Claims (9)
- Wärmetauscher, der für die Kühlung von Ladeluft eines Kraftfahrzeugmotors konfiguriert ist, wobei der Tauscher enthält:- ein Wärmeaustauschbündel zwischen Fluiden,- einen Kasten (3) zur Aufnahme des Bündels, wobei der Kasten mindestens zwei Endplatten (9) zu beiden Seiten des Bündels in der Stapelrichtung von Fluidzirkulationskanälen und mindestens eine Seitenwange (11) aufweist, die die mindestens zwei Endplatten (9) verbindet,- einen Fluid-Eingangssammelbehälter (5), und- einen Fluid-Ausgangssammelbehälter (7), der für das Ansaugen der Ladeluft zum Motor konfiguriert ist,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine Seitenwange (11) des Kastens mindestens eine dem mindestens einen Eingangssammelbehälter (5) benachbarte Belastungsabsorptionszone aufweist, die mindestens eine im Wesentlichen konvexe Fläche (13) aufweist, wobei die Konvexität zur allgemeinen Richtung von Belastungen ausgerichtet ist, um den auf den Kasten (3) beim Fließen des Fluids im Bündel vom Fluideingangsbehälter (5) zum Fluidausgangsbehälter (7) ausgeübten mechanischen Belastungen zu widerstehen.
- Tauscher nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine konvexe Fläche (13) im Wesentlichen in der Mitte der mindestens einen Seitenwange (11) angeordnet ist.
- Tauscher nach Anspruch 1 in Kombination mit Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine konvexe Fläche (13) sich im Wesentlichen über die ganze mindestens eine Seitenwange (11) erstreckt.
- Tauscher nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kasten (3) Versteifungseinrichtungen aufweist, die aus einem Stück mit dem Kasten geformt sind.
- Tauscher nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Versteifungseinrichtungen durch Verformung des Kastens hergestellt werden.
- Tauscher nach einem der Ansprüche 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine Belastungsabsorptionszone Versteifungseinrichtungen aufweist.
- Tauscher nach Anspruch 1 in Kombination mit einem der Ansprüche 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine Seitenwange (11) mindestens einen Rand (15) aufweist, der gemäß einer Biegekante (19) umgebogen ist, zum Anschluss an eine Endplatte (9), und dass die mindestens eine Seitenwange (11) Versteifungseinrichtungen aufweist, die im Wesentlichen im Bereich der Biegekante (19) angeordnet sind.
- Tauscher nach Anspruch 1 in Kombination mit einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine Seitenwange (11) Einrichtungen zur Begrenzung von Belastungen in mindestens einer Anschlusszone an eine Endplatte (9) aufweist.
- Tauscher nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine Seitenwange (11) mindestens eine Kehle (21) zur Begrenzung von Belastungen in mindestens einem Umfangsumriss der mindestens einen Seitenwange (11) aufweist.
