claims (8)

  1. Roll for a press section of a machine for making and/or finishing a fibrous web such as a paper, board or tissue machine, comprising a roll body or roll sleeve and a roll cover arranged on the roll body or roll sleeve and displaying at least one functional layer adapted to contact the fibrous web or a paper machine clothing fabric, wherein the functional layer consists of a polyurethane which is a mixture of at least one prepolymer, at least one curative and/or at least one crosslinker and at least one additive, characterized in that the additive is selected from: perfluoropolyether or bifunctional perfluoropolyether.
  2. Roll according to Claim 1, characterized in that the amount of the additive added is in the range from 1% to 20% by weight.
  3. Roll according to either of Claims 1 and 2, characterized in that the prepolymer is a mixture of a polyol and a diisocyanate.
  4. Roll according to Claim 3, characterized in that the polyol is selected from: polyethers, polyesters, polycarbonates, polycaprolactones.
  5. Roll according to Claim 3 or 4, characterized in that the diisocyanate is an aromatic diisocyanate or an aliphatic diisocyanate or a mixture thereof.
  6. Roll according to Claim 5, characterized in that the aromatic diisocyanate is selected from: diphenylmethane diisocyanate, tolylene diisocyanate or a mixture thereof, and in that the aliphatic diisocyanate is hexamethylene diisocyanate.
  7. Roll according to any one of Claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the curative and/or the crosslinker is a diamine, a diol or a mixture thereof.
  8. Roll according to Claim 7, characterized in that the curative and/or the crosslinker is selected from 4,4'-methylenebis(3-chloro-2,6-diethylaniline) (MCDEA), 4,4'-methylenebis(2-chloroaniline) (MOCA), 1,4-butanediol, 1,3-propanediol, 1,2-ethanediol, trimethylolpropane or mixtures thereof.
