  • a user gently depresses the tip 34 of the catch 32 within the hollow cavity member 72 and gently pulls the hollow cavity member 72 away from the ear-stem 26 in a substantially parallel direction opposite the direction of arrow 71.
  • the clip assembly 60 includes a pivot 66 or hinge providing a pivot axis 68.
  • Each pivot 66 includes the removable strap tip 70 providing part of the hinge and including a circular flange 80 having an aperture 82.
  • the fastener 76 provides the other part of the hinge and includes a substantially circular flange 84 having a centrally positioned aperture 86 and the flange extending outwardly to the opening 62.
  • the aperture 82 of the strap tip 70 and the aperture 86 of the fastener 76 are vertically aligned and coupled together by the pin 88.
  • the adjustable strap 50 pivots about the axis 68 to achieve optimum mounting and comfort about a wearer's head.
  • the pin 88 is preferably made of a flexible plastic material and includes an outwardly facing end 88A having an earpiece holder 90.

Claims (4)

  1. Fixation d'article de lunetterie interchangeable à utiliser avec des lunettes (12), ledit article de lunetterie ayant une paire de branches (26), la fixation comprenant : un moyen de sangle réglable (50) couplé solidairement entre une paire d'ensembles clips (60) incluant chacun un bout de sangle amovible (70) pour raccordement avec lesdites branches (26), un moyen d'assujettissement (76) pour raccordement à ladite sangle réglable (50), caractérisée par : une cheville (88) pour pivotement dudit moyen amovible (70) et dudit moyen d'assujettissement (76) autour d'un axe (68), ladite cheville (88) incluant un moyen de tenue d'écouteur (90) pour solidariser un fil (100) d'un écouteur (102) audit moyen de fixation (10), donnant ainsi la capacité au porteur de lunettes d'écouter de la musique.
  4. Procédé de montage et de démontage de l'article de lunetterie de la revendication 1, et alternant entre un port classique autour des oreilles (15) d'un porteur et un port non classique autour de la tête d'un porteur et ayant des capacités d'écouteur intégrées, utilisant l'article de lunetterie de la revendication 1, le procédé étant caractérisé par les étapes : a. dégagement des bouts amovibles (34) de la branche (26) par enfoncement des bouts d'extrémité (42) des crans (32) au sein des organes formant cavité creuse (36) et retrait des organes formant cavité creuse (36) de la branche (26) dans une direction sensiblement parallèle ;
    b. raccordement des bouts de sangle amovibles (70) du moyen de fixation (10) à chacun des crans (32) correspondants de la branche (26) par extension dudit cran (32) au sein dudit organe formant cavité creuse (36) parallèle à ladite extension de la branche (26) ;
    c. installation d'au moins un fil d'écouteur (100) au sein dudit organe de tenue d'écouteur (90) par enfoncement du fil (100) de l'écouteur (102) à travers le canal (94) jusqu'à ce que le fil soit solidarisé au sein de l'ouverture circulaire (92) ;
    d. dégagement du bout de sangle amovible (70) de la branche (26) par enfoncement des bouts d'extrémité (42) des crans (32) au sein des organes formant cavité creuse (36) et retrait des organes formant cavité creuse (36) de la branche (26) dans une direction sensiblement parallèle ;
    et e. nouveau raccordement des bouts amovibles (34) aux crans (32) de la branche (26) par extension desdits crans (32) au sein desdits organes formant cavité creuse (36) parallèles auxdites extensions de la branche (26).
