Claims (13)
- Dampfbügeleinrichtung, umfassend einen Dampfdruckerzeuger (102) und ein Bügeleisen (1), das eine Bügelsohle (2) umfasst, die von einem Körper (4) überragt wird, in dem ein Dampfverteilungskreis eingerichtet ist, der den von dem Dampferzeuger (102) produzierten Dampfstrom zu Dampfausgangslöchern (20) der Sohle (2) führt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Dampfverteilungskreis mindestens eine Entspannungskammer (11, 13) umfasst, die überstehende Stifte (58, 65) auf zwei einander zugewandten Oberflächen umfasst.
- Bügeleinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Entspannungskammer (11, 13) mehrere überstehende Stifte (58,65) umfasst, die gegenüberliegend angeordnet sind.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, wobei die überstehenden Stifte (58, 65) sich über mindestens ein Drittel des Abstands erstrecken, der die zwei Oberflächen trennt.
- Bügeleinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die überstehenden Stifte (58, 65) einen abgerundeten Umriss aufweisen, wobei der Umriss der Stifte einen Mindestkrümmungsradius von 1,5 mm aufweist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei die Stifte (58, 65) eine kegelförmige oder zylindrische Drehform aufweisen.
- Dampfbügeleinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei eine Zwischenschicht (d), frei von jeglichem Hindernis, zwischen den überstehenden Stiften (58, 65) der zwei Oberflächen eingerichtet ist.
- Bügeleinrichtung nach Anspruch 6, wobei die Zwischenschicht (d) eben ist und eine Dicke zwischen 2 und 4 mm aufweist, wobei sich die Stifte (58, 65) der zwei einander zugewandten Oberflächen bis zur Kante der Zwischenschicht (d) erstrecken.
- Bügeleinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei der Körper (4) ein Gussteil (5) umfasst, das in seinem oberen Teil durch einen Deckel (6) verschlossen ist, und die Entspannungskammer (11, 13) überstehende Stifte (58), die von dem Gussteil (5) getragen werden, und überstehende Stifte (65), die von dem Deckel (6) getragen werden, umfasst.
- Bügeleinrichtung nach Anspruch 8, wobei die Stifte (58, 65) im Gussteil (5) und auf dem Verschlussdeckel (6) gegossen sind.
- Bügeleinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 9, wobei die Entspannungskammer (11, 13) teilweise in einem Hohlraum (61, 63) des Deckels (6) eingerichtet ist.
- Bügeleinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, wobei das Gussteil (5) einen Heizwiderstand (7) umschließt.
- Bügeleinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11, wobei der Dampfverteilungskreis über eine im Deckel (6) eingerichtete Dampfeingangsöffnung (62) mit Dampf versorgt wird und die Entspannungskammer (11, 13) lokal einen Höchstdurchgangsabschnitt aufweist, der mehr als dreißigmal größer ist als der Durchgangsabschnitt der Dampfeingangsöffnung (62) und mehr als zehnmal größer ist als der kumulierte Durchgangsabschnitt von Dampfverteilungsöffnungen (50, 54), die stromabwärts der Entspannungskammer (11, 13) angeordnet sind.
- Bügeleinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, wobei der Dampfverteilungskreis eine erste Entspannungskammer (11), die stromaufwärts einer Überhitzungsleitung (12) angeordnet ist, und eine zweite Entspannungskammer (13), die stromabwärts der Überhitzungsleitung (12) angeordnet ist, umfasst, wobei die Überhitzungsleitung (12) in Bezug auf den Durchgangsabschnitt der ersten und zweiten Entspannungskammer (11, 13) einen verringerten Durchgangsabschnitt aufweist.
