Abstract

Kocheinrichtung und Verfahren zur Montage, wobei die Kocheinrichtung wenigstens ein Kochfeld (11) mit wenigstens einer Kochstelle (21) umfasst. Wenigstens eine Heizeinrichtung (2) ist zur Beheizung wenigstens eines Kochbereiches (31) vorgesehen. Wenigstens eine Sensoreinrichtung (3) dient zur Erfassung wenigstens einer einen Zustand des Kochbereichs (31) charakterisierenden physikalischen Größe. Die Sensoreinrichtung (3) weist wenigstens eine Sensoreinheit (13) und wenigstens eine thermische Ausgleichseinrichtung (9) und wenigstens eine Komponente auf. Die Sensoreinheit (13) ist wenigstens teilweise von der Komponente umgeben und die Komponente ist aus einer Gruppe von Komponenten entnommen, welche Gruppe magnetische Abschirmeinrichtungen (4), optische Schirmeinrichtungen (7) und Isolierungseinrichtungen (8) umfasst. Dabei ist die Sensoreinheit (13) wenigstens bereichsweise thermisch leitend an der thermischen Ausgleichseinrichtung (9) angeordnet.
