Definitions
- the invention relates to a device for the mechanical treatment of high-consistency fibrous material with a housing, in which a first treatment tool and a second treatment tool is arranged, wherein the treatment tools each have a rotationally symmetrical shape, are arranged coaxially to each other, each in a plurality of annular, concentric to its center Having arranged rows of teeth, between which there are tooth gaps, which are flowed through by the fibrous radially and between the rows of teeth present annular spaces, which are arranged so that at least one row of teeth of a treatment tool extends into an annular space of the other, complementary treatment tool.
- the object of the invention is therefore to improve the efficiency of the treatment with the lowest possible energy consumption.
- this object is achieved in that at least a part of the tooth spaces has elevations that extend beyond the tooth base.
- the tooth spaces are largely flat and formed approximately at the level of the annular spaces between the rows of teeth.
- the pulp can no longer pass radially unhindered through the tooth gaps, which considerably increases the efficiency of the treatment. Therefore, it is also advantageous if the vast majority, preferably all tooth gaps have elevations that extend beyond the tooth base.
- the elevations have a cross section similar to the teeth in the radial direction, which is preferably designed in the shape of a truncated pyramid. Accordingly, the teeth and protrusions have an outgoing from the respective annular space reason that leads over the radial edge to the head.
- the flank angle i. the angle between the flanks of the teeth and the elevations with respect to the radials only differ by a maximum of 20 °, preferably be the same.
- the tooth gaps a must ensure certain cross-sectional area for the flow of the pulp. If this cross-sectional area is too small, there is a risk of clogging and an increased energy requirement. Therefore, the distance between the edge of a tooth and the edge of the adjacent elevation in the radial direction should be between 1 and 5 mm, preferably between 2 and 3 mm. In addition, it is beneficial for the protection of the heads when the head of the teeth and the elevations is flat.
- the tooth head should have a height between 10 and 40, preferably between 20 and 25 mm above the tooth base. Furthermore, it is advantageous if the width of the teeth and the elevations in the circumferential direction is approximately the same and is preferably between 1 and 10 mm, in particular between 2 and 5 mm.
- the efficiency of the treatment can be further increased if teeth and / or elevations, preferably have radially extending grooves.
- radially extending grooves are understood that extend at least with a directional component perpendicular to the circumferential direction of the treatment tool.
- the pulp suspension flows through the gap between the Treatment tools usually from the inside out. While the treatment tools move relative to each other, the radially extending grooves form additional working edges, which improves the dispersion, in particular the dirt dot comminution, the ink separation and the sticky comminution. In this way, the energy consumption and wear can be significantly reduced.
- the groove extends over the entire tooth or the entire elevation or only over a part of the tooth or the elevation.
- both treatment tools are formed by rotors driven in opposite directions or a treatment tool is formed by a drivable rotor and the second treatment tool by a stationary stator.
- the device is particularly suitable for dispersing the pulp, the high number of edges, in particular in the tooth spaces, significantly increasing the efficiency of the treatment.
- the high-consistency paper pulp 1 is according to FIG. 1 directly in the central area of the Dispergergarnitur, which is formed by the two treatment tools 3,4, pressed. While a treatment tool 3 is stationary and thus designed as a stator, the other treatment tool 4 is rotatably mounted in the housing 2 of the disperser.
- the Dispergergarnitur with the stator and the rotor is thus fed radially inward.
- dispersion is effected by having teeth 6 of relatively high Speed are moved relatively close to each other and the fibrous material 1 therebetween is subjected to strong shear forces.
- the pulp 1 can be previously heated by superheated steam.
- the dispersed pulp 1 falls down through the outlet 15.
- the gap between them also changes, whereby the performance of the disperser can be controlled in a manner known per se.
- the treatment tools 3,4 each have a rotationally symmetrical shape.
- the coaxially arranged treatment tools 3,4 each have a plurality of annular, concentric to their center rows 5 arranged teeth 6, between which there are tooth gaps 7, which are flowed through by the pulp 1 radially outward. Between the rows of teeth 5 annular spaces 8 are provided, which are arranged so that at least one row of teeth 5 of a treatment tool 3,4 extends into an annular space 8 of the other, complementary treatment tool 4.3.
- the flow through the tooth gaps 7 is hindered as far as it is conducive to the treatment of the pulp 1.
- the angle 17 between the flanks 12 of the teeth 6 and the angle 18 between the flanks 19 of the elevations 9 is the same size.
- the distance 20 between the edge 12 of a tooth 6 and the edge 19 of the adjacent elevation 9 in the radial direction 14 between 2 and 3 mm.
- the heads 13,21 of the teeth 6 and the elevations 9 are flat.
- the height of the head 21 of the elevations 9 results as a function of the distance 20 between the flanks, the flank angle 18 and the minimum extent of the head 21 in the radial direction fourteenth ,
- the width of the teeth 6 and the elevations 9 in the circumferential direction 16 is approximately equal and is between 2 and 5 mm.
- grooves 10 preferably having a directional component in the radial direction 14 have. These grooves 10 may extend over the entire tooth 6 or the entire elevation 9 or only a part thereof. In this case, the partial extent, for example, exclusively via the head 13,21 or exclusively via a flank 12,19 done.
Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a device for the mechanical treatment of high-consistency fibrous material with a housing, in which a first treatment tool and a second treatment tool is arranged, wherein the treatment tools each have a rotationally symmetrical shape, are arranged coaxially to each other, each in a plurality of annular, concentric to its center Having arranged rows of teeth, between which there are tooth gaps, which are flowed through by the fibrous radially and between the rows of teeth present annular spaces, which are arranged so that at least one row of teeth of a treatment tool extends into an annular space of the other, complementary treatment tool.
Due to the high consistency of the pulp in the treatment, an intensive mechanical processing in such devices (Entstipper, Disperger, Refiner) is possible, although the relatively movable treatment tools do not touch, but rather at a distance of about 1 mm or more past each other. Here are quite significant forces on the teeth.
Devices of the type mentioned above are z. B. used to improve the quality of pulp, which was obtained from waste paper.
It is known that paper pulp can be homogenized by dispersing and thereby significantly improved. In many cases, a pulp is used which has a dry content of between 15 and 35% and has been brought to a temperature which is far above the ambient temperature. It makes sense to carry out the heating when the pulp already has its consistency required for dispersion.
However, often the result of treatment, especially during Disperse does not satisfy. In addition, the treatment tools wear out relatively quickly.
The object of the invention is therefore to improve the efficiency of the treatment with the lowest possible energy consumption.
According to the invention, this object is achieved in that at least a part of the tooth spaces has elevations that extend beyond the tooth base.
Usually, the tooth spaces are largely flat and formed approximately at the level of the annular spaces between the rows of teeth.
As a result of the elevations, the pulp can no longer pass radially unhindered through the tooth gaps, which considerably increases the efficiency of the treatment. Therefore, it is also advantageous if the vast majority, preferably all tooth gaps have elevations that extend beyond the tooth base.
For the treatment but also the wear resistance, it is advantageous if the elevations have a cross section similar to the teeth in the radial direction, which is preferably designed in the shape of a truncated pyramid.
Accordingly, the teeth and protrusions have an outgoing from the respective annular space reason that leads over the radial edge to the head.
In order to transfer the optimized cross-sectional shape of the teeth as completely as possible to the elevations, the flank angle, i. the angle between the flanks of the teeth and the elevations with respect to the radials only differ by a maximum of 20 °, preferably be the same.
In experiments, it has also been found that the tooth gaps a must ensure certain cross-sectional area for the flow of the pulp.
Because of the leverage effect, in addition to the shear forces on the tooth root, a high moment increases, which increases greatly with increasing height. Therefore, the tooth head should have a height between 10 and 40, preferably between 20 and 25 mm above the tooth base.
Furthermore, it is advantageous if the width of the teeth and the elevations in the circumferential direction is approximately the same and is preferably between 1 and 10 mm, in particular between 2 and 5 mm.
The efficiency of the treatment can be further increased if teeth and / or elevations, preferably have radially extending grooves.
As radially extending grooves are understood that extend at least with a directional component perpendicular to the circumferential direction of the treatment tool.
The pulp suspension flows through the gap between the
Treatment tools usually from the inside out. While the treatment tools move relative to each other, the radially extending grooves form additional working edges, which improves the dispersion, in particular the dirt dot comminution, the ink separation and the sticky comminution.
In this way, the energy consumption and wear can be significantly reduced.
Depending on the type and nature of the device and / or the fibrous material, it may be advantageous for this purpose if the groove extends over the entire tooth or the entire elevation or only over a part of the tooth or the elevation.
For the same reason, it may also be advantageous if both treatment tools are formed by rotors driven in opposite directions or a treatment tool is formed by a drivable rotor and the second treatment tool by a stationary stator.
The device is particularly suitable for dispersing the pulp, the high number of edges, in particular in the tooth spaces, significantly increasing the efficiency of the treatment.

The Dispergergarnitur with the stator and the rotor is thus fed radially inward.
