Claims (15)
- Fußbekleidungsartikel, beinhaltend ein Basissohlenelement (25) und ein oberes Element (26), konfiguriert, um einen menschlichen Fuß dazwischen einzuschließen, wobei ein bis vier separate und diskrete Zehentrennelemente (21-24) sich vollständig zwischen dem Basissohlenelement (25) und dem oberen Element (26) erstrecken, wobei jedes der ein bis vier Zehentrennelemente (21-24) aus einer Materialröhre besteht, welcher zwei Enden aufweist, und wobei die Materialröhre einen kreisförmigen, elliptischen oder ovalen Querschnitt aufweist, ohne Kanten, und wobei ein Polstermaterial, bestehend aus mindestens einem von einem Schaum, einem Memory-Schaum und einem Gel innerhalb der jeweiligen Materialröhre enthalten ist, wobei eines der beiden Enden der Materialröhre an dem oberen Element (26) befestigt ist und ein anderes der beiden Enden an dem Basissohlenelement (25) befestigt ist, wodurch eine Materialröhre mit kreisförmigem, elliptischem oder ovalem Querschnitt, ohne Kanten gebildet wird, dazu konfiguriert, um ein Zehentrenner zu sein, und wobei das Polstermaterial vollständig innerhalb der Materialröhre zwischen dem Basissohlenelement (25) und dem oberen Element (26) eingeschlossen und enthalten ist, wobei jedes der separaten und diskreten ein bis vier Zehentrennelemente (21-24) dazu konfiguriert und positioniert ist, um eine einkeilende Trennung zwischen benachbarten Zehen (1-5) des eingeschlossenen menschlichen Fußes (10) bereitzustellen, und wobei jedes der ein bis vier Zehentrennelemente (21-24) dazu konfiguriert ist, um den benachbarten Zehen (1-5) in Kontakt damit ein Polsterungsgefühl bereitzustellen.
- Fußbekleidungsartikel nach Anspruch 1, wobei das eine der beiden Enden der Materialröhre an das obere Element angenäht ist.
- Fußbekleidungsartikel nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Fußbekleidung eine Sandale (20) mit einem Zehentrennelement (21) beinhaltet, konfiguriert und positioniert zum Trennen eines großen Zehs (1) und eines benachbarten Zehs (2) des menschlichen Fußes (10).
- Fußbekleidungsartikel nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Fußbekleidung eine Sandale (20) mit vier Zehentrennelementen (21-24) beinhaltet, jeweils konfiguriert und positioniert zur Trennung zwischen fünf (1-5) Zehen des menschlichen Fußes (10).
- Fußbekleidungsartikel nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Polstermaterial konfiguriert ist, um bei seitlichem Druck, welcher durch die benachbarten Zehen (1-5) aufgebracht wird, nachzugeben, um das Polsterungsgefühl bereitzustellen, und wobei das Polstermaterial im Wesentlichen eine Anfangskonfiguration bei Entfernen des Zehs (1-5) aus dem Kontakt damit zurückgewinnt.
- Fußbekleidungsartikel nach Anspruch 5, wobei die Materialröhre aus einer Schicht eines dekorativen Stoffs (16) besteht.
- Fußbekleidungsartikel nach Anspruch 6, wobei die Stoffschicht (16) eine strukturierte Außenfläche umfasst, welche dazu konfiguriert ist, angrenzenden Zehen (1-5) in Kontakt damit einen Massageeffekt bereitzustellen.
- Fußbekleidungsartikel nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Materialröhre aus mindestens einem von einem antimikrobiellen, einem antibakteriellen und einem antifungalen Stoff besteht, konfiguriert zum Bereitstellen einer Behandlung mit einer jeweiligen antimikrobiellen, antibakteriellen und antifungalen Aktivität an einen Bereich zwischen den benachbarten Zehen (1-5), mit welchen das Zehentrennelement (21-24) in Kontakt steht.
- Fußbekleidungsartikel nach Anspruch 6, wobei das Polstermaterial aus Memory-Schaum (31) besteht, einstückig gebildet mit der Stoffschicht (16) als zweischichtiges Material (15), wobei die Materialröhre einen dimensionierten Abschnitt des zweischichtigen Materials aufweist, welcher zu einer Röhre gerollt ist, wobei die gerollte Röhre jedes Zehentrennelement (21-24) umfasst, wobei die Stoffschicht (16) nach außen gewandt ist und wobei seitliche Enden des dimensionierten Abschnittes aneinandergenäht sind, um die Konfiguration der Röhre beizubehalten, und wobei die Naht (101, 201) der Röhre positioniert ist, um dem Fuß (10) zugewandt zu sein, wenn die Fußbekleidung getragen wird.
- Fußbekleidungsartikel nach Anspruch 9, wobei die genähten Enden (15c, 15d) des dimensionierten Abschnitts gespalten werden, bevor das zweischichtige Material (15) zu der Röhre gerollt wird.
- Fußbekleidungsartikel nach Anspruch 6, wobei die Stoffschicht (16) eine ungenähte röhrenförmige Ummantelung für das Polstermaterial beinhaltet.
- Fußbekleidungsartikel nach Anspruch 6, wobei das Zehentrennelement (21-24) ein mittig und in Längsrichtung positioniertes Versteifungselement (50) umfasst, welches konfiguriert ist, um eine strukturelle Stütze für das Polstermaterial und die röhrenförmige Ummantelung aus Stoff bereitzustellen.
- Fußbekleidungsartikel nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Fußballkleidung vier Zehentrennelemente (21-24) beinhaltet, wobei das Polstermaterial eines jeden der Zehentrennelemente (21-24) aus Memory-Schaum (31) besteht, eingeschlossen innerhalb eines dekorativen Stoffmaterials, bestehend aus mindestens einem von einem antimikrobiellen, einem antibakteriellen und einem antifungalen Stoff, konfiguriert zum Bereitstellen einer Behandlung mit einer jeweiligen antimikrobiellen, antibakteriellen und antifungalen Aktivität an einen Bereich zwischen den benachbarten Zehen (1-5), mit welchen die Zehentrennelemente jeweils in Kontakt stehen.
- Fußbekleidungsartikel nach Anspruch 1, wobei jedes der ein bis vier Zehentrennelemente (21-24) aus mindestens einem von einem antimikrobiellen, einem antibakteriellen und einem antifungalen Material besteht, wobei jedes der ein bis vier Zehentrennelemente konfiguriert ist zum Bereitstellen einer Behandlung mit einer jeweiligen antimikrobiellen, antibakteriellen und antifungalen Aktivität direkt an einen Bereich zwischen den benachbarten Zehen (1-5), mit welchen das Zehentrennelement in Kontakt steht.
- Verfahren zum Konfigurieren eines Fußbekleidungsartikels zur Verhütung von Mikroben-, Bakterien- und Pilzwachstum zwischen Zehen eines menschlichen Fußes (10), wobei der Fußbekleidungsartikel ein Fußbekleidungsartikel nach Anspruch 4 ist, wobei das Verfahren folgende Schritte beinhaltet:a) Ausfluchten dreier benachbarter Zehentrennelemente (22-24) des Fußbekleidungsartikel nach Anspruch 4, beginnend mit einem kleinen Zeh (5) des menschlichen Fußes (10) entlang einer sich distal erstreckenden diagonalen Linie, und Positionieren eines vierten Zehentrennelements (21) zum Platzieren zwischen einem großen Zeh (1) und einem benachbarten Zeh (2), wobei das vierte Zehentrennelement (21) von der diagonalen Linie abweicht und proximal hinter einem angrenzenden Zehentrennelement (22) angeordnet ist, wobei die Zehentrennelemente (21-24) übereinstimmend mit der anatomischen Konfiguration des menschlichen Fußes (10) positioniert sind;b) Befestigen aller Zehentrennelemente (21-24) an dem oberen Element (26) und dem Basissohlenelement (25);c) Bereitstellen des Röhrenmaterials der vier Zehentrennelemente (21-24) als eines von einem antimikrobiellen, einem antibakteriellen und einem antifungalen Stoff; undd) Bereitstellen des Fußbekleidungsartikels zur Platzierung an einem menschlichen Fuß (10) in einer Weise, dass die Zehentrennelemente (21-24) eine einkeilende Trennung zwischen benachbarten Zehen (1-5) des menschlichen Fußes (10) bereitstellen.
