Claims (13)

  1. Verfahren, umfassend:
    - einen Faltschritt zum Bilden mindestens einer Längsfalte (20) in einer Bahn aus einem flexiblen Flächengebilde (10) unter Verwendung eines Faltmittels, das zur Bildung jeder Falte (20) mindestens ein erstes und ein zweites mitlaufendes Rad (22a, 22b) umfasst, die versetzt und im Wesentlichen parallel zueinander auf gegenüber liegenden Seiten des Flächengebildes (10) angeordnet sind und Achsen (24) aufweisen, die im Wesentlichen orthogonal zu der allgemeinen Ebene des Flächengebildes (10) sind, wobei die Achsen (24) mit einem Abstand getrennt sind, der kleiner ist als der Durchmesser von mindestens einem der Räder (22a, 22b) und
    - einen anschließenden Schritt des Formens des gefalteten Flächengebildes (10) zu einer Schlauchform.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, bei dem die Räder (22a, 22b) den gleichen Durchmesser aufweisen.
  3. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die ersten und die zweiten Räder (22a, 22b) mit Mitteln zum Einstellen des Abstands, der die jeweiligen Achsen (24) trennt, versehen sind.
  4. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, umfassend einen Schritt des Verminderns der Spannungen in den Bereichen des Flächengebildes (10), die gefaltet werden sollen, durch eine Formleiste, die stromaufwärts von dem Faltmittel angeordnet ist.
  5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, bei dem die Leiste als eine Platte (14), die eine obere Kante aufweist, geformt ist, deren zentraler Teil (16) im Wesentlichen horizontal und in Kontakt mit dem Flächengebilde (10) steht und deren Seitenteile (18) geneigt und von dem Flächengebilde (10) beabstandet sind.
  6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, bei dem die Ebene, in der das Flächengebilde (10) liegt, auf dem Weg von dem Spannungsverminderungsschritt zu dem Faltschritt im Wesentlichen unverändert bleibt.
  7. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem sich ein Paar von gegenüber liegenden Walzen (28), die so angeordnet sind, dass sie auf gegenüber liegenden Seiten des Flächengebildes (10) einander gegenüber liegen und Achsen aufweisen, die parallel zu der allgemeinen Ebene des Flächengebilde (10) sind, stromabwärts von dem Faltmittel befindet.
  8. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem Mittel zum Siegeln durch Erwärmen der mindestens einen Längsfalte (20) stromabwärts von dem Faltmittel angeordnet sind.
  9. Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, bei dem die Mittel zum Siegeln ein einzelnes Gleitstück (32), ein Paar von Gleitstücken (34), die auf gegenüber liegenden Seiten der Falte (20) angeordnet sind, ein Paar von Rädern (36), die auf gegenüber liegenden Seiten der Falte (20) angeordnet sind, oder ein Paar von Riemen (38), die auf gegenüber liegenden Seiten der Falte (20) angeordnet sind, umfassen.
  10. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem der Faltschritt durch mindestens zwei Faltstationen ausgeführt wird, die in Reihe eine nach der anderen angeordnet sind.
  11. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die Bahn aus dem flexiblen Flächengebilde (10) aus einem Papiermaterial hergestellt ist.
  12. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem der Faltschritt in einem absteigenden Abschnitt des Wegs des Flächengebildes (10) durchgeführt wird.
  13. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, das nach dem Formschritt einen Schritt des Füllens des Flächengebildes (10), das zu einer Schlauchform ausgebildet ist, mit einem zu verpackenden Produkt, und Schritte des Siegelns und Querschneidens des schlauchförmigen Flächengebildes umfasst, so dass schlauchförmige Verpackungen erzeugt werden, die in der Form von Beuteln gesiegelt sind.
