Erst bei Überwindung der Grenzkräfte kann die Laufschiene 3 über die Mittelposition maximal bis in die zweite Endposition verfahren werden, die in Figur 5C gezeigt ist. In dieser Position befindet sich das Rastelement 11 in der Rastaufnahme 14 an der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Schlittens 9. Dadurch ist die Laufschiene 3 in einer geschlossenen Position ebenfalls an der Führungsschiene 2 lösbar fixiert. Die Höhe der Grenzkräfte in den Rastaufnahmen 13 und 14 sowie die Bremskräfte können je nach Anwendungsfall auch in den Endlagen und/oder Bewegungsrichtungen unterschiedlich eingestellt werden.In Figure 5B a first end position is shown, in which the running rail 3 was moved along the guide rail 2, with the rotation of the gearwheel 7 generating corresponding braking forces through the rotary damper 8. Claims (13)

  1. Pull-out guide (1) with a fixable guide rail (2) and a running rail (3) movably mounted on the guide rail (2), and a brake device comprising a rack (6) and a rotation damper (8), which is engaged with the rack (6) and which is actuable by movement of the running rail (3) relative to the guide rail (2), wherein the brake device is arranged between the running rail (3) and the guide rail (2), wherein the brake device is completely enclosed by the running rail (3) and the guide rail (2) and the brake device comprises at least one rotatably mounted gearwheel (7) which is disposed in engagement with the rack (6) and drives a rotation damper (8) arranged at a slide (9), characterised in that the rack (6) of the brake device is so constructed that the running rail (3) is coupled with the rotation damper (8) over the entire length of the travel path.
  2. Pull-out guide (1) with a fixable guide rail (2) and a running rail (3) movably mounted on the guide rail (2), and a brake device comprising a rack (6) and a rotation damper (8), which is engaged with the rack (6) and which is actuable by movement of the running rail (3) relative to the guide rail (2), wherein the brake device is arranged between the running rail (3) and the guide rail (2), wherein the brake device is completely enclosed by the running rail (3) and the guide rail (2) and the brake device comprises at least one rotatably mounted gearwheel (7) which is disposed in engagement with the rack (6) and drives a rotation damper (8) arranged at a slide (9), characterised in that the slide has at least one detent receptacle (13, 14) in which a detent element (11, 12) is releasably retained when an end position is reached.
  3. Pull-out guide according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the rack (6) of the brake device is fixed to the running rail (3) or the guide rail (3) parallel to the longitudinal direction of the running rail (3).
  4. Pull-out guide according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that a C-shaped edge (20), at which are arranged guide elements between which a web (32) of the running rail (3) or of the guide rail (2) is arranged, is formed at the guide rail (2) or the running rail (3) at opposite longitudinal sides.
  5. Pull-out guide according to claim 2, characterised in that the slide (9) has a detent receptacle (13, 14) at opposite sides.
  6. Pull-out guide according to claim 2 or 5, characterised in that detent elements (11, 12) releasably retained at the detent receptacle (13, 14) at the slide (9) until a limit force is overcome are fixed to the guide rail (2) or the running rail (3).
  7. Pull-out guide according to claim 6, characterised in that the limit forces are formed to be different in the opposite detent receptacle.
  8. Pull-out guide according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the slide (9) is fixed to the running rail (3) or the guide rail (2).
  9. Pull-out guide according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the rotation damper (8) generates a different braking force in different directions of movement of the running rail (3).
  10. Pull-out guide according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the braking force of the rotation damper (8) is at least reduced in one direction of movement through formation of a freewheel.
  11. Item of furniture with a displaceably arranged furniture part such as a drawer-bin, drawer or the like, characterised in that the furniture part is movably mounted by way of at least one pull-out guide (1) according to any one of the preceding claims.
  12. Domestic appliance with a displaceably arranged component such as a fume extractor hood or the like, characterised in that the component is movably mounted by way of at least one pull-out guide (1) with a fixable guide rail (2) and a running rail (3) movably mounted on the guide rail (2), and a brake device comprising a rack (6) and a rotation damper (8), which is engaged with the rack (6) and which is actuable by movement of the running rail (3) relative to the guide rail (2), wherein the brake device is arranged between the running rail (3) and the guide rail (2), whereby the brake device is completely enclosed by the running rail (3) and the guide rail (2).
  13. Centre console of a vehicle with a displaceably mounted cover, particularly an armrest, characterised in that the cover is movably mounted by way of at least one pull-out guide (1) with a fixable guide rail (2) and a running rail (3) movably mounted on the guide rail (2), and a brake device comprising a rack (6) and a rotation damper (8), which is engaged with the rack (6) and which is actuable by movement of the running rail (3) relative to the guide rail (2), wherein the brake device is arranged between the running rail (3) and the guide rail (2), whereby the brake device is completely enclosed by the running rail (3) and the guide rail (2).
