Abstract

Improved abrasive device for appliance of a rotating, abrasive surface, having an upper hub wheel 10 and a lower hub wheel, which are arranged within each other, wherein the upper hub wheel 10 and the lower hub wheel are connected by threads and said threads are formed on the steep, matching sides 11of the hubs, resulting in reduced wear and improved handling. Advantageously a socket-sleeve 13 reduces the risk of entanglement, while a cut-out 16 facilitates assembly / disassembly of the hub wheels; a horizontally extending, abrasive media 23 allows improved, optical control during application.
