Claims (12)
- Zierelement (5), das dazu bestimmt ist, ein Gelenkscharnier, das zwischen zwei aufeinander folgenden Gliedern eines Armbandes angeordnet ist, zu überdecken, wobei das Zierelement (5) eine Schale (12) bildet, die sich in einer transversalen Richtung (T) erstreckt und an jedem der Enden eine Vorderwand (14a, 14b) aufweist, die zur Mitte der Schale durch einen rohrförmigen Abschnitt verlängert ist, wobei wenigstens eine der Vorderwände (14a, 14b) wenigstens eine axiale Öffnung (16a, 16b) aufweist, in der die Schale (12) zwischen den zwei rohrförmigen Abschnitten (18a, 18b) eine Aussparung aufweist, die sich in der transversalen Richtung erstreckt, derart, dass ein Boden (12a) definiert ist, der sich unterhalb einer Ebene (P) befindet, die zu der axialen Öffnung (18a, 18b) tangential ist und zu der transversalen Richtung parallel ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass außerdem ein Lager (20a, 20b) umfasst ist, das abnehmbar eingebracht ist und als ein eingepasster durchlochter Block in jedem der rohrförmigen Abschnitte (16a, 16b) ausgebildet ist, damit die wenigstens eine Durchlochung (22a, 22b) jedes Blocks auf die wenigstens eine Öffnung (18a, 18b) ausgerichtet ist, dass die rohrförmigen Abschnitte nach innen offen sind und dass sich die eingebrachten Lager (20a, 20b) nicht über die rohrförmigen Abschnitte (16a, 16b) hinaus erstrecken.
- Zierelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schale (12) aus einem ersten Material verwirklicht ist, dass das eingebrachte Lager (20a, 20b) aus einem zweiten Material verwirklicht ist und dass der elektrochemische Potentialunterschied kleiner als 100 mV ist.
- Zierelement nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schale (12) aus Gold verwirklicht ist und dass das Lager (20a, 20b) aus Titan, einem Kunststoff oder einem Verbundwerkstoff verwirklicht ist.
- Zierelement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Lager (20a, 20b) in den rohrförmigen Abschnitten (16a, 16b) durch eine reibschlüssige Anpassung gehalten wird.
- Zierelement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes der Lager (20a, 20b) einen polygonförmigen Querschnitt aufweist, der zwischen der inneren Wand der rohrförmigen Abschnitte (16a, 16b) und der äußeren Wand der eingebrachten Lager mehrere Aussparungen (24a, 24b) definiert.
- Zierelement nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes der Lager (20a, 20b) einen Dreiecksquerschnitt aufweist.
- Zierelement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorderwände (14a, 14b) wenigstens eine axiale Öffnung aufweisen.
- Zierelement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dicke der Wände der Schale (12) im Bereich von 0,15 bis 0,4 mm liegt.
- Zierelement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schale (12) durch ein Elektroformungsverfahren verwirklicht ist.
- Zierelement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das eingebrachte Lager aus wenigstens einem Material verwirklicht ist.
- Zierelement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das eingebrachte Lager (20a, 20b) aus einem Schwingungen absorbierenden oder dämpfenden Material verwirklicht ist.
- Zierelement nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das die Schwingungen absorbierende und/oder dämpfende Element wenigstens einen elastisch verformbaren Umfangsteil aufweist, wobei der elastisch verformbare Teil zu der Innenwand der rohrförmigen Abschnitte vorgespannt ist.
