Claims (14)
- Structure de caisse de tête pour une machine à bobine de fibre, comprenant une caisse de tête ayant un générateur de turbulences et une chambre de buse ayant deux parois convergentes (21, 22) formant une sortie de buse (24),
le générateur de turbulence ayant au moins trois diffuseurs (1, 3, 5, 7, 9) créant des turbulences dans les liquides fournis dans chaque diffuseur respectif (1, 3, 5, 7, 9) par le biais de moyens d'alimentation (25, 27, 29) pour alimenter une suspension de pâte et/ou de l'eau comme liquides, chacun des diffuseurs (1, 3, 5, 7, 9) ayant une sortie dans la chambre de buse (24),
un diffuseur central (1) desdits au moins trois diffuseurs (1, 3, 5, 7, 9) ayant deux lames (11, 13) disposées à sa sortie et s'étendant dans la chambre de buse de manière convergente, les lames (11, 13) séparant un liquide s'écoulant à travers le diffuseur central (1) des liquides s'écoulant à travers des diffuseurs adjacents (3, 5, 7, 9), dans laquelle
un ou plusieurs diffuseurs adjacents (3, 5, 7, 9) ont une lame supplémentaire (15, 17) disposée à la sortie et la lame supplémentaire (15, 17) a une longueur inférieure à la lame adjacente (11, 13) du diffuseur central (1)
caractérisée en ce que
le diffuseur central (1) est raccordé avec des moyens d'alimentation (29) alimentant de l'eau douce, de l'eau de dilution et/ou de l'eau blanche dans le diffuseur central (1). - Structure de caisse de tête pour une machine à bobine de fibre selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle les lames (11, 13, 15, 17) sont disposées en quinconce.
- Structure de caisse de tête pour une machine à bobine de fibre selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle au moins les lames (11, 13) du diffuseur central s'étendent au-delà de la chambre de buse vers l'extérieur de la caisse de tête.
- Structure de caisse de tête pour une machine à bobine de fibre selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, dans laquelle les pointes (11a, 13a) des lames du diffuseur central (1) sont disposées à l'intérieur de la chambre de buse, et une distance entre les pointes des lames (11, 13) et la sortie est établie entre 1 et 50 mm.
- Structure de caisse de tête pour une machine à bobine de fibre selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle les lames (11, 13, 15, 17) sont montées sur la sortie respective du diffuseur de manière pivotante.
- Structure de caisse de tête pour une machine à bobine de fibre selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle les surfaces de paroi de chacun des diffuseurs (1, 3, 5, 7, 9) ainsi que celles des lames (11, 13, 15, 17) ont une structure lisse et uniforme.
- Structure de caisse de tête pour une machine à bobine de fibre selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle un rebord en couronne ajustable (23) est ménagé à la sortie de la buse (24).
- Structure de caisse de tête pour une machine à bobine de fibre selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle chaque lame (11, 13, 15, 17) a une coupe transversale en forme de coin.
- Structure de caisse de tête pour une machine à bobine de fibre selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle l'épaisseur de la pointe de lame (11a, 13a, 15a, 17a) de chaque lame (11, 13, 15, 17) est inférieure à 0,5 mm, de préférence inférieure à 0,3 mm.
- Structure de caisse de tête pour une machine à bobine de fibre selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la caisse de tête est une caisse de tête à couches multiples.
- Structure de caisse de tête pour une machine à bobine de fibre selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le diffuseur central (1) contient uniquement une rangée de tubes diffuseurs.
- Structure de caisse de tête pour une machine à bobine de fibre selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle chacun des diffuseurs adjacents contient au moins deux rangées de tubes diffuseurs (3, 5, 7, 9).
- Structure de caisse de tête pour une machine à bobine de fibre selon la revendication 11, dans laquelle lesdites lames supplémentaires (15, 17) sont montées sur les sorties de chacun des tubes diffuseurs (3, 5, 7, 9).
- Structure de caisse de tête pour une machine à bobine de fibre selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, dans laquelle la longueur de la lame supplémentaire (15, 17) est comprise entre 50 % et 95 % de la longueur des lames (11, 13) du diffuseur central.
