Mit Hilfe der Filmscharniere 6 sind Klemmbacken 7 am Basisteil 1 schwenkbar gelagert. Die Klemmbacken 7 weisen ausgerundete Innenflächen 8 auf. Die Innenflächen 8 sind hohlzylindrisch ausgerundet, um zwischen sich eine im Querschnitt zylinderförmige elektrische Leitung 9 aufnehmen zu können. Die Klemmbacken 7 setzen sich aus mehreren mit Abstand zueinander angeordneten Klemmbackensegmenten 10 zusammen. Zur Endmontage werden die beiden Teilkörper 24 des Schlittens 22 über den elektrischen Leiter 9 aufeinander geklappt, so dass der elektrische Leiter 9 im Schlitten 22 einliegt. Beim Aufschieben des Schlittens 22 in Längsrichtung 4 auf die im Falle des Ausführungsbeispiels an den Gehäusewänden 5' des Deckels 15 fixierte Gegenverzahnung 21 gleiten die schrägen Innenkonturen 28 auf den ebenfalls schrägen, in Längsrichtung 4 in Richtung auf das Basisteil 1 divergierenden Außenflächen 13 der Klemmbacken 7, so dass die Klemmbacken 7 in Querrichtung 2 zusammengeschoben werden und die elektrische Leitung 9 zwischen sich klemmend fixieren. Die gesamte Montage des Steckverbindergehäuses ist ohne Zuhilfenahme von Werkzeugen möglich. Zum Lösen der Zugentlastung bzw. zur Demontage des Steckverbindergehäuses sind im Bereich der Schlitzaußenwände 29 jeweils Angriffstaschen 31 für Schrauberklingen vorgesehen. Zum Öffnen des Steckverbindergehäuses bzw. zur Demontage der Zugentlastung muss in jede Angriffstasche 31 eine Schrauberklinge in Längsrichtung 4 eingeschoben werden. Mit Hilfe der in den Angriffstaschen 31 einliegenden Schrauberklingen ist es dann möglich, die Schlitzaußenwände 29 in Querrichtung 2 nach außen derart auszulenken, dass die Verzahnung 30 und die Gegenverzahnung 21 außer Eingriff miteinander geraten, so dass der Schlitten 22 in Längsrichtung 4 vom Basisteil 1 bzw. vom Deckel 15 einfach abgezogen werden kann.For final assembly, the two part of

Claims (10)
- Connector housing comprising a housing body and a line lead-in at one end of the housing body, such that two clamping jaws (7) that fasten an electrical line (9) between the inner surfaces (8) thereof in a clamped manner are mounted so as to be movable transversely to the lead-in direction of the electrical line (9), characterised in that the clamping jaws (7) are movably mounted on a guide bar (3) and in that a carriage (22) that is movable longitudinally in the lead-in direction and has a V-shaped inner contour covers the outer surfaces (13) of the clamping jaws (7), which surfaces diverge in an inclined manner towards the housing body, as a drive for the clamping jaws (7).
- Connector housing according to claim 1, characterised by a U-shaped carriage (22) comprising inclined inner contours (28) that are integrally moulded on the inner sides of the U-shaped leg (25) and diverge towards a base part (1), in the form of a V-shaped inner contour.
- Connector housing according to either claim 1 or claim 2, characterised in that the U-shaped legs (25) are each provided with a slot in a forked manner, comprising an inner wall (27) of the slot, which in each case supports the inclined inner contour (28) on its outer side of the slot facing the associated clamping jaw (7), and comprising an outer wall (29) of the slot, which has teeth (30) on its inner side of the slot facing the inner wall (27) of the slot such that the teeth (30) form a locking mechanism together with counter teeth (21) arranged on a housing wall (5, 5') that penetrates the slot (26).

- Connector housing according to any of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the housing body is made up of a base part (1) and a cover (15) that closes the base part (1).
- Connector housing according to any of claims 1 to 7, characterised by C-shaped grip claws (12) on the upper edges of the clamping jaws (7) facing away from the lower edges, and by strips (16), which engage in the grip claws (12), on the edges of the cover in order to form a hinged joint between the clamping jaws (7) and the cover (15).
- Connector housing according to any of claims 1 to 7, characterised in that the clamping jaws (7) are movably mounted on the base part (1) by means of film hinges (6).
