Description

The following invention relates to a rotatable cleaning head and a cleaning device for hair and fur.

Fur and hair brushes are known. In addition to manually operated brushes and electrically operated are offered, such as rotating hot air brushes. To clean brushes and to remove hair pulled out during brushing u. a. also cylindrical, non-rotating brushes known in which all bristles can be retracted simultaneously in a body, so that the hair is removed from the bristles.

The DE 20 2010 008 499 U1 describes a hairbrush with retractable flexible bristles, which has a stationary outer tube with bristle passage openings and a bristle carrier rotatably mounted in the outer tube. The outer tube is rotatably connected to a handle, while the bristle carrier has a slotted guide with which a linear movement generated by an actuator on the handle can be converted into a rotational movement. Upon actuation of the actuator, the bristle carrier rotates, whereby all bristles are pulled under deflection inwards through the passage openings. In doing so, the hair separates from the individual bristles.

Also from DE 200 19 552 U1 a similar brush is known with retractable bristles, in which the mechanism for pulling the bristles works on the same principle as in the above scripture. In addition, however, the bristles are pivotally mounted there about a pivot axis parallel to the longitudinal axis of the bristle carrier on the bristle carrier, so that rigid bristles can be fed.

DE 202004009333 U1 shows a device for receiving hair-like filaments with a round rotating body with bristles, wherein the rotating body is driven by a shaft. The device has a scraper ring, whose center does not coincide with the center of the rotary body.

Easier brushing without the Einziehprinzip are also known: the US 2009/0223008 A1 discloses a brushing device consisting of two brush rolls corresponding to each other, wherein the hairs picked up by the last brush roll are scraped off at a collecting device. The US 2007/0169720 A1 while revealing a simple brush roller with scraper edge. Alternatively to stripping off GB 2 370 754 a device is known which describes the suction of a brush in the device.

Based on this prior art, the present invention based on the object to provide an improved rotatable cleaning head, which makes it possible to carry out a cleaning process continuously. This object is achieved by a rotatable cleaning head having the features of independent claim 1.

In addition, the task arises to provide a cleaning device for manual continuous cleaning of hair and fur.

This object is achieved by a cleaning device having the features of claim 10.

Further developments of the devices are described by the subclaims.

The cleaning head according to the invention for hair and fur has in a first embodiment, a rotatable hollow cylindrical base body, from which extend a plurality of cleaning elements to the outside. According to the invention, a control cylinder is eccentrically fixed in the main body and arranged parallel with respect to the longitudinal axis of the base body. The cleaning elements extend from the lateral surface of the Control cylinder away and are slidably mounted in guide holes, which has the body, depending on the angle of rotation of the body.

In a further embodiment, the cleaning elements can be sunk depending on the angle of rotation of the base body so that they no longer or substantially no longer extend beyond the surface of the base body. In this case remain by retracting dirt and brushed hair on the surface of the body are and virtually fall off. By "substantially", therefore, it is meant that the cleaning elements only extend out of the surface at most so that the dirt no longer sticks to them and can further clean clean cleaning elements when the control cylinder is rotating - which is advantageous So no manual action required for cleaning the cleaning elements.

The cleaning elements may in particular be guided radially with respect to the main body, wherein it is also possible that the cleaning elements are guided therein in an angle deviating from the radial direction.

It can be provided both that the cleaning elements individually or else in groups from its extended rest position can be fed into the body.

Unlike in known rotatable cleaning heads, a positive coupling of the displacement position of the cleaning elements and the rotational position of the base body is present in the cleaning head according to the invention, which is made possible by the eccentric arrangement of the control cylinder, slide on the lateral surface of the cleaning elements.

Previous cleaning devices knew either the retractability of the bristle aggregate or the rotation. For cleaning the cleaning head itself it was previously necessary to interrupt the cleaning process to collect the bristle population. In the cleaning head according to the invention, however, the individual cleaning elements or cleaning element groups are periodically fed and thus an automatic cleaning of the cleaning elements of hair or other contaminants that have hooked in the cleaning in the cleaning elements allows during the cleaning process. Thus, the cleaning head according to the invention can be used continuously and without manual intermediate cleaning. The cleaning head according to the invention can be used except for the cleaning of hair and fur and for cleaning Langhaardppichen, or generally "hairy" surfaces.

Further, the control cylinder may have an elliptical or cam-shaped cross-section.

It can be solid or designed as a hollow body with Innenverstrebung.

The dimensions, shape and / or positioning of the control cylinder in the interior of the body can / can be adjusted depending on the individual requirements of a particular cleaning task. Thus, in particular the height position of individual cleaning elements or cleaning element groups can be made variable by suitable design of the control cylinder as a function of the angle of rotation of the base body. The cleaning elements slide substantially circumferentially on the lateral surface of the control cylinder, wherein its extended position is determined from the base body by the gap width between the inner circumferential surface of the base body and the outer circumferential surface of the control cylinder. A hollow body with braces makes it possible to build a relatively lightweight cleaning head, while the capacity of the control cylinder is comparable to the capacity of the massive control cylinder.

In addition, the control cylinder may extend beyond the respective longitudinal axial end of the base body at one or both ends. There it can form a receiving portion, which is intended to be rotatably received in a storage device. The control cylinder is thus rotationally fixed with respect to the storage device, while the main body is rotatably mounted to fulfill the cleaning function.

Furthermore, the cleaning elements can be arranged offset angularly in rows parallel to the longitudinal axis of the base body.

The cleaning elements are grouped like combs in combs and corresponding to a comb, then a number of teeth or cleaning elements can be connected via a common cleaning element base. In this case, the cleaning elements raise and / or lower correspondingly as a comb, the base slides in this case on the control cylinder. Particularly advantageously, the cleaning element bases can have a slide-promoting surface on their side facing the lateral surface of the control cylinder. You may also have sliding grooves, which are aligned in the circumferential direction of the control cylinder. The Gleitnuten contribute advantageously to the fact that the cleaning head according to the invention continues to work even with penetrating dirt.

According to another embodiment, a return device may be operatively connected to the cleaning elements, which is intended to exert a return force on the cleaning elements. It causes the cleaning elements or cleaning element bases to rest on the surface of the control cylinder. The return device causes the cleaning elements retract into the body without external force. The control cylinder alone can only control the extension movement, but not the retraction movement of the cleaning elements.

The retrieval device may include one or more elastomeric rings that are / are striped over the cleaning element bases. The river Oder the elastomeric ring (s) should be at least striped over one end of the longitudinal axial end portions of the cleaning element bases.

The return device may also include a positive control device with a circumferential control gate. This can be present in particular in one or both longitudinal axial end portions of the control cylinder and extend parallel to an outer contour of the control cylinder. The longitudinal axial end portions of the cleaning element bases are guided in the control gate.

With appropriate design of the surfaces of the control gate and / or the longitudinal axial end portions of Reinigungselementebasen occurs by the sliding of the end portions in the control gate hardly wear, while the elastomer ring is heavily loaded and therefore tends to failure faster. In addition, the applied torque for rotation of the body is significantly larger when the elastomer ring is used, as between the outer surface of the control cylinder and the cleaning elements, a frictional force is generated and for extending the cleaning elements always the restoring force of the elastomeric ring must be overcome, while in the embodiment with Forced control a significantly lower drive torque is sufficient. If a control cylinder made of plastic is used and common mass-production methods such as injection molding are used, the tax alley described is virtually feasible without additional cost.

The cleaning elements preferably taper in an end section projecting out of the lateral surface of the main body; they may be bristles, prongs or teeth. Particularly advantageous are asymmetrical teeth, which have a rising in the direction of movement of the body tip shape - these are particularly suitable when the cleaning head is combined with a scraper - also allow teeth with asymmetric tip shape a particularly effective hair or coat cleaning, since the "plunge angle" the teeth in the fur structure is comparatively steep; the Teeth get caught in the fur to brush loose hair effectively.

Finally, the body can be rotatably and concentrically connected to a torque converter. In the torque transducer may be a drive gear, wherein advantageously the inner circumferential surface of the drive gear is rotatably mounted on a bearing portion of the control cylinder. In addition to the drive gear, other torque transmitting devices may be suitable, such as a spline, non-positive torque-transmitting devices, or other positive torque-transmitting devices, such as keyways. The torque transmitter is intended to be operatively coupled to a drive device. The drive gear may be formed integrally with the base body or be joined thereto as an independent component and approximately cohesively or with the aid of fastening devices.

Another invention, which includes the cleaning head of the invention, is a hair and fur cleaning device having a support arm connected to the powered cleaning head just described.

The drive of the cleaning head can be done via all known types of drive, in principle, manually.

In a further embodiment, a stationary stripping device is connected to the holding arm, which is arranged parallel to the longitudinal axis of the cleaning head. Between a scraping edge of the stripping device and the surface of the body in this case is a stripping gap. The width of the stripping gap can be adapted to a cleaning task to be performed or to the expected level of contamination. The wiper gap must not be too narrow as otherwise the entire cleaning device could become blocked by excessive dirt accumulation. It may even be provided that the width of the cleaning gap is made using an adjusting device, such as a movement thread, is adjustable.

According to yet another embodiment of the cleaning device, the cleaning elements of the cleaning head can extend at an angular position of the wiper edge, but at most up to the amount of Abstreifspalts from the lateral surface of the body in the stripping gap. This is intended to ensure that the cleaning elements do not touch the cleaning device. The pull-in behavior of the cleaning elements or cleaning element rows is to be interpreted by suitable design of the control cylinder or its shape, dimensions and positioning within the interior of the body so that all cleaning elements before they pass in the direction of movement of the wiper edge, at least as far into the body Pull back that the stripping gap is released. In the simplest case, the stripping device can be a metal strip whose one edge forms the scraping edge and which can be bent in a radius corresponding to the outer radius of the main body. However, the bending radius of the stripper can also correspond to the outer radius of the body. It can also be provided that an additional wiper lip or wiping brush is located on the wiping edge, which should allow a further improved cleaning of the surface of the body.

In addition, a collecting device, which may be a collecting bag or container with a rigid shell, be arranged in the direction of movement behind the stripping on the cleaning head and advantageously includes the stripping device.

The collecting device can be arranged interchangeable on the cleaning head. Alternatively or additionally, a suction collector, which is open along a suction opening and which extends parallel to the scraping edge, can be arranged on the stripping device. The Absaugsammler may also have a suction port to which a suction device can be connected.

Die Absaugvorrichtung kann eine externe Saugpumpe oder auch in die Reinigungsvorrichtung integriert sein, wobei es insbesondere vorgesehen sein kann, die Absaugvorrichtung durch den gleichen Antriebsmotor anzutreiben, der auch den Grundkörper antreibt."Arranged on" here does not mean that the Absaugsammler actually must be mechanically connected to the cleaning head, but only that it is present in the narrower spatial area of the cleaning head and the stripping device; it can be easily arranged on the storage device or other stationary components of the cleaning device. Only with the use of the collecting device and / or suction device results in an optimal hygienic and residue-free cleaning, since the environment remains largely clean during cleaning. The suction device may be an external suction pump or integrated into the cleaning device, wherein it may be provided in particular to drive the suction device by the same drive motor, which also drives the main body.

Still further, the drive device may comprise a drive motor, which may be an electric motor, pneumatic motor or hydraulic motor. The drive motor may also be operatively coupled via a gear to the torque transmitter of the main body of the cleaning head. Alternatively or additionally, the drive device may also have an energy store, such as an accumulator, which is arranged on the drive device and which is operatively coupled to the drive device. Furthermore, the cleaning head can be rotatably mounted between a first bearing bracket and a second bearing bracket, wherein the first bearing bracket and the second bearing bracket can be mechanically connected by a connecting portion.

In particular, an electric rod motor can be used, as it is known from power tools such as cordless screwdrivers, and has a battery integrated into the rod. The first bearing bracket, second bearing bracket and the connecting portion form the "force-conducting structure" of the cleaning device, so their storage device. The drive motor can be arranged parallel or perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the cleaning head be, although other types of transmissions than helical gear can be used, such as space-saving planetary gear. However, the drive motor can also drive the cleaning head directly.

According to a further embodiment, the connecting portion may be arranged parallel to the longitudinal axis of the cleaning head and preferably comprise a hollow cylinder. Alternatively or additionally, the drive device may be at least partially received in a receiving portion of the connecting portion fixed.

The outer shape of a tubular connecting portion is particularly well suited for receiving an electric motor. The available space is thereby optimally utilized, whereby the cleaning device can be built very compact. The operative coupling of the drive motor and the torque transmitter of the main body of the cleaning head can be carried out in this embodiment via a single or multi-stage spur gear, the gear ratio can be adapted in each case to the cleaning task and the characteristic of the engine.

The first bearing bracket and / or the second bearing bracket may / may further comprise a receiving device in which the receiving portion of the control cylinder is rotatably received and preferably screwed. The cleaning device may further comprise a handle, which is preferably connected to the connecting portion and / or extending perpendicularly from the connecting portion. However, the handle can also be formed by the drive motor.

In particular, when the drive motor is a rod motor that extends freely along a portion of its longitudinal axis, an ergonomic handle may be formed by the drive motor itself, similar to a rod wrench. In the embodiment in which Connecting section also receives the drive motor, it may be advantageous for a pleasant weight distribution of the cleaning device when the handle contains balance weights.

Finally, the first bearing bracket may be releasably connected to the connecting portion, such as bolted, and may itself form a cover for the transmission. The second bearing bracket may have a return device with a control gate, which runs substantially parallel to the outer contour of the control cylinder and in which the free end portions of the cleaning element bases are guided.

In an advantageous embodiment, the positive control device formed by the control gate can be present at a longitudinal axial end of the cleaning head on the guide cylinder and at the opposite longitudinal axial end of the cleaning head on the bearing bracket. As a result, a trouble-free installation of the cleaning device is ensured.

In Fig. 1 an exemplary inventive cleaning device 10 is shown in a perspective view, wherein the cleaning device 10 in the sectional plane CC (see Fig. 7 ) is cut. Basically, storage device 2 and handle 6 form a holder for the cleaning head 1. In Fig. 1 the connecting portion 22 of the storage device 2 of the cleaning device 10 is shown, which runs parallel to the longitudinal axis of the cleaning head 1 and which has a rib 221. The storage device 2 further comprises a first bearing bracket 23 (see Fig. 4 and Fig. 5 ) and a second bearing bracket 21 and forms quasi the "housing", which has a force-conducting function and in which the cleaning head 1 is mounted with the rotational degree of freedom about the longitudinal axis. The cleaning head 1 shows a hollow cylindrical body 11 having guides 111 for the teeth 12, which are arranged radially in the base body 11. The guides 111 (see Fig. 3 ) of the teeth 1 are cast on the inner circumferential surface of the base body 11. The base body 11 has a comparatively small wall thickness, while the guides 111 extend relatively far radially inward in order to prevent tilting of the teeth 12.

The teeth 12 are arranged in angularly offset rows as combs. Depending on a row of teeth is connected via a common tooth base 122 parallel to the longitudinal axis of the base body 11, wherein the longitudinal axis of the base body 11 coincides with the axis of the threaded bore 134 of the control cylinder 13. The cleaning head 1 cleans so skins or carpets or the like rotating. The direction of rotation for cleaning is designated by U. Due to the asymmetrical shape of the cleaning teeth 12, which taper in the direction of movement U, the cleaning head 1 in the embodiment shown has a preferred direction of movement. If, however, the cleaning head 1 has symmetrical cleaning elements 12, the cleaning can certainly take place in both directions of rotation.

In the interior 112 of the base body 11, an elliptical control cylinder 13 is arranged parallel and eccentric to the longitudinal axis on which slide the teeth 12 with its inside, more specifically, slide the teeth 12 with their cleaning element base 122 thereon. Upon rotation of the main body 11, the teeth 12 are rotated, but the control cylinder 13 remains stationary. The teeth 12 are converted by the rotation angle-dependent change in the distance between the control cylinder 13 and the inner circumferential surface of the base body 11 per revolution of the base body 11 from a fully sunk to a fully extended position. In the embodiment shown, there is a comparatively large angle of rotation range in the lower region of the main body, in which the teeth 12 remain in their maximum position; this area is the cleaning angle range.

Thus, the cleaning element bases 122 slide particularly well on the control cylinder 13, they have in their "foot" a rounded cross-section, which allows a low-wear line contact with the control cylinder 13 in each angular position. The rotational angle-dependent height position of the teeth 12 can be achieved to individual requirements by adjusting the cross section and the positioning of the control cylinder 13. In the illustrated embodiment, a container 5 is shown as a collecting container 5, which is also shaped so that it comprises the scraper device 51 integrally and has a scraper edge. Between the wiping edge of the stripping device 51 and the surface of the main body 11 is a stripping gap. The control cylinder 13 is now designed and positioned so that the teeth 12 in rows, before they pass in the direction of movement U the wiper edge, are drawn into the main body 11, being caught by the entangled hair and other dirt from the cleaning teeth 12, while the wiping edge cleans the surface of the base body 11 and prevents stripped dirt from being "pulled along", in particular when a lip or brush strips is / are arranged on the wiping edge, which is not shown in the figure.

Dirt stripped by the stripping device 51 is absorbed in the interior 52 of the collecting container 5, so that the environment is not contaminated during cleaning. At the collecting container 5, a suction port can be arranged, which can be connected to a vacuum cleaner.

The cleaning head 1 according to the invention itself can be used on portable handsets or stationary cleaning devices, such as for carpet or animal cleaning.

With the cleaning head 1 according to the invention, it is possible for the first time to continuously clean even heavily haired animals in the change of fur, without having to constantly clean the brush, since the cleaning device according to the invention provides automatic cleaning of the teeth 12, which is carried out with each revolution of the cleaning head 1, whereby the teeth 12, and, when using a wiping edge with lip or brush strip, even the main body 11 are continuously cleaned during use.

In Fig. 2 is a perspective view of the cleaning device 10 can be seen, wherein the cleaning device 10 in the plane DD (see Fig. 7 ) is cut. Here is an end portion of the control cylinder 13 can be seen, which is surrounded by the return device 135 having the control gate 136. In the control gate 136, the longitudinal axial free ends of the teeth bases 122 are guided, whereby a forced control of the height of the teeth on the principle of "guide link" is made possible.

About the dimension, contour and position of the control cylinder 13, respectively, the parallel thereto control gate 136, both the extension and the sinking of the teeth is controlled. This has the advantage that when using a rubber ring for retrieval much less wear occurs. The return device 135 with control gate 136 can advantageously in a manufacturing step together with the control cylinder 13th be produced, for example by injection molding, so that no additional costs. The main body 11 of the cleaning head 1 is rotatably mounted in the first bearing bracket 23, while the control cylinder 13 is rotationally fixed to the first bearing bracket 23. The control cylinder 13 is otherwise performed to save material; it is essentially hollow and has braces 131 that are aligned with power flow.

In the view of the cleaning device 10 in FIG Fig. 3 is the first bearing bracket 23 (see Fig. 5 ) is hidden so that the underlying gearbox is visible. In the first bearing bracket 23 (see Fig. 5 ), the one end of the control cylinder 13 is arranged rotationally fixed, while the main body 11 is rotatably mounted on the control cylinder 13. At the other longitudinal axial end of the cleaning head 1, this is mounted in the second bearing bracket 21, while the first bearing bracket 23 (see Fig. 5 ) and the second bearing bracket 21 via the connecting portion 22, which is a hollow tube, are connected. To the drive shaft of the drive motor 3, a drive gear 31 is rotatably connected, which is in engagement with the intermediate gear 32, which in turn is in engagement with the output gear 16 of the cleaning head 1. The intermediate gear 32 is rotatably mounted with its shaft portion 32 'on one side in the first bearing bracket 23, not shown (see Fig. 5 ). The handle 6 is here arranged perpendicular to the connecting portion 22 and connected to the connecting portion 22. Advantageously, the handle 6 may be integrally formed with the connecting portion 22, for example as a part injection molded.

Fig. 4 shows a longitudinal section of a portion of the cleaning device 10 along the longitudinal center plane of the cleaning head 1. The control cylinder 13 is rotatably mounted between the first bearing bracket 23 and the second bearing bracket 21, wherein the two bearing brackets 21,23 are connected via the connecting portion 22 and together with this Form storage device 2 (see also Fig. 5 ). The control cylinder 13 extends both ends longitudinally axially beyond the base body 11 and forms in this area in each case a receiving portion 133 in which it is positively received in the respective bearing brackets 21,23, wherein a fastening screw 14 is used to specify the axial position. The rotatable mounting of the base body 11 takes place on the left side in the figure on the support portion 132 of the control cylinder 13, while on the right in the figure, the base body 11, the rotatable mounting in a circumferential bearing portion 211 of the second bearing bracket 21. The driven gear 16 is designed here as a separate component which is rotatably connected to the base body 11 and which is in engagement with the intermediate gear 32. Advantageously, the two gears 16,32 are protected from dirt within the first bearing bracket 23, which forms the transmission housing quasi.

Good here is the comb-like arrangement of the teeth 12 to recognize common teeth bases 122. The free end portions 124 are each guided in control lanes 136,213, which serve the positive guidance of the teeth bases 122. At the left in the figure left end of the control cylinder 13, the control gate 136 is in the control cylinder 13 itself, while at the right end of the control cylinder 13, the control gate 213 between the outer surface of the control cylinder 13 and the return device 212 of the second bearing bracket is formed. This arrangement is necessary in order to be able to mount the teeth bases 122 at all between the two return devices 135, 212. The return devices 135,212 ensure that the teeth bases 122 rest on the surface of the control cylinder 13 or slide on it with movement of the main body 11 thereon. In order to allow a particularly smooth and low-noise and low-wear sliding, the teeth bases 122 have sliding grooves 121, which extend in the circumferential direction of the main body 11.

In Fig. 5 finally, the complete cleaning device 10 is shown, which has the drive motor (guided in the connecting portion 22), the cleaning head 1, the collecting container 5, the storage device 2 and the handle 6 attached thereto. The handle 6 is ergonomically shaped.

Fig. 6 shows the cleaning device 10 in the side view: The teeth 12 retract in longitudinal axial rows in the interior of the base body 11 before they are moved in the direction of movement U past the scraping edge 51 and are stripped so efficiently. If the connecting portion 22 and the handle 6 are hollow, the cleaning device 10 can still be lightweight with high rigidity.
