Erfindungsgemäß ist das Schloss als Steckschloss ausgebildet gemäß den Merkmalen des kennzeichnenden Teils des Anspruchs 1. Hierbei ist zum Öffnen und Verschließen des Schlosses keine Drehbewegung erforderlich, sondern das Öffnen des Schlosses und die Entriegelung des Verschlusselementes erfolgt über das Einstecken des Schlüssels und durch Herausziehen des Schlüssels, dabei nimmt das Schloss seine Verriegelungsstellung für das Verschlusselement selbststätig ein. Wobei beim Einstecken des Schlüssels zunächst die Arretierstellung für die Briefeinwurfklappe bewirkt wird und durch ein weiteres Einstecken des Schlüssels, insbesondere bis zu einem Endanschlag die Verschlussstellung des Schlosses für das Verschlusselement des Briefkastenmoduls aufgehoben wird. Hierbei sieht die Erfindung vor, dass die Arretierstellung des Schlosses zum dauerhaften Arretieren der Briefeinwurfklappe mittels eines zweiten Arretierschlüssels erfolgt, der klemmend in einen Schlüsselschacht des Schlosses einführbar ist und derart ausgebildet ist, dass er nur mit einem Werkzeug und nicht einfach von Hand aus seiner Arretierstellung heraus entfernt werden kann. Diese Ausgestaltung macht es möglich, mittels des zweiten Arretierschlüssels durch Einstecken desselben die Arretierung der Briefeinwurfklappe dauerhaft zu bewirken, ohne das eine Entriegelung des Verschlusselementes damit verbunden ist. Das Entfernen des Arretierschlüssels bewirkt die Entriegelung der Briefeinwurfklappe ohne dass die Verschlussfunktion für das Verschlusselement dabei aufgehoben wird.According to the invention the lock is designed as a plug lock according to the features of the characterizing part of claim 1. Claims (26)
- Mailbox module (1) comprising a mounting frame (3) with a frame opening (4), and a closure element (5) for the frame opening (4), said closure element (5) being arranged in a movable manner such that it is movable from a closed position at least partially closing the frame opening (4) into an open position at least partially freeing the frame opening (4) and vice versa, and a mail slot flap (8) closing a part of the frame opening (4), said mail slot flap (8) being mounted such that it is movable out of its closed position into an open position and vice versa, and the closure element (5) is lockable in a closed position by a lock (10), wherein the lock is configured and arranged such that, in the closed position of the lock (10) for the closure element (5), the mail slot flap (8) is fixable in its closed position by means of the lock (10), characterized in that the lock (10) is configured as a key lock that is actuable by an insertable key (13) and the lock (10) has in its housing (14) a plug-in passageway (15) for the insertable key (13), said plug-in passageway (15) extending perpendicularly to the opening plane of the frame opening (4) and having a front passageway opening (16) in the plug-in direction (Z) of the insertable key (13) and a bolt (11) mounted on the housing (14) at an end away from the passageway opening (16) such that said bolt (11) is guided so as to be displaceable counter to a spring force of a first spring (25) perpendicularly to a plug-in passageway longitudinal axis (A-A), wherein a fixing element (30) for fixing the mail slot flap (8) in its closed position, said fixing element (30) being mounted in the housing (14) so as to be displaceable counter to a spring force, directed perpendicularly to the plug-in longitudinal axis (A-A), of a second spring (29), is arranged above the plug-in passageway longitudinal axis (A-A) upstream of the bolt (11) in the plug-in direction (Z).
- Mailbox module (1) according to Claim 1, characterized in that the bolt (11) is lowered into its locked position for the closure element (5) and held in said position by the spring force of the first spring (25).
- Mailbox module (1) according to Claim 2, characterized in that the bolt (11) has a sloping face (28) that extends in an inclined manner with respect to the plug-in passageway longitudinal axis (A-A) such that it is displaceable counter to the spring force from the locked position into an unlocked position for the closure element (5) by the insertable key (13) being plugged into the plug-in passageway (15).
- Mailbox module (1) according to one of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the fixing element (30) is mounted in the housing (14) such that it is displaceable into a non-fixed position in the direction of the plug-in passageway longitudinal axis (A-A) by the spring force of the second spring (29), and has an actuating face (31) that extends in an inclined manner obliquely with respect to the plug-in passageway longitudinal axis (A-A) such that the fixing element (30) is lifted out of its non-fixed position counter to the spring force and into its fixed position for the mail slot flap (8) by the insertable key (13) being plugged in.
- Mailbox module (1) according to one of Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the bolt (11) consists of two parallel bolt bars (17) which are connected together at one end via a connecting web (18) and are separated from one another by a guide slot (19).
- Mailbox module (1) according to one of Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the bolt (11) is guided in a displaceable manner on the housing (14) in a guide (20) that extends perpendicularly to the plug-in passageway longitudinal axis (A-A).
- Mailbox module (1) according to Claim 6, characterized in that the guide (20) is formed from two housing wall portions (21) which are spaced apart in a parallel manner and are connected by a housing bottom portion (22), and between which the bolt (11) is mounted in a displaceable manner.
- Mailbox module (1) according to one of Claims 1 to 7, characterized in that an actuating bar (23) that protrudes in the direction of the passageway opening (16) parallel to the plug-in passageway longitudinal axis (A-A) is integrally formed on the bolt (11), said actuating bar (23) being guided in a slot (24) that is formed in a front housing portion as seen in the plug-in direction (Z) of the insertable key (13), extends perpendicularly to the plug-in passageway longitudinal axis (A-A) and ends in the plug-in passageway (15).
- Mailbox module (1) according to Claim 8, characterized in that the first spring (25) is mounted on the actuating bar (23) and is fastened at its end away from the actuating bar (23) by a cover (27) of the housing (14) such that it is tensioned in such a way that the bolt (11) assumes its locked position by way of the spring force.
- Mailbox module (1) according to Claim 8 or 9, characterized in that the sloping face (28) of the bolt (11) is formed on the actuating bar (23) at the end thereof that projects into the plug-in passageway (15).
- Mailbox module (1) according to one of Claims 1 to 10, characterized in that a guide chamber (32) for the fixing element (30), said guide chamber extending perpendicularly to the plug-in passageway longitudinal axis (A-A), is formed in the housing (14) in a housing portion located above the passageway opening (16), in such a way that the guide chamber (32) is open towards the plug-in passageway (15) and towards its end away from the latter, and a wall portion, located above the passageway opening (16), of the housing (14) has a slot-like opening (33) that extends perpendicularly to the plug-in passageway longitudinal axis (A-A) and ends in the guide chamber (32), said opening (33) being closed by the cover (27) at the end of said opening away from the plug-in passageway (15).
- Mailbox module (1) according to Claim 11, characterized in that the fixing element (30) has a mounting portion (34) for receiving the second spring (29), said mounting portion (34) being guided in the guide chamber (32) so as to be displaceable counter to the spring force of the second spring (29), and having a hook-like fixing extension (35) which extends through the slot-like opening (33) and projects out of the latter.
- Mailbox module (1) according to Claim 11 or 12, characterized in that the actuating face (31) of the fixing element (30) is formed on the mounting portion (34) at its end that projects into the plug-in passageway (15).
- Mailbox module (1) according to one of Claims 1 to 13, characterized in that codes (40) that extend parallel to the plug-in passageway longitudinal axis (A-A) are formed in the plug-in passageway (15) on at least one passageway longitudinal wall.
- Mailbox module (1) according to Claim 14, characterized in that the insertable key (13) has counterpart codes (40a) on its key shank (42) that correspond to the codes (40).
- Mailbox module (1) according to one of Claims 1 to 15, characterized in that provision is made of a further fixing key (41) having a key shank length of the type that corresponds to the distance of the actuating face (31) of the fixing element (30) from the passageway opening (16), wherein the key shank (42) is formed with a smooth face, i.e. without coding profiles, and is held in a clamped manner in the plug-in passageway (15).
- Mailbox module (1) according to Claim 16, characterized in that the fixing key (41) has a key head (42a) on one side, said key head (42a) being dimensioned such that, in the plugged-in state, its front head face as seen in the plug-in direction extends in a manner flush with the closure element (5), and an undercut (43) for attaching a releasing tool is formed on its head underside.
- Mailbox module (1) according to one of Claims 1 to 17, characterized in that a holder (48) with or for a lamp (49), in particular an LED, is provided on the housing (14) in front of and below the passageway opening (16).
- Mailbox module (1) according to one of Claims 1 to 18, characterized in that the closure element (5) is configured as a faceplate of a mailbox drawer (7) and has two closure element parts, specifically a mail slot flap (8) and a facing (9), wherein the lock (10) is arranged in the facing (9).
- Mailbox module (1) according to one of Claims 1 to 18, characterized in that the closure element (5) for the frame opening (4) consists of a mail slot module (51) having the mail slot flap (8) and a mail removal door (52), wherein the mail removal door (52) is mounted in a pivotable manner in the mounting frame (3) such that it frees the frame opening (4) for removing the mail located in the mailbox (2) by being flapped open.
- Mailbox module (1) according to Claim 19, characterized in that the lock (10) is arranged on the mail slot module (50) between the mail slot flap (8) and the mail removal door (52).
- Mailbox module (1) according to Claims 20 and 21, characterized in that the mounting frame (3) has an adapter (54) into which the lock (10) is able to be introduced.
- Mailbox module (1) according to Claim 22, characterized in that the adapter (54) has a yoke (55), the internal contour of which is adapted to the external contour of the bolt (11) of the lock (10) such that the bolt (11) is enclosed in a form-fitting manner in the adapter (54) by the yoke (55).
- Mailbox module (1) according to Claim 23, characterized in that the yoke (55) is provided at its free end with a closure bolt (57) which is configured such that the closure bolt (57) engages with its free ends in a bolt receptacle of the mail removal door (52) in the closed state thereof, such that the latter is fixed against opening.
- Mailbox module (1) according to Claim 23 or 24, characterized in that the yoke (55) of the adapter (54) is guided in the adapter (54) so as to be displaceable in guide bars (56).
- Mailbox module (1) according to one of Claims 20 to 25, characterized in that, in order to secure the pushed-in position of the lock (10) in the adapter (54), a latching connection is provided between the housing (14) and the adapter (54).
