Claims (13)

  1. Station pour former un récipient à partir d'une préforme (14), comprenant un corps principal (48) incluant un siège de préforme (53) adapté pour recevoir ladite préforme (14) et un ensemble d'injection (1), ledit ensemble d'injection(1) comprenant :
    une buse d'injection (2) comprenant une entrée (8) et une sortie (10), ladite buse d'injection (2) étant mobile entre une position rétractée et une position d'injection par rapport audit siège de préforme (53), la sortie (10) étant conçue pour être placée en communication fluidique avec la préforme (14) lorsque la buse d'injection (2) est dans la position d'injection, et
    un dispositif d'injection (4) agencé pour injecter du liquide à partir d'une source de liquide (6) vers l'entrée (8) de la buse d'injection (2), ledit dispositif d'injection (4) comprenant un boîtier (32), définissant une chambre principale (34) ayant une ouverture d'actionnement (35), et un élément de fermeture (42) mobile par rapport au boîtier et fermant l'ouverture d'actionnement (35) d'une manière étanche au fluide, - un système de valve pouvant fonctionner grâce à des moyens de commande (5) dans un état fermé, dans lequel la communication fluidique entre la sortie (10) et la chambre principale (34) est interrompue de sorte que la chambre principale (34), l'élément de fermeture (42) et le système de valve à l'état fermé délimitent un volume clos (62),
    dans laquelle la buse d'injection (2) et le boîtier (32) du dispositif d'injection (4) sont rigidement fixés entre eux afin de former une unité unique mobile entre la position rétractée et la position d'injection, caractérisée en ce que la station comprend en outre un actionneur (44) agencé pour déplacer l'élément de fermeture (42) par rapport au corps principal (48), les moyens de commande (50) pouvant placer la station dans une configuration de déplacement, dans laquelle le système de valve est à l'état fermé, le volume clos (62) est rempli avec du liquide et l'actionneur (44) déplace l'élément de fermeture (42), amenant le boîtier (32) et la buse d'injection (2) à se déplacer en conséquence.
  2. Station selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle le système de valve peut en outre fonctionner grâce aux moyens de commande (50) entre au moins :
    un état de remplissage agencé pour placer la chambre principale (34) en communication fluidique avec la source de liquide (6) afin de remplir la chambre principale (34) avec ledit liquide,
    un état d'injection, agencé pour placer la chambre principale (34) en communication fluidique avec la sortie (10) de la buse d'injection (2), et
    l'état fermé.
  3. Station selon la revendication 1 ou 2, comprenant en outre une butée de rétraction (57) définissant la position rétractée de la buse d'injection (2), les moyens de commande (50) pouvant placer la station dans une configuration de remplissage, dans laquelle le système de valve est à l'état de remplissage, la buse d'injection est poussée contre la butée de rétraction (57) et l'actionneur (44) déplace l'élément de fermeture (42) dans une direction de remplissage amenant la chambre principale (34) à être remplie avec du liquide provenant de la source de liquide (6).
  4. Station selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, comprenant en outre des moyens de maintien (56) agencés pour maintenir la buse d'injection (2) et le boîtier (32) du dispositif d'injection (4) dans la position d'injection, les moyens de commande (50) pouvant placer la station dans une configuration d'injection, dans laquelle le système de valve est à l'état d'injection, les moyens de maintien sont actionnés et l'actionneur (44) déplace l'élément de fermeture (42) dans une direction d'injection.
  5. Station selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, dans laquelle le système de valve comprend un élément de valve en aval (20), positionné entre l'entrée (8) de la buse d'injection (2) et une sortie (38) de la chambre principale (34) ou positionné à l'intérieur de la buse d'injection (2), ledit élément de valve en aval (20) étant une valve actionnable, pouvant être actionnée par les moyens de commande (50).
  6. Station selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, dans laquelle le système de valve comprend un élément de valve en amont (52), positionné entre la source de liquide (6) et une entrée (36) de la chambre principale (34) du dispositif d'injection (4), ledit élément de valve en amont (52) étant une valve actionnable pouvant fonctionner grâce aux moyens de commande (50).
  7. Station selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, dans laquelle l'élément de fermeture (42) est formé par un piston rigide, agencé pour coulisser dans l'ouverture d'actionnement (35).
  8. Station selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, dans laquelle l'élément de fermeture (42) est formé par une membrane élastique.
  9. Station selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, comprenant en outre des moyens de guidage (55) pour guider le mouvement de la buse d'injection (2) et du boîtier (32) par rapport au corps principal (48).
  10. Procédé pour former un récipient à partir d'une préforme en utilisant une station selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, le procédé comprenant une étape consistant à introduire une préforme (14) dans le siège de préforme (53) alors que la buse d'injection (2) est dans sa position rétractée, le procédé comprenant en outre une phase de déplacement incluant l'étape consistant à déplacer la buse d'injection dans la position d'injection, dans lequel la phase de déplacement comprend les étapes consistant à placer le système de valve à l'état fermé et à actionner l'actionneur (44) pour déplacer l'élément de fermeture (42), amenant la buse d'injection (2) et le dispositif d'injection (4) à être déplacés simultanément.
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 10, incluant une phase de remplissage avant la phase de déplacement, ladite phase de remplissage comprenant les étapes consistant à placer le système de valve à l'état de remplissage et à déplacer l'élément de fermeture (42) dans une direction de remplissage de sorte que le volume clos (62) est rempli avec du liquide.
  12. Procédé selon la revendication 10 ou 11, incluant, après la phase de déplacement, une phase d'injection comprenant une phase de maintien pendant laquelle l'ensemble d'injection est maintenu dans la position d'injection de sorte que la sortie (10) de la buse d'injection (2) est maintenue en communication fluidique avec la préforme (14), le procédé comprenant en outre successivement, pendant la phase de maintien, les étapes consistant à :
    placer le système de valve à l'état d'injection, et
    ensuite, déplacer l'élément de fermeture (42) dans une direction d'injection de sorte que le liquide est injecté à partir de la chambre principale (34) jusqu'à la préforme (14) en passant par la sortie (10).
  13. Procédé selon la revendication 12, dans lequel la préforme (14) introduite dans le siège de préforme (53) a été préalablement chauffée à une température supérieure à la température de transition vitreuse du matériau de préforme, et dans lequel l'étape consistant à déplacer l'élément de fermeture (42) pendant la phase d'injection inclut l'étape consistant à exercer une force sur l'élément de fermeture (42) assez importante pour générer une pression de liquide propre à déformer la préforme (14) chauffée.
