Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Bausatz für einen Abfallsammler, gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1. Einen derartigen Bausatz beschreibt die DE 94 07 211 U1 . Ein ähnlicher Abfallsammler ist auch aus der DE 101 12 205 A1 bekannt.
Aus dem Stand der Technik bekannte Abfallsammler haben häufig den Nachteil, dass sie ein vergleichsweise großes Packmaß aufweisen, was den Transport und den Versand dieser erschwert. Diese Abfallsammler sind in der Regel auch nur schwierig zu reinigen. Darüber hinaus besteht ein Bedarf nach Abfallsammlern, die in ihrer äußeren Erscheinung, insbesondere hinsichtlich ihrer farblichen Gestaltung an die individuellen Wünsche des Benutzers angepasst werden können.
Es ist daher die Aufgabe der Erfindung, einen Abfallsammler bereit zu stellen, welcher die genannten Nachteile nicht aufweiset. Der vorzuschlagende Abfallsammler sollte daher über ein geringes Packmaß verfügen, leicht zu reinigen und darüber hinaus in seinem Erscheinungsbild variabel sein.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch einen Bausatz mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 gelöst. Die Ansprüche 2 bis 10 betreffen jeweils vorteilhafte Ausführungsformen der Erfindung.

Der erfindungsgemäße Bausatz für einen Abfallsammler zeichnet sich durch die Merkmale des kennzeichnenden Teils des Anspruchs 1 aus. Erfindungsgemäß wird somit ein Bausatz bereitgestellt welcher in seinem Grundaufbau aus einem vergleichsweise flachen Bodenelement und einem vergleichsweise flachen Deckrahmen sowie einer Anzahl länglicher Stegelemente besteht. Diese Teile sind über ein Stecksystem miteinander verbunden und somit einfach montier- und demontierbar. Dadurch weist der Bausatz nicht nur ein geringes Packmaß auf, die Einzelteile sind auch leicht zu reinigen. Das Bodenelement, der Deckrahmen sowie die Stegelemente können als einfach zu reinigende Kunststoff-Spritzgusselemente ausgebildet sein.
Um die Montage des Abfallsammlers zu vereinfachen, ist bei einer Ausführungsform der Erfindung vorgesehen, das die Steckaufnahmen identisch ausgebildet und die Stegelemente Gleichteile sind.
Gemäß einer Ausführungsform sind der Deckrahmen und das Bodenelement im Wesentlichen quadratisch ausgebildet. Grundsätzlich können sie auch jede andere, geeignete Geometrie aufweisen, beispielsweise rund sein. Bei der Ausführungsform mit einem im Wesentlichen quadratischen Deckrahmen und Bodenelement ist in jeder der vier Ecken des Deckrahmens und des Bodenelements zwischen diesen ein Stegelement in fluchtende Steckaufnahmen von Bodenelement und Deckrahmen einsteckbar, wobei die Stegelemente im Querschnitt senkrecht zu ihrer Längsrichtung einen Viertelkreis beschreiben. Vorzugsweise verbinden die Stegelemente somit in vertikaler Richtung die fluchtenden Ecken von Deckrahmen und Bodenelement, so dass in horizontaler Richtung zwischen den Stegelementen Öffnungen ausgebildet sind. Auch diese Ausführungsform geht somit auf den Bedarf nach einem einfach zu reinigenden und in seiner optischen Gestaltung variablen Abfallsammler ein.

Dabei kann ein erster U-förmige Abschnitt des Bügels die Trittseite und ein zweiter U-förmiger Abschnitt die Betätigungsseite bilden. The outer sides 6 and the outer peripheries 7 form a mounting side for a flexible outer skin (see FIG. 2 ). For fastening the outer skin to the outer side 6 of the web elements 5 or to the outer peripheries 7 of the floor element 2 or the cover frame 3, these hook and loop fasteners 15 may have.
In the FIG. 2 shown outer skin 8 may be made for example of a textile, but also from a truck tarpaulin, the latter has the advantage of being particularly easy to clean. The outer skin has a width B, which corresponds to the length of the web elements 5 plus the vertical dimensions of the outer periphery 7 of the bottom element 2 and the cover frame 3. The outer skin 8 has a length L which is slightly larger than the length of the outer circumference 7 of the bottom element 2 and the cover frame 3 in order to form an overlapping region. In the overlapping region, the ends of the outer skin 8 are connected to each other in the longitudinal direction by means of Velcro fasteners 15. Velcro fasteners 15 are also provided on the longitudinally extending edges of the outer skin 8, which can be connected to corresponding Velcro fastener counterparts on the outer circumference 7 of the floor element and the cover frame 3.

Claims (9)

  1. Kit for a refuse receptacle (1), comprising a base element (2) and a cover frame (3) which comprise the same number of plug-in receptacles (4) in the edge region thereof, and comprising the same number of equal-length bar elements (5), wherein each bar element (5) can be inserted at a first end into a plug-in receptacle (4) of the base element (2) and can be inserted at a second end, separated from the first end in a longitudinal direction of the bar element (5), into one of the plug-in receptacles (4) of the cover frame (3), wherein the bar elements (5) each comprise an outer face (6) which aligns with an outer periphery (7) of the base element (2) and with an outer periphery (7) of the cover frame (3) when the bar elements (5) are inserted in the base element (2) and in the cover frame (3), wherein the outer faces (6) and the outer peripheries (7) form a mounting face surrounding the refuse receptacle (1) for an outer skin (8) of the refuse receptacle, and wherein the kit further comprises an exchangeable, flexible outer skin (8) made from a textile, film or tarpaulin, having a width (B) which corresponds to the length of the bar element (5) plus the vertical dimensions of the outer peripheries (7) of the base element and the cover frame (3), characterised in that the outer skin (8) has a length (L) which, in order to form an overlapping region, is slightly greater than the length of the outer periphery (7) of base element (2) and of the cover frame (3), wherein, in the overlapping region, ends of the outer skin (8) are connected together in the longitudinal direction by means of hook-and-loop fasteners (15), and wherein hook-and-loop fasteners (15) are also provided on the edges of the outer skin (8) extending in the longitudinal direction, which are connected to corresponding hook-and-loop fastener mating pieces on the outer periphery (7) of the base element (2) and of the cover frame (3).
  2. Kit according to claim 1, in which the plug-in receptacles (4) are identically formed and the bar elements (5) are identical parts.
  3. Kit according to claim 1 or 2, in which the cover frame (3) and the base element (2) are substantially square, wherein at each corner of the cover frame (3) and base element (2), a bar element (5) can be inserted between same in aligned plug-in receptacles (4) of the base element (2) and cover frame (3), wherein the bar elements (5) describe a quarter circle in cross-section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction.
  4. Kit according to any one of the preceding claims, which also comprises a hinged lid (9) that is pivotable on the cover frame (3), an actuating rocker (10) hinged on the base element (2) and a pushrod (11), wherein the actuating rocker (10) comprises a treadle side (12) and an actuation side (13) which form an angle of between approximately 140° and 175°, and wherein the actuation side (13) engages with the lid (9) via the pushrod (11).
  5. Kit according to claim 4, in which the actuating rocker (10) is a bracket surrounding the base element (2) at a distance.
  6. Kit according to claim 5, in which the actuating rocker (10) has a round or rectangular cross-section, with or without rounded corners.
  7. Kit according to claim 5 or 6, in which a first U-shaped section of the bracket forms the treadle side (12) and a second U-shaped section forms the actuation side (13), which merge into each other at two kink points (14) on opposite sides, wherein the bracket is mounted so as to rotate about an axis extending through the kink points (14).
  8. Kit according to claim 1, in which the base element comprises a base frame and a base tray optionally closing same, wherein the base frame and the base tray are formed as separate components.
  9. Kit according to any one of claims 4 to 7, which additionally comprises an accessories kit having a set of identical exchange bar elements, which differ in length by a determined amount from the length of the bar elements (5), and having an exchange pushrod which differs in length, by the same amount, from the length of the pushrod (11).
