Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Steuervorrichtung für die Konservierung von metallischen Bauteilen und Kraftfahrzeugkarosserien durch Aufbringen eines Korrosionsschutzmittels umfassend eine rohrförmige Versorgungsleitung (1) zur Zuführung des Korrosionsschutzmittels zu mindestens einem Steuerventil (2), das die Wandung der Versorgungsleitung diametral durchsetzt. Das Steuerventil (2) weist eine drehbar in einem Schaltrohr (3) angeordnete Schaltwelle (4) mit einer koaxialen Höhlung auf. Innerhalb und außerhalb der Versorgungsleitung sind in dem Schaltrohr und der Schaltwelle Öffnungen (16, 17) derart angeordnet, dass sich diese durch Verdrehen der Schaltwelle mittels eines Stellmotors in teilweise oder vollständige Überdeckung bringen lassen. Die in Überdeckung befindlichen Öffnungen geben in einer ersten Winkellage der Schaltwelle zu dem Schaltrohr einen Strömungsweg für das Korrosionsschutzmittel von der Versorgungsleitung zu einer ersten Flutstelle und in einer zweiten Winkellage den Strömungsweg zu einer zweiten Flutstelle frei.The invention relates to a control device for the preservation of metallic components and motor vehicle bodies by applying a corrosion protection agent comprising a tubular supply line (1) for supplying the anticorrosion agent to at least one control valve (2) which passes through the wall of the supply line diametrically. The overlapping openings are in a first angular position of the switching shaft to the switching tube a flow path for the anticorrosion agent from the supply line to a first flood point and in a second angular position the flow path to a second flood point free.
