Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de connexion de tuyau (30) permettant d'attacher une première partie extrémité (3) d'une première section de tuyau flottant (2) à une deuxième partie extrémité (3) d'une deuxième section de tuyau flottant (2) afin de former un pipeline flottant (1) et comprenant un élément de positionnement de premier tuyau (31) conçu pour recevoir et maintenir la première partie extrémité (3) et un élément de positionnement de deuxième tuyau (32) conçu pour recevoir et maintenir la deuxième partie extrémité (3). Les éléments de positionnement de premier et de deuxième tuyau (31, 32) sont montés de façon à pouvoir se déplacer et conçus pour effectuer un mouvement relatif l'un vers l'autre à partir d'une première position de maintien permettant de positionner les parties extrémités des sections de tuyau, vers une deuxième position d'accouplement permettant de raccorder les parties extrémités des sections de tuyau l'une à l'autre pour former un pipeline. Le dispositif de connexion de tuyau peut être monté sur un navire.
