Claims (15)

  1. Vernebelungsmast (8) für einen Tröpfchennebel, der mindestens eine längliche Öffnung aufweist (20), die parallel zu einer Hauptachse (16) des Mastes angeordnet ist, und eine Wand (40) umfasst, die sich zwischen einem Hauptteil des Mastes und der Öffnung erstrecken kann, wobei sich die Wand auf der gleichen Seite der Achse wie die Öffnung befindet und eine Verbindung zwischen dem Hauptteil und der Öffnung durch den Mast bietet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wand (40) flach ist und und sich quer zur Achse erstreckt.
  2. Mast nach dem vorherigen Anspruch, bei dem die Wand (40) sich senkrecht zur Achse erstrecken kann.
  3. Mast nach mindestens einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei mindestens zwei Öffnungen (20) vorhanden sind.
  4. Mast nach mindestens einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, umfassend einen Stutzen (12), der die Öffnung (20) und ein Verschlussstück (14) aufweist, das die Wand umfasst und in Bezug auf den Stutzen beweglich angebracht ist.
  5. Mast nach dem vorherigen Anspruch, wobei das Verschlussstück (14) bezogen auf den Stutzen drehend montiert ist.
  6. Mast nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 4 oder 5, wobei das Verschlussstück (14) die Öffnung oder mindestens eine der Öffnungen, vorzugsweise alle Öffnungen gleichzeitig, verschließen kann.
  7. Mast nach Anspruch 3 und mindestens einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, wobei das Verschlussstück (14) mindestens eine der Öffnungen verdichten kann, ohne gleichzeitig eine mindestens andere Öffnung zu blockieren.
  8. Mast nach Anspruch 3 und mindestens einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, wobei das Verschlussstück (14) eine seitliche Öffnung (36) aufweist, die sich gleichzeitig in Bezug auf mindestens zwei der länglichen Öffnungen (20) erstrecken kann.
  9. Mast nach mindestens einem der vorherigen Ansprüche 4 bis 8, wobei das Verschlussstück (14) eine zylindrische Innenseite aufweist.
  10. Mast nach mindestens einem der vorherigen Ansprüche 4 bis 9, bei dem das Verschlussstück (14) eine Endinnenseite mit gewölbter Form aufweist, deren einer Krümmungsmittelpunkt sich auf derselben Seite der Endinnenseite wie das Innere des Verschlussstücks befindet.
  11. Mast nach mindestens einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei die Wand (40) einen inneren Rand (44) mit einer Kreisform aufweist, der zur Achse zentriert ist.
  12. Mast nach mindestens einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei das Verhältnis des Radius des äußeren Umfangs (Re) zu dem des inneren Umfangs (Ri) der Wand (40) zwischen 1,5 und 2,5 liegt und vorzugsweise 2 beträgt.
  13. Verschlussstück (14) für eine Vernebelungsanlage (2) für einen Tröpfchennebel, das Folgendes umfasst:
    - eine seitliche Öffnung (36),
    - ein offenes axiales Ende (28), das durch das Verschlussstück mit der Öffnung in Verbindung steht, und
    - eine Wand (40), die sich zwischen der Öffnung und dem Ende auf derselben Seite einer Hauptachse (16) des Verschlussstücks wie die Öffnung erstreckt,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wand (40) flach ist und sich quer zur Achse erstreckt.
  14. Vernebelungsanlage (2) für einen Tröpfchennebel, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen Erzeuger (11) für einen Tröpfchennebel und mindestens einen Mast (8) nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12 und/oder mindestens ein Verschlussstück (14) nach dem vorherigen Anspruch umfasst.
  15. Verfahren zur Vernebelung eines Tröpfchennebels auf Produkte, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Mast (8) nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, ein Verschlussstück (14) nach Anspruch 13 und/oder eine Anlage (2) nach dem vorherigen Anspruch verwendet wird..
