Definitions
- the invention relates to a coupling system comprising a coupling module and a cleaning disk.
- the coupling module for is arranged between a drive of a floor cleaning machine and a cleaning disk, in particular a brush disk or a pad drive disk.
- Such brushes or clutches are for example from the DE 195 05 344 C1 , of the DE 82 24 041 U1 , of the DE 93 02 184 U1 or the US 3,600,735 previously known.
- a brush disc in which mushroom-like pins are provided, which serve for bayonet fixing.
- the mushroom-like pins are first axially introduced into central, expanded areas of flange-side mold slots and then rotated, so that the pins are brought by connection areas in narrower slot parts.
- the mushroom hats of the pins forming the coupling sections then engage behind the flange areas laterally next to the narrower slot parts.
- the pins are held in their position by spring means.
- the FR 2 405 690 A1 discloses a system according to the preamble of claim 1, with an adapter between a brush disc and a hub of a machine shaft.
- the shaft hub has radially projecting driver pins, which act against the adapter side, adjustable in the radial direction jaws and drive the adapter.
- the adapter in turn also has driving pins, which cooperate with the brush disk and drive them rotationally. Due to the adjustment of the jaws different shaft hubs can be used.
- the coupling of the disc to the machine is usually done by releasably twisting and / or pressing and snapping the disc to the machine.

Description
The invention relates to a coupling system comprising a coupling module and a cleaning disk. The coupling module for is arranged between a drive of a floor cleaning machine and a cleaning disk, in particular a brush disk or a pad drive disk.
It is known that different machine manufacturers provide different machine coupling systems. Depending on the coupling system of the machine manufacturer then different cleaning discs must be obtained from the user. For coupling the disks to the machines, disk-side metallic sections are frequently provided which are required for introducing force into the torque and / or for protecting the coupling geometries in the disk. As a result, the discs are comparatively heavy and also expensive to manufacture. Furthermore, it has been found that recycling the discs is not or only partially possible, since the disc as such is often made of plastic and the coupling portions, which interact with the machine, are made of metal.
The coupling of the disc to the machine is usually done by releasably twisting and / or pressing and snapping the disc to the machine.
The present invention is based on the object to remedy the disadvantages mentioned. The disc should in particular be inexpensive to produce and also be recyclable.
This object is achieved by a coupling system with the features of claim 1. The coupling module thus serves for the arrangement between the drive of the floor cleaning machine and the cleaning disk. The coupling module provides for a machine coupling, for coupling with the machine-side, specified by the manufacturer interface, and a disc clutch, for coupling with the cleaning disk before. The disc clutch as such comprises holding portions and insertion recesses located between the holding portions, in such a way that in an insertion position disc-side coupling portions are inserted axially into the Einführaussparungen and brought into rotation by turning with the holding portions. In this case locking means are provided with which a tool-free releasable locking of the coupling module is made possible on the disc. The twisting force to release the locking of Coupling module and disc is greater than the force and in particular the twisting force to release the machine clutch. This ensures that when removing the cleaning disc from the machine, the coupling module remains on the disc. The cleaning disk together with the coupling module can be replaced in a simple and user-known manner. Only if the user wants to change the disc, for example because it is worn, it can solve the coupling module of the disc tool-free and use in a new, or a different type of detergent / different bristles having disc. If the user operates machines with different interfaces, and especially from different machine manufacturers, he can also use one and the same disk by exchanging the coupling module with different machines. This is because preferably the machine coupling of the coupling module, as already mentioned, is predetermined by the machine manufacturer. On the other hand, the disc clutch of the clutch module can always be identical, so that with a clutch module different discs can be operated. It is also advantageous that when the washer is worn only the disc without the coupling module can be disposed of. The coupling module as such can be used further.
Advantageously, it is conceivable that the machine coupling is formed by a driver ring and the disk clutch by a disk ring arranged on the driver ring. The driving ring may be made of metal, for example, and the disc ring may be made of plastic, for example. The driving ring and the disc ring can be connected to each other in particular by screws, welding, gluing, riveting, encapsulation. It is also conceivable that the driving ring and the disc ring are integrally formed, in particular made of plastic or metal.
As latching means for locking the coupling module to the disc resilient plungers and cooperating locking recesses are provided in particular in the axial or radial direction. In particular, locking lugs can be provided on the module or on the disk be, which then engage in cooperating locking recesses which are provided on the disc or on the module, or interact with these. The latching lugs or locking means may in particular be formed integrally with the coupling module.
In a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, it is provided that at least one holding section has an in the fastening position in the rear handle counter portion which comes so in operative contact during rotation of the brush disc together with a joint portion provided on the coupling portion, so that a play-free alignment of the coupling module with respect Brush disc is done. Consequently, not only the coupling module-side holding portions engage behind the disk-side coupling portions, but in addition, the holding portions on opposite portions, which come into operative contact with the disk-side joining portions, so that a play-free alignment of the coupling module with respect to the cleaning disk can be achieved. The play-free alignment is given in particular in the axial and / or radial direction. In particular, a centering of the coupling module with respect to the brush disc can be ensured. Overall, this leads to a better smoothness of the cleaning disc on the machine during operation of the machine.
Preferably, the at least one mating section and / or the at least one guide section are designed such that they engage with one another in a form-fitting manner at least in sections when the fastening layer is rotated.
The counterpart section can be provided at least on a contact section of the at least one holding section extending along the twisting direction. Direction of rotation is the direction in which the disc or the coupling module is rotated to get into the mounting position.
Advantageously, the holding section has two sections extending along the direction of rotation, on which sections which are substantially mirror-symmetrical to one another are provided. Such a design has the advantage that depending on right or left rotation of the Machine each counter section can come into engagement with the associated guide section.
As such, the counterpart section can be designed in particular as a wedge or as a wedge recess, with the wedge or the wedge recess providing two wedge surfaces enclosing an angle. A wedge recess is a wedge-complementary recess into which a wedge can engage. The median plane of the wedge angle or the wedge recess is in particular arranged so that it extends in the plane of the coupling module or perpendicular thereto. The coupling module level is the plane in which the coupling module is located. The provision of a wedge or a wedge recess has the advantage that during the transfer of the coupling module from the insertion position into the fixing position on the basis of the wedge, or the wedge recess, a centering of the coupling module can take place with respect to the disc.
Furthermore, it is conceivable that the wedge or the wedge recess has an insertion bevel, which encloses an acute angle with the coupling module plane, or a plane extending perpendicularly thereto. By such an insertion be ensured that in addition to a centering and a favorable insertion of the mating sections can be made with regard to the guide sections. In addition, it can be ensured that in the mounting position the coupling module can assume a predetermined position with respect to the disk, in particular in the axial direction.
The insertion bevel can be formed as a flat surface. It is also conceivable that the insertion beveled is spherical.
In a further embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the counterpart portion is formed as a chamfer such that the chamfer includes an acute angle γ 'on the one hand with a radial plane perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the Schelbe and, on the other hand, with an axial plane perpendicular to the radial plane and through the axis of rotation includes an obtuse angle δ '. The chamfering is thus designed such that it is not perpendicular to the radial plane nor perpendicular to the axial plane. The angle γ 'preferably has a value of 35 ° to 55 ° and is preferably in the range of 45 °. The angle δ ', preferably from a chamfering or limiting axial plane measured in the direction of rotation to chamfer, in particular has a value in the range of 95 ° to 130 ° and preferably in the range of 100 ° to 110 °.
The chamfering can be designed as such as a straight plane or slightly curved plane or slightly convex. Preferably, the chamfer has a triangular or trapezoidal contour in plan view of the chamfer, ie along its normal vector.
The provision of such a design has the advantage that, when the guide portion is complementary to the mating portion, the counter portion and the guide portion come into operative contact during rotation of the coupling module, whereby on the one hand a centering in the radial direction and / or on the other a play-free concern in axial direction can be ensured.
In another embodiment, it is conceivable that the counter portion is formed as a web or as a web recess. The web or the web recess can lie on a circular path that runs around the axis of rotation of the coupling module. The web or the web recess can be rectangular or triangular in cross-section or also bent. It is also conceivable that the cross-sectional area of the web and the web recess decreases or increases along its or their longitudinal extent in the twisting direction.
It is also advantageous if the locking means are arranged on the holding portions.
The object mentioned above is also achieved by a cleaning disk and by a coupling module of a coupling system according to the invention.
In this case, locking means for tool-free releasable locking of the disc on the coupling module can be provided on reaching the mounting position in particular on the cleaning disc.
According to the invention, the cleaning-disk-side coupling sections and associated latching means are designed such that the twisting force for releasing the latching of the coupling module and the disk is greater than the twisting force for releasing the machine coupling. This achieves, as already described above, that the cleaning disk together Clutch module can be removed from the cleaning machine without the coupling module of the cleaning disc automatically dissolves.
The cleaning-disk-side guide sections are in particular designed to be complementary to the associated coupling module-side counterpart sections.

Other sections that cause a corresponding function are also detected according to the invention.
In addition, it does not necessarily have to be provided that the mating sections are designed to be complementary to the guide sections. It is crucial that the guide sections with the counterparts come into operative contact.
