Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Segmentwehranlage für variabel, steuerbare Stau- und Siebfunktionen an Entlastungsanlagen und daraus abzuleitende Verfahren zum Einbau und Betrieb der Segmentwehranlage. Der Typus der Segmentwehranlagen ist allgemein bekannt, wobei die technische Anwendung im Bereich der Abwassernetze und im allgemeinen Wasserbau zur Stauaktivierung und Aussteuerung von Entlastungs- und Weiterleitungswassermengen genutzt wird. Mögliche Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung werden in den Zeichnungen näher erläutert:

Zu erkennen ist, daß der untere Teil des Segmentbogenbleches [9] mit seiner Segmentbogen-Staufläche [19] die gesamte Entlastungsöffnung [3] mit seiner Entlastungsöffnung-Breite [4] und Entlastungsöffnung-Höhe [5] komplett verschließt, wobei die Segmentbogen-Seitenflächen [18] auf den beidseitigen, konvex ausgebildeten Segmentbogen-Seitenauflagern [17] dichtend aufliegen.
    Die Darstellung der beiden Segmentbogen-Sehnenlängen [14] mit den zugehörigen Segmentbogen-Sehnenwinkeln α1 [15] bzw. Segmentbogen-Perforationsfläche A lassen erkennen, dass hiermit die wesentlichen Aufgaben zur Stau- und Siebfunktion der Segmentwehranlage [20] aufgezeigt werden. Die Entlastungsöffnung [3] besitzt im oberen wie unteren Bereich des Segmentbogen-Öffnungsrahmens [10] die jeweils funktional notwendigen Segmentbogen-Abstreifer-oben [7] bzw. Segmentbogen-Abstreifer-unten [8].
  • Fig. 2 zeigt eine 3D Darstellung einer Segmentwehranlage [20], die nach entsprechender Absenkung mittels der beidseitig angeordneten Verschubzylinder [23] nunmehr die Siebfunktion aufzeigt, wobei die Anströmung des Abwassers durch die Fließrichtung [6] verdeutlicht wird. Erkennbar ist auch, daß die in Anspruch 2 definierten Segmentbogen-Perforationsflächen A [11]; B [12]; C [13] in Anlehnung an den Segmentbogen-Sehnenwinkeln α2 [16] funktional gedrittelt sind und wie in Anspruch 3 vermerkt, die wahlfreien, bedarfsgerechten Konturen in der Zeichnung verständlich angezeigt sind.

Claims (5)

  1. A segmental weir system [20] for variable, controllable storage and filtering functions to spillways [2] wherein on the feed side the segmental weir system [20] comprises a plate forming a segmental arch [9] with side areas of the segmental arch [18], characterised in that the plate forming a segmental arch is executed with a storage area for the segmental arch [19] on the underside and is connected with differentially-lasered perforated areas of the segmental arch (A [11]; B [12]; C [13]) on the topside, wherein the segmental weir system further comprises a segmental arch opening frame [10] with a segmental arch side contact face [17] and wherein the side areas of the segmental arch [18] rest in such a way as to form a seal on the segmental arch side contact face [17] of the segmental arch opening frame [10] which is anchored on both sides in the spillway [2] and is seen as a convex shape in the direction of flow [6] and wherein, furthermore, the segmental arch opening frame [10] has a segmental arch scraper [7] on the top side and a segmental arch scraper [7] on the bottom side [8], which are also anchored in the spillway [2].
  2. The segmental weir system [20] in accordance with claim 1 characterised in that, in order to achieve complete closure of the relief opening [3] of the segmental weir system [20] by means of the storage area for the segmental arch [19] and the associated segmental arch filament angle α1 [15], the segmental arch filament length [14] is ≥ the height of the relief opening [5] and furthermore, the three perforated areas of the segmental arch (A [11]; B [12]; C [13]) are arranged above the storage area for the segmental arch [19] and in each case are arranged by means of a formula value-segmental arch filament angle α2 [16].
  3. The segmental weir system [20] in accordance with claims 1 or 2 characterised in that the perforations of the perforated areas of the segmental arch (A [11]; B [12]; C [13]) have optional, tailored contours.
  4. The procedure for installing and operating a segmental weir system according to any one of claims 1 to 3 characterised in that the plate forming a segmental arch [9] has an axially pivotable support frame structure [21] with two-sided pivot bearings [1] in the side walls [24] of the spillway [2] connected via a traverse [22] which, in each case, can be moved by suspended, thrust cylinders [23] arranged on both sides in necessary storage and filtering functions.
  5. The procedure in accordance with claim 4 characterised in that in an emergency, the relief opening [3] of the segmental weir system [20] can be completely opened by a turn on the left hand side and the corresponding extension of the thrust cylinders [23].
