Claims (14)

  1. Stoffauflaufstruktur für eine Faserbahnmaschine, mit einem Stoffauflauf, der einen Turbulenzgenerator und eine Düsenkammer aufweist, die zwei konvergierende Wände (21, 22) aufweist, die einen Düsenauslass (24) ausbilden,
    wobei der Turbulenzgenerator zumindest drei Diffuser (1, 3, 5, 7, 9) aufweist, die eine Turbulenz in Flüssigkeiten erzeugen, die in jeden entsprechendem Diffuser (1, 3, 5, 7, 9) über ein Zufuhrmittel (25, 27, 29) zugeführt werden, um eine Pulpesuspension und/oder Wasser als die Flüssigkeiten zuzuführen, wobei jeder der Diffusoren (1, 3, 5, 7, 9) einen Auslass in die Düsenkammer (24) aufweist,
    einem zentralen Diffuser (1) von den zumindest drei Diffusoren (1, 3, 5, 7, 9), der zwei Klingen (11, 13) an seinem Auslass angeordnet aufweist, die sich in die Düsenkammer in einer konvergierenden Weise erstrecken, wobei die Klingen (11, 13) eine durch den zentralen Diffuser (1) strömende Flüssigkeit von durch angrenzende Diffusoren (3, 5, 7, 9) strömenden Flüssigkeiten trennen, wobei
    einer oder mehrere der angrenzenden Diffusoren (3, 5, 7, 9) eine zusätzliche an dem Auslass angeordnete Klinge (15, 17) aufweist, und die zusätzliche Klinge (15, 17) eine kürzere Länge als die angrenzende Klingen (11, 13) des zentralen Diffusers (1) aufweist
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der zentrale Diffuser (1) mit einem Zufuhrmittel (29) verbunden ist, das Frischwasser, Dilutionswasser und/oder Siebwasser in den zentralen Diffuser (1) zuführt.
  2. Stoffauflaufstruktur für eine Faserbahnmaschine nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Klingen (11, 13, 15, 17) in einer gestuften Weise angeordnet sind.
  3. Stoffauflaufstruktur für eine Faserbahnmaschine nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei zumindest die Klingen (11, 13) des zentralen Diffusers sich über die Düsenkammer hinaus zu einem Äußeren des Stoffauflaufs erstrecken.
  4. Stoffauflaufstruktur für eine Faserbahnmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, wobei die Spitzen (11a, 13a) der Klingen des zentralen Diffusers (1) innerhalb der Düsenkammer angeordnet sind, und ein Abstand zwischen den Spitzen der Klingen (11, 13) und dem Auslass zwischen 1 und 50 mm eingestellt ist.
  5. Stoffauflaufstruktur für eine Faserbahnmaschine nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Klingen (11, 13, 15, 17) in einer gekippten Weise an dem entsprechenden Diffuserauslass montiert sind.
  6. Stoffauflaufstruktur für eine Faserbahnmaschine nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Wandoberflächen von jedem der Diffusoren (1, 3, 5, 7, 9) wie auch der Klingen (11, 13, 15, 17) eine glatte und gleichförmige Struktur aufweisen.
  7. Stoffauflaufstruktur für eine Faserbahnmaschine nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei eine anpassbare Auslaufspaltlippe (23) an dem Düsenauslass (24) bereitgestellt ist.
  8. Stoffauflaufstruktur für eine Faserbahnmaschine nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei jede Klinge (11, 13, 15, 17) einen keilförmigen Querschnitt aufweist.
  9. Stoffauflaufstruktur für eine Faserbahnmaschine nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Dicke der Klingenspitze (11a, 13a, 15a, 17a) von jeder Klinge (11, 13, 15, 17) weniger als 0,5 mm, bevorzugt weniger als 0,3 mm beträgt.
  10. Stoffauflaufstruktur für eine Faserbahnmaschine nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Stoffauflauf ein Mehrschicht-Stoffauflauf ist.
  11. Stoffauflaufstruktur für eine Faserbahnmaschine nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei der zentrale Diffuser (1) lediglich eine Reihe Diffuserrohre hat.
  12. Stoffauflaufstruktur für eine Faserbahnmaschine nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei jeder der angrenzenden Diffusoren zumindest zwei Reihen Diffuserrohre (3, 5, 7, 9) hat.
  13. Stoffauflaufstruktur für eine Faserbahnmaschine nach Anspruch 11, wobei die zusätzlichen Klingen (15, 17) an den Auslässen von jedem der Diffuserrohre (3, 5, 7, 9) montiert sind.
  14. Stoffauflaufstruktur für eine Faserbahnmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, wobei die Länge der zusätzlichen Klinge (15, 17) zwischen 50% bis 95% der Länge der Klingen (11, 13) des zentralen Diffusers liegt.
