Description

    BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • This invention relates to stretch trousers that enable to slim and to reshuffle the silhouette, preferably, the female silhouette, from ankles to waist. These stretch trousers, through its production and finishing, enable the reshuffling of female body shapes, customarily depicted in metaphor as the "hourglass-type body" image.
  • BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • The advent of 20th century launched a swifter, more demanding and cosmopolitan lifestyle, thus leading to an "oversized" fashion trends, that is to say, with larger, disproportionate body shapes for the profile of loosen, low rise waists, thus diverting the original female body shapes.
  • Upon a survey conducted on the current unstructured shapes of the female body, this invention, based on a set of production, finishing techniques for trousers, allows the reshuffling of the entire female silhouette, from ankles to waist.
  • Other products accomplished to some extent part of this effect, though offering solutions that, on its own, fail to be sufficient to remodel and to reshuffle the entire female silhouette. Below, we provide some examples, as follows:
    • Brazilian brand Lança Perfume™ launched in 2008 a trousers model that apparently lifts the gluteus region. These trousers, due to its extremely close fitting mould, create the illusion of enhancing the female buttock;
    • The Salsa® branch launched in 2009 a trousers model with the said mould that, also due to a specific modelling, would allow defining the buttocks;
    • The ONARA® brand launched in September 2009, the anti-cellulite trousers model.
  • As a matter of fact, the trouser models launched by Lança Perfume® & Salsa® brands solely enhance the modelling of the trousers upper part, attempting to create a volume illusion to the gluteus region. As for the Onara® brand trousers, they had in mind the idea of incorporating an anti-cellulite treatment into trousers, though they fail to take into account the "slim fit" production pattern - stick to the skin, i.e., trousers featuring an optimum fit in the legs, ending with small leg aperture.
  • In addition to the aforementioned, other problems have been identified in conventional trousers, as follows:
    • The appearance of creases in the skin around the waist;
    • Trousers are closely fit to body only in its maiden use, the washing being required for its readjustment.
  • These problems have been overcome with the invention disclosed herein with a stretch trousers that allow to reshuffle the entire body shapes, preferably female body shapes, and not solely part of it by means of a specific production (or cutting and modelling) and finishing.
  • At last, some application patents and utility models have been identified, as follows:
    • Document PT104657 discloses a type of jeans that feature a higher belt, strengthened with two internal panels that comprises the frontal abdominal part and the coccyx and, in the rear part, a heart-shaped cut to length and two sets of side pincers; however, in these cases, they only work insofar as jeans do not undergo the stretching effect, which is typical of all jeans;
    • The documents GB2226943 & CN201733888U disclose the use of folds in the fabric as means of making fabrics more flexible;
    • the document CN101403182 discloses the fabric impregnation with microencapsulated essential oils;
    • Document PT104371 discloses an improvement made to women's jeans comprising the application of a set of three pincers that creates a fabric excess in the gluteus region, a heart-shaped cutting that creates the rounding illusion and two rear pockets with round shape inside. This document features a visual effect solely in the body structure of the rear part.
  • The stretching leg is deemed to be a piece of garment that covers at least part of the leg, comprising trousers and/or shorts and/or Capri trousers.
  • A stretching fabric providing elasticity to the trousers is deemed to be a fabric comprising at least 3% of elastic fibres, wherein the remaining fabric comprises natural, synthetic-based fibre yarns, including but not limited to, polyamide, wool, viscose, cotton, lyocell, cupro, and silk fibres. As an example, a fabric comprising 60%-70% of cotton, 20%-40% of stretching polyester and 3%-5% of elastane.
  • GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
  • One of the purposes of this invention is to disclose a stretch trousers model that enable to slim and to reshuffle the silhouette, preferably, the female silhouette, from ankles to waist.
  • It is known from the art that all weave-based fabrics are produced based on the interweaving of two types of yarns, as follows: the yarns from the warp (arranged along the length) and the yarns from the weft (disposed along the width). Warp yarns are disposed perpendicularly to the weft yarns. The fabric structure can be modified accordingly, by modifying the warp, weft interlacing pattern. Therefore, the fabric can be cut either in the warp's fabric or the weft's fabric. As for the fabric that incorporates cotton, stretching polyester and elastane, the stretching material can be incorporated within either the warp of the weft.
  • The said stretch trousers, due to its structure and finishing, allow reshuffling the woman's body shapes.
  • Preferably, the stretch trousers model is to include, as follows:
    • specific cutting in the fabric comprising the belt (1);
    • longitudinal cutting (2) turned in to the centre with 1 set of pincers to create the elongation illusion in the gluteus region, 1 set of pincers (3) in the thigh region and asymmetrical pockets(4);
    • wrinkles (5) (6) in exact locations, including but not limited to, the ankle, the crock region or the rear part of the knee, to enhance comfort while making the movements (driving, rotation, bending, sitting, lowering, etc) easier;
    • Percentage of fibres comprising the fabric is 66% cotton, 30% polyester and 4% elastane; bioactive finishing and "fit to body" modelling.
  • It should be noted that the invention disclosed herein further describes, a belt cut along the stretching material - quite important for the mould production and clearly a distinguishing element, a longitudinal cutting that is turned in to the centre and strategically placed pincers - reducing the fabric surplus, required in other areas of the butts, however completely unnecessary for a slimming effect - which is sought with the invention disclosed herein, so to streamline its effects upon the definition of the woman's silhouette.
  • This invention further relates to stretch trousers model that comprises a kind of finishing that enables the body temperature increase, so to develop blood circulation, thus obtaining, as a consequence, loose of weight.
  • DESCRIPTION OF FIGURES
    • Figure 1 shows the rear view in detail of the stretch trousers in the buttocks and gluteus region. This Figure depicts a belt that is strengthened at the level of trousers belt line, which is cut in the extension of the stretching material, to reshuffle the waist (1), a longitudinal cutting that is turned in to the centre with a false pincer on each side that is incorporated for providing volume (2) purposes, a pincer that starts in the thigh region and displays special depth to reinforce both the volume and elevation of the gluteus region, thus relocating fabric from the overlapping region between where the butt ends and where the thigh (3) and the pocket (4) begin.
    • Figure 2 shows a rear view of the stretch trousers incorporating the improvements made in the invention disclosed herein. This Figure depicts the rear wrinkles that give freedom of movements to the back part of the knee joints and the trousers edge in the ankle region (5).
    • Figure 3 shows a front view of the stretch trousers incorporating the improvements made in the invention disclosed herein. This Figure depicts the wrinkle in the crock (6) region.
    DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
  • This invention relates to stretch trousers that significantly allow reshuffling the silhouette, preferably the female silhouette, from the ankles to the waist with a set of changes when compared to typical trousers.
  • Changes made allow reshuffling the female silhouette by means of the silhouette elongation, thinning and remodelling effect, the slimming and the increase of the woman's comfort.
  • There is a belt (1) above the waist line, cut in the extension of the stretching material, which is incorporated to the stretch trousers, as described in the invention herein. Should this material is included in the warp, fabric is to be cut towards the warp, otherwise if its included in the weft, fabric is to be cut towards the weft.
  • Preferably, cut is carried out, following the same orientation used for the stretching material (found in the weft) to provide the same elasticity to the entire trousers. This provides a slimmer silhouette, an improved definition of the waist line and the defined belly. The elasticity enhancement and decrease of the belt stiffness considerably reduce skin creases in the said region, thus boosting comfort.
  • In the rear part, a longitudinal cutting (2) at the waist line has been made, as turned in to the centre, with a set of two false pincers incorporated thereto, one at each side. The said pincers eliminate the jeans surplus in the side edges of the longitudinal cutting, while making the buttocks lifting possible. The specific location of the said pincers is the intersection of the longitudinal cutting upper seam. A cross-section pincer (3) has been incorporated to the thigh line, on each side, that starts in the side part of the trousers, passes underneath the pocket (4) and ends in the middle of each butt. The said pincers remove the fabric surplus in the initial region of the thigh while creating a surplus of fabric in the gluteus region, giving the feeling of an increase of volume (3). It includes a pocket (4) as well on each side, in the gluteus region characterized in that they have three straight vertexes and two round vertexes, out of five vertexes, whereby the said three lower vertexes comprise a triangle and are integrated to the remaining vertexes that are parallel one another and facing the lower vertexes.
  • In typical trousers, its use either slightly deforms/expands the materials.
  • Aiming to increase the trousers fitting to the body, quantities of stretching polyester have been incorporated, thus changing the fabric composition to 60%-70%, preferably 66% of cotton; 20%-40%, preferably 30% of this type of polyester; and 3%-5%, preferably 4% of elastane. Such increase makes the slimming effect to be experienced for various successive days, as this fabric composition/feature allows that the fabric's stretching and slimming properties may be preserved, notwithstanding the trousers utilization. The addition of the stretching polyester, including but not limited to, polyester T400, allows that, after taking trousers off, the trousers still maintain its original shape, thus providing durability, retaining the slimming, reshuffling effect of the woman's silhouette for several successive days, without any washing being required.
  • Resin as been added, as for fabric finishing, preferably, exterior resin, whose intensity is set upon the early washing tests of the trousers as finished product, thus enabling components to come in contact with the skin more effectively and for a longer period of time. It works as a waterproofing element as it increases the contact with the skin and diminishes losses to the outside, while enhancing durability of the bioactive treatment based on "chilli" extract, squalane oil or raspberry extracts, which contains capsaicin in its composition.
  • Wrinkles (5) (6) have also been made, a manual technique of making creases to the fabric, to be set subsequently with the fixing of a product that is located so to secure the said creases thus made. They are resistant to washing and to ironing. The said wrinkles have been designed in specific locations to boost comfort while making movements easier - including but not limited to, the ankles, the crock region or the rear part of the knee, to boost comfort while making movements easier, namely, driving, rotation, bending, sitting, lowering, and so on - see specific, non-restricting examples in Figures 2 and 3. Wrinkles have been designed in the joint areas, like the rear part of the knee (5) so to aid the bending of leg; the trouser bottom part (5) to aid ankle movements in such assignments like, for instance, to step a vehicle's pedals; and also the crock region (6) to aid such movements as sitting, lowering and walking.
  • To enhance the loss of weight, so to accomplish the silhouette reshuffling, microcapsules have been incorporated to the trousers, thus comprising the following elements: Antioxidant agents and/or detoxifiers like, for instances, squalane; antibacterial agents like, for instances, capsaicin, with extracts that boost body temperature in a way that is unnoticeable to the human being, thus contributing to burn fat with the improvement of blood circulation, thus aiding to become slimmer; anti-inflammatory agents and/or moisturizing agents, like raspberries; and softening agents, like silicon oil.
  • In order to boost the aforementioned effects, the correct choice of the modelling is required, that is to say, the optimum technique of composing the preferred mould to produce the garment, in a way that best fits the body and so to accomplish the desired effect. Therefore, the "Slim Fit" technique is applied, wherein it is quite fit to the body and follows body shape as from the waist line to the final part of the leg, thus working as a "second skin". Unlike other slacken modelling, the said modelling allows to slim and to reshuffle the entire leg and waist regions of the woman while, on the other hand, to value gluteus region and to define the belly region (lower abdominal).
  • A number of tests have been carried out to corroborate the efficiency of the invention disclosed herein upon the silhouette reshuffling. Tests were conducted with the use of the stretch trousers as disclosed herein in more than 40 individuals, with different silhouettes, body shapes and skin types, so to check the prospective side effects of the built-in components or any prospective inconsistency in the applied techniques.
  • Nearly three dozens of prototypes have been made, aiming to achieve the optimum mould to best suit one's body as a second skin.
  • The product efficiency has been duly evidenced with a noteworthy reduction in the abdominal region and the waist line. The regular use of the product enabled those individuals to lose some centimetres in this region, thus making it possible to tighten the belt one hole below the normal.
  • It was found that legs would become softer and more hydrated, as well.
  • Tests were conducted in volunteers through the comparison method, by comparing the conventional trousers models and the trousers model disclosed herein. This very set of tests made possible to produce the stretch trousers that enables getting slimmer, by reshuffling the entire female silhouette, from ankles to the waist line.
  • A preferred embodiment of the stretch trousers disclosed herein, which allows to exponentially increasing the silhouette's reshuffling and slimming, comprises the elements, as follows:
    • Specific cutting in fabric that comprises the belt (1), i.e., towards the trousers elastane to provide it the same stretching that the entire trousers exhibit;
    • Longitudinal cutting (2) turned in to the centre with 1 set of pincers to create the elongation illusion in the gluteus region, 1 set of pincers (3) in the thigh region and asymmetrical pockets (4);
    • Wrinkles (5) (6) in exact locations to boost comfort while making movements easer;
    • Percentage of the built-in fibres in fabric that provide trousers a fitting to female body not allowing any warp and slimming during its use;
    • Bioactive finishing that stimulates loose of weight, enhanced not only with the said microencapsulated finishing within jeans, but also with the application of waterproofing resin in the external area that maintains the increase of body temperature for a longer period of time; the said finishing further works as protection, so that the product stays in contact with the skin for a longer period. In other words, when micro-capsules release the product, it remains in the skin, thus lessening the losses to the outside and increasing the treatment efficiency;
    • Specific modelling that enhances not only in the gluteus region, but further narrows the waist line, the thighs and the leg, preferably extending to ankles, while defining the belly, as it comprises a trousers model with a higher hook;
    • The entire trousers model is designed and moulded based upon a perfect fitting shape to the body, from the waist to the hem.
  • The invention disclosed here shall not be plainly limited whatsoever to the preferred embodiments disclosed herein, whereupon the skilled person in the art will anticipate various possible alterations without departing from the main idea of the invention, as described in the following Claims enclosed hereto.
  • The aforementioned preferred embodiments can be obviously combined one another. The following Claims enclosed hereto further define the preferred embodiments of the invention disclosed herein.
