  14. Transportation system according to any one of the preceding claims,
    characterised in that
    the one of the two rails (20, 30) in the guide area of the conveying element (50), in which this latter is placed on the rails (20, 30), has a shorter length than the other rail such that the conveying element (50) is first placed by a leading assistant with a first side on the first longer rail and the assistant can extricate himself sideways out of the rail area through the gap formed between the rails (20, 30) before the opposite side of the conveying element (50) is placed on the second shorter rail.
  15. Transportation system according to any one of the preceding claims,
    characterised in that
    that the systems parts are made out of stainless steel and/or aluminum.
  16. Transportation system according to any one of the preceding claims,
    characterised in that
    the conveying element (50) can pivot or fold about a hinge axis perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of said conveying element.
