Claims (12)

  1. Verfahren für die optimierte Herstellung von Scheiben aus Naturkork für die Produktion von Korkverschlüssen auf der Grundlage einer Korkplatte mit einer Verkrustungsschicht, einer Wachstumsschicht und einem Körper, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieses die folgenden Verfahrensschritte umfasst:
    - Bereitstellen einer rohen Platte aus Naturkork,
    - Ausschneiden von Vorformen aus Kork in eine Richtung im rechten Winkel zur Oberfläche der Platte, um eine bestimmte Gruppe von Vorformen zu bilden,
    - Zuschneiden, im Hinblick auf die Beseitigung der Wachstumsschicht der Vorformen derselben Gruppe,
    - Messen der Länge von jeder Vorform einer Gruppe nach Entfernung der Wachstumsschicht,
    - Zuschneiden der Scheiben auf optimierte Weise in Abhängigkeit von der in der Vorform verfügbaren Länge, wobei die Scheiben zur Produktion von Korkverschlüssen bestimmt sind,
    - Beseitigung des Abfalls, der wenigstens die Dicke umfasst, die der Verkrustungsschicht entspricht.
  2. Verfahren für die optimierte Herstellung von Scheiben aus Naturkork für die Produktion von Korkverschlüssen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ausschneiden der Vorformen in derselben Platte in mehreren aufeinanderfolgenden Ausschneidevorgängen derselben Platte bewerkstelligt wird.
  3. Verfahren für die optimierte Herstellung von Scheiben aus Naturkork für die Produktion von Korkverschlüssen nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nacheinander ein mehrfacher Ausschneidevorgang von Vorformen mit Schneidewerkzeugen gemäß einer ersten Geometrie von Punkten durchgeführt wird, die sich untereinander in einem Abstand befinden, der größer ist als die Länge eines Durchmessers einer Vorform, ein Umsetzen durch eine relative Verschiebung der Platte bezüglich der Werkzeuge durchgeführt wird, und wenigstens ein weiterer mehrfacher Schneidevorgang zwischen den bereits ausgeführten Ausschnitten der Vorformen gemäß einer zweiten Geometrie durchgeführt wird.
  4. Verfahren zur optimierten Herstellung von Scheiben aus Naturkork für die Produktion von Korkverschlüssen nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste und die zweite Geometrie identisch sind.
  5. Vorrichtung für das optimierte Zuschneiden von Scheiben aus Naturkork für die Herstellung von Korkverschlüssen für die Ausführung eines Verfahrens nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese umfasst:
    - eine Station (28) für das Ausstanzen von Vorformen auf der Grundlage einer rohen Platte (10) aus Naturkork, die eine Verkrustungsschicht, eine Wachstumsschicht und einen Körper umfasst,
    - eine Station (30) für den Transport der Vorformen E mit einem Wagen (32),
    - eine Station (34) zum Abschneiden der Wachstumsschicht von jeder Vorform E,
    - eine Station (36) zur Messung der Länge von jeder Vorform E, nach dem Abschneiden der Wachstumsschicht,
    - wenigstens eine Station (38) zum Zuschneiden der Scheiben, und
    - eine Station (40) zur Beseitigung der verbleibenden Länge einschließlich der Verkrustungsschicht.
  6. Vorrichtung zum optimierten Zuschneiden von Scheiben aus Naturkork für die Produktion von Korkverschlüssen nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Station (28) für das Stanzen eine Förderanlage (42) aufweist, die dazu bestimmt ist, die rohe Platte (10) aus Kork aufzunehmen, und mehrere Schneidewerkzeuge (22) von der Art der Stanzen aufweist, die aus Rohren mit ringförmigem Querschnitt gebildet sind und die mit einer geschärften Schneidekante (24) versehen sind.
  7. Vorrichtung zum optimierten Zuschneiden von Scheiben aus Naturkork für die Produktion von Korkverschlüssen nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Station (28) zum Ausstanzen der Vorformen E einen Stanzblock (46) aufweist, der mehrfache Stanzstellen umfasst und der die Stanzwerkzeuge (22) trägt, und Betätigungsmittel (48) für eine Verschiebung des Stanzblocks (46) im rechten Winkel zur Oberfläche der Platte (10), eine Umsetzstation (52) mit Betätigungsmitteln für eine Verschiebung des Stanzblocks (46) mit mehrfachen Stanzstellen, wenigstens ein Schiffchen (56) für die Aufnahme der Vorformen mit einem Block (58), der eine der Zahl der Schneidewerkzeuge (22) entsprechende Zahl von in der gleichen Geometrie angeordneten Aufnahmen (60) zur Aufnahme der Vorformen E umfasst, und Mittel (62) zum Ausstoß der Formen aus jedem Schneidewerkzeug (22) in die entsprechenden Aufnahmen (60) des Schiffchens aufweist.
  8. Vorrichtung zum optimierten Zuschneiden von Scheiben aus Naturkork für die Produktion von Korkverschlüssen nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Station (30) für den Transport Mittel aufweist, um die Vorformen E, die in den Aufnahmen (60) des Schiffchens (56) für die Aufnahme der Vorformen E der Station (28) für das Stanzen enthalten sind, zu den Aufnahmen (66) des entsprechenden Wagens (32) umzusetzen.
  9. Vorrichtung zum optimierten Zuschneiden von Scheiben aus Naturkork für die Produktion von Korkverschlüssen nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wagen (32) in einer Entfernung D1 von einem Anschlag (68) angeordnet ist, und dass diese Mittel (70) aufweist, um die Vorform des Schiffchens gegen den Anschlag (68) zu bringen, wobei die Station (34) zum Abschneiden der Wachstumsschicht der Vorformen E Schneidemittel (72) aufweist, die in einer Entfernung D2 vom Anschlag angeordnet sind, auf den die Vorformen des Schiffchens bezogen sind, wobei D2 kleiner ist als D1.
  10. Vorrichtung zum optimierten Zuschneiden von Scheiben aus Naturkork für die Produktion von Korkverschlüssen nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Station (36) zum Messen der Länge Mittel (74) zum Messen der Länge aufweist, die jeweils mit den Vorformen E1, E2,...En, in jeder Aufnahme des Wagens (32) gepaart sind.
  11. Vorrichtung zum optimierten Zuschneiden von Scheiben aus Naturkork für die Produktion von Korkverschlüssen nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel (74) für die Messung der Länge gegen die Vorformen E gedrückte Ultraschallsonden sind.
  12. Vorrichtung zum optimierten Zuschneiden von Scheiben aus Naturkork für die Produktion von Korkverschlüssen nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Station (38) zum Zuschneiden der Scheiben einen Anschlag (68) und Stößel aufweist, um die Vorformen auf einen Bezugspunkt zu bringen, und eine sich drehende Schnittscheibe aufweist, um ein Zuschneiden auf die Längen e1, e2 oder e3 zu gewährleisten, die durch die Position der sich drehenden Schnittscheibe bezüglich des zugeordneten Anschlags (68) bestimmt sind.
