Claims (10)
- Machine à laver la vaisselle du type à convoyeur ou du type à tunnel comprenant- au moins une zone de rinçage (R), où un ou plusieurs bras de rinçage (1) sont placés, qui pulvérisent la vaisselle avec de l'eau ajoutée de manière facultative à des agents de rinçage,- au moins une zone de pré-rinçage (PR), où un ou plusieurs bras de pré-rinçage (2, 3) sont placés, qui pulvérisent la vaisselle avec du liquide de recyclage contenant des agents de rinçage et des résidus de détergent et au moyen d'une première pompe (P1),- au moins un réservoir de collecte (VR1, VR2), qui est placé au-dessous d'au moins un desdits bras de rinçage et de pré-rinçage (1, 2, 3),- une ou plusieurs zones de lavage (L1), avec un ou plusieurs réservoirs de lavage respectifs (V1), où un ou plusieurs bras de lavage (5) sont placés, qui pulvérisent la vaisselle avec du liquide de recyclage, provenant d'un réservoir de lavage respectif (V1), qui est ajouté au détergent et qui est envoyé auxdits bras de lavage (5) au moyen d'une pompe respective supplémentaire (PL),- au moins une zone de séchage, configurée pour évaporer l'eau de la vaisselle par un flux d'air chaud venant de l'extérieur et transporté dans une zone de transition de ladite vaisselle,- ledit au moins un réservoir de collecte (VR1, VR2) et lesdits un ou plusieurs réservoirs de lavage (V1) étant reliés les uns aux autres par un système de décantage, de sorte que lesdits réservoirs sont remplis de liquide l'un après l'autre, en commençant à partir dudit au moins un réservoir de collecte (VR1, VR2) desdites zones de rinçage et de pré-rinçage,dans laquelle ladite première pompe (P1), qui est reliée auxdits bras de pré-rinçage (2, 3), a un premier conduit d'écoulement (16), équipé d'au moins une vanne ou papillon (17), à l'intérieur duquel une partie de liquide contenu à l'intérieur dudit au moins un réservoir de collecte (VR1, VR2) s'écoule, ladite partie de liquide étant envoyée à une zone de prélavage (L2) ou dans un conduit de drainage correspondant (SC) de ladite machine à laver la vaisselle, caractérisée en ce que ladite partie de liquide est envoyée à un échangeur thermique (7) de la zone de séchage et de là à l'intérieur d'un second conduit d'écoulement (18), qui s'écoule dans ladite zone de prélavage (L2) ou dans ledit conduit de drainage correspondant (SC) de ladite machine à laver la vaisselle.
- Machine à laver la vaisselle selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins une zone de prélavage (L2) ayant un réservoir de prélavage respectif (V2) où la vaisselle sont mouillés est disposée en amont de ladite au moins une zone de lavage (L1), ladite vaisselle étant mouillée ou pulvérisée au moyen d'un ou plusieurs bras de prélavage (6), avec du liquide de recyclage provenant dudit réservoir de prélavage (V2) et envoyé auxdits bras de prélavage (6) au moyen de ladite pompe respective supplémentaire (PL).
- Machine à laver la vaisselle selon au moins une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ledit second conduit d'écoulement (18) a un injecteur d'extrémité (4), placé à l'intérieur de ladite zone de prélavage (L2), de sorte que ladite partie de liquide est directement injectée à l'intérieur dudit réservoir de prélavage (V2), sans passage dans les réservoirs de lavage (V1).
- Machine à laver la vaisselle selon au moins une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ladite partie de liquide s'écoulant dans ledit échangeur thermique (7) cède la chaleur à l'air provenant de l'extérieur, qui est même transporté jusqu'à un ventilateur (8) et chauffé par une ou plusieurs résistances (9a) de ladite zone de séchage.
- Machine à laver la vaisselle selon au moins une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'une phase de décantation de liquide se produit entre lesdits réservoirs (VR1, VR2, V1, V2) dans un sens qui est opposé au sens de transport de la vaisselle, afin de régénérer les réservoirs de lavage et de prélavage (V1, V2) au moyen d'eau amenée dans la machine à laver la vaisselle dans la zone de rinçage (R).
- Machine à laver la vaisselle selon au moins une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que deux zones de pré-rinçage (PR) sont prévues, chacune desdites zones de pré-rinçage (PR) ayant un ou plusieurs bras de pré-rinçage (2, 3) et un réservoir de collecte respectif (VR1, VR2) et chacune desdites zones de pré-rinçage (PR) utilisant ladite première pompe (P1).
- Machine à laver la vaisselle selon au moins une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins une première zone de pré-rinçage (PR) a un robinet amont (11), susceptible de déterminer la quantité de liquide à envoyer aux bras de pré-rinçage (3) de ladite première zone.
- Machine à laver la vaisselle selon au moins une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins un desdits réservoirs de collecte (VR1, VR2) communique avec lesdits réservoirs de lavage (V1).
- Machine à laver la vaisselle selon au moins une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que au moins un desdits réservoirs de collecte (VR1, VR2) est directement relié à un conduit de décharge (SC) de la machine à laver la vaisselle.
- Machine à laver la vaisselle selon au moins une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ledit ventilateur (8) de la zone de séchage est relié à un logement ou à un carter (9), équipé desdites résistances (9a), et à une trémie (9b), ladite zone de séchage comprenant également au moins un aspirateur ou souffleur de vapeurs (15).
