- the sponge provided inside the dosing lid instead of consisting of a solid body, is configured in a ring shape that fits the inner diameter of the dosing lid, and whose height is slightly smaller than the space between the bases on both sides of the lid; a fibre disc having been fitted thereon which occupies the remaining space on the lower part of the dosing lid.
- This particular arrangement of the ring-shaped sponge and the fibre disc thereon provides a covering for the holes of the dosing lid which allows the water to pass through inside the container in which the detergent is housed, prevents spills of dissolved liquid detergent when the device is handled.
- the foam ring is impregnated with liquid but does not overflow, while the upper fibre disc allows the water to flow more easily in and out of the device, facilitating cleaning when the dishwasher is operating, but which in turn, if handled, provided it remains in a more or less vertical position, prevents spillage of liquid from the top of the dosing lid.
- the protective lid is a conventional plastic lid that is removed when using the device and until such time that the dosing lid completely covers the dosing lid protecting the contents of the dosing device against moisture, impacts or other effects.
- the instructions for using the dosing device is as follows: place the dosing device (without the upper protective lid) in the dishwasher basket, arranged with the dosing lid facing upwards, do a first activation wash (so there is some detergent in the water) and continue with normal daily washes.
- the operating system of the dosing device of the invention is based on slow dosing with which, as the washes are put on, the detergent is gradually dosed, therefore the detergent that is discarded with the waste water is recovered in the next wash.
- the wash water that flows through the sprinklers soaks the sponge of the dosing lid and causes the container to fill with water; the solidified detergent paste and the rinse aid and bleaching tablets dissolve and, as water keeps falling on the sponge, this mixes with the soapy water inside the container. This process continues for each wash and until the detergent has been used up.
- the detergent contained in the container instead of consisting of a solidified detergent paste and rinse aid and bleaching tablets, it is a specific formulation paste which comprises a detergent, rinse aid and bleaching agent in one single product.
- the device enables slow dosage of detergent, thereby avoiding having to manually dose at the beginning of each service. It further has high durability, being able to perform more than 200 washes with the same unit.
- the detergent is a concentrated product with high durability, and small in size, it requires much less space for storage.
- Another advantage in respect of its storage is that as it is a solid product, there is no question of spills or leaks occurring, that may happen with conventional liquid products.

Claims (6)
- DISPOSITIF DE DOSAGE DE DÉTERGENT POUR LAVE-VAISSELLE, comprenant un récipient en plastique (2) qui contient du détergent solide, constitué soit d'une pâte détergente solidifiée (3), d'un ou plusieurs pastilles d'agent de rinçage (4) et une pastille de blanchiment (5), soit d'une pâte ayant une formulation spécifique qui comporte un détergent, et/ou un agent de rinçage et/ou un agent de blanchiment en un seul produit ; un couvercle de dosage ajouré (6) qui est fabriqué en plastique et loge une éponge (7) à l'intérieur et recouvre complètement une embouchure (10) dudit récipient ; et un couvercle protecteur (12) fabriqué en matière plastique qui recouvre complètement le haut et les côtés du couvercle de dosage (6) pour protéger le contenu du dispositif doseur jusqu'au moment de son utilisation, dans lequel le couvercle de dosage ajouré (6) est formé de deux parties détachables, dont chacune comporte une base ajourée (8), et plusieurs parois (9) qui joignent les deux parties détachables, lesdites deux parties détachables comportant une partie supérieure (6a) et une partie inférieure (6b) couplées ensemble ; dans lequel l'éponge (7) est logée confortablement à l'intérieur du couvercle de dosage (6) entre les bases (8), dans lequel l'éponge (7) est configurée en forme d'anneau, la hauteur de l'éponge (7) étant légèrement inférieure à une distance entre les bases (8) ; et dans lequel un disque en fibre (71) est emboîté sur ladite éponge annulaire (7) et occupe l'espace restant entre les bases (8).
- DISPOSITIF DE DOSAGE DE DÉTERGENT POUR LAVE-VAISSELLE, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle de dosage (6) comporte inférieurement plusieurs goupilles (11) qui le maintiennent fixé au corps du récipient (2) en insérant les extrémités épaissies de celui-ci dans une rainure périphérique prévue à cet effet.
- DISPOSITIF DE DOSAGE DE DÉTERGENT POUR LAVE-VAISSELLE, selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1-2, caractérisé en ce que l'éponge est en mousse plastique.
- DISPOSITIF DE DOSAGE DE DÉTERGENT POUR LAVE-VAISSELLE, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'accouplement des deux parties du couvercle de dosage (6), dans la partie supérieure (6a) ont été pourvus de pattes latérales (13) qui s'emboîtent dans un certain nombre de trous (14) dans un certain nombre d'épaississements verticaux (15) prévus dans des positions correspondantes dans la partie inférieure (6b)
- DISPOSITIF DE DOSAGE DE DÉTERGENT POUR LAVE-VAISSELLE, selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les pattes latérales (13) de la partie supérieure (6a) du couvercle de dosage (6) déterminent l'existence de espaces latérales (16) dans ladite partie supérieure (6a), tandis que la partie inférieure (6b) comprend une paroi périphérique (17) dans laquelle il y a des épaississements verticaux (15) avec des trous (14) dans lesquels les pattes (13) de la partie supérieure (6a) s'emboîtent.
- DISPOSITIF DE DOSAGE DE DÉTERGENT POUR LAVE-VAISSELLE, selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 4-5, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu la mise en place d'un joint de silicone (18) qui s'emboîte dans l'embouchure du récipient (2), entre ce dernier et le fond (6b) du couvercle de dosage (6).
