    Domaine technique
  • La présente invention concerne un bouchon étanche destiné à la fermeture d'un récipient. Un tel bouchon est du type constitué par une jupe périphérique présentant, à sa partie inférieure interne, un bourrelet périphérique d'encliquetage sur une collerette correspondante d'un col du récipient et reliée, à sa partie supérieure, à un couvercle, par l'intermédiaire de deux films arrachables d'une bande d'inviolabilité.
    • Etat de la technique
  • Pour effectuer cet arrachement, il est connu de prévoir, à l'extrémité de la bande, une languette de préhension. Celle-ci est obtenue par moulage, au cours d'une même opération, avec la bande, la jupe et le couvercle.
  • L'utilisation d'un tel bouchon rencontre une difficulté au niveau de la languette, qu'il n'est pas toujours aisé de préhender par un consommateur.
  • C'est pourquoi il a déjà été proposé de faciliter cette opération en prévoyant une languette initialement intégrée dans la jupe, mais qui en ressort lors de la pose du bouchon sur le récipient.
  • L'art antérieur, notamment constitué par le brevet luxembourgeois N° 88851 , décrit un bouchon de ce type, selon le préambule de la revendication 1 ayant la particularité de repousser la languette vers l'extérieur au moment du bouchage, pour faciliter sa préhension ultérieurement. Ceci est obtenu par une poussée radiale de la collerette sur un bossage interne de languette, ayant pour effet de faire pivoter celle-ci vers l'extérieur, d'une position verticale vers une position oblique préhensible.
  • Mais une telle technique implique de donner au bouchon une forme cylindrique, et conséquemment de créer deux gorges d'arrachement de diamètres identiques superposées, de part et d'autre de la bande d'inviolabilité.
  • Une telle conception oblige nécessairement à utiliser un moule à chariot, ayant pour inconvénient d'être plus cher, plus encombrant et moins performant.
    • Description de l'invention
  • De manière à remédier à ces inconvénients, la présente invention concerne un bouchon étanche destiné à la fermeture d'un récipient, du type constitué par une jupe périphérique présentant, à sa partie inférieure interne, un bourrelet périphérique d'encliquetage sur une collerette correspondante d'un col du récipient et reliée, à sa partie supérieure, à un couvercle, par l'intermédiaire de deux films arrachables d'une bande d'inviolabilité, munie de moyens de préhension, caractérisé en ce que ces moyens sont constitués par au moins une languette d'extrémité de la bande, inscrite dans l'enveloppe initiale du bouchon avant arrachement, le bord périphérique inférieur de ladite bande présentant un redent positif au niveau de la languette, pour constituer une prise d'appui inférieur contre la collerette du récipient, lors de l'encliquetage du bourrelet du bouchon sur la collerette du col, de manière à provoquer une poussée axiale sur la languette et conséquemment un déplacement proportionnel à la hauteur du redent, pour décaler d'autant le bord supérieur de la languette au-dessus du plan du couvercle et constituer une amorce de préhension de la bande d'inviolabilité à laquelle est attachée la languette.
  • La présente invention concerne également les caractéristiques qui ressortiront au cours de la description qui va suivre, et qui devront être considérées isolément ou selon toutes leurs combinaisons techniques possibles.
  • Cette description donnée à titre d'exemple non limitatif, fera mieux comprendre comment l'invention peut être réalisée en référence aux dessins annexés sur lesquels :
    • Brève description des figures
    • La figure 1 représente, en vue de dessus, un bouchon selon l'invention.
    • Les figures 2 et 3 représentent respectivement une vue frontale et une vue en coupe, selon les lignes AA des figures 1 et 2, d'un bouchon en place sur le col du récipient, mais avant encliquetage définitif sur celui-ci.
    • Les figures 4 et 5 représentent respectivement une vue frontale et une vue en coupe, selon les lignes AA des figures 1 et 4, d'un bouchon, après encliquetage définitif sur le col du récipient.
    • Les figures 6 et 7 représentent des vues en coupe du bouchon, selon la ligne BB de la figure 1, après encliquetage définitif sur le col du récipient, respectivement couvercle fermé et couvercle ouvert.
    • Les figures 8A et 8B sont des vues partielles en coupe, comparatives, d'un bouchon selon la ligne AA de la figure 1, respectivement avant et après encliquetage sur le col du récipient, pour une meilleure compréhension de l'invention.
    Description détaillée
  • Le bouchon 1 désigné globalement sur les figures est constitué par une jupe périphérique 2 présentant, à sa partie inférieure interne, un bourrelet périphérique 3 d'encliquetage sur une collerette 4 correspondante d'un col 5 du récipient 6 et reliée, à sa partie supérieure, à un couvercle 7, par l'intermédiaire de deux films arrachables 8,9 d'une bande d'inviolabilité 10, munie de moyens de préhension.
  • Selon l'invention, ces moyens sont constitués par au moins une languette d'extrémité 11 de la bande 10, inscrite dans l'enveloppe initiale du bouchon 1 avant arrachement, le bord périphérique inférieur de ladite bande 10 présentant un redent positif 12 au niveau de la languette 11, pour constituer une prise d'appui inférieur contre la collerette 4 du récipient 6, lors de l'encliquetage du bourrelet 3 du bouchon 1 sur la collerette 4 du col 5, de manière à provoquer une poussée axiale « F » sur la languette 11 et conséquemment un déplacement proportionnel à la hauteur « h » du redent 12, pour décaler d'autant le bord supérieur 11 a de la languette 11 au-dessus du plan 7a du couvercle 7 et constituer une amorce de préhension de la bande d'inviolabilité 10 à laquelle est attachée la languette 11.
  • Le bord inférieur de la languette de préhension 11 présente initialement, au niveau du redent 12, une zone d'attache 13 avec la jupe 2, se rompant lors de l'encliquetage du bourrelet 3 dudit bouchon 1 sur la collerette 4 du récipient 6.
  • Ceci a pour avantage de maintenir la languette 11 en place et de s'inscrire dans l'enveloppe initiale du bouchon 1 et d'y rester, avant montage sur le récipient 6.
  • Selon le présent exemple, la bande d'inviolabilité 10 comporte deux languettes de préhension puis d'arrachement 11 réalisées à chacune de ses extrémités, et entre lesquelles une charnière 14 relie la jupe 2 au couvercle 7.
  • Des lumières 15 sont ménagées entre la jupe 2 et le couvercle 7 au droit des languettes de préhension puis d'arrachement 11, pour qu'elles s'y inscrivent initialement.
  • Une telle conception permet, comme précédemment, de maintenir en place les languettes 11, sans créer de relief sur l'enveloppe initiale du bouchon 1.
  • Avantageusement, la retenue et l'étanchéité du couvercle 7 dans le col 5 du récipient 6 sont obtenues par un bourrelet périphérique 16, réalisé à la partie inférieure interne d'un manchon cylindrique 17, déformable élastiquement, prolongeant le couvercle 7 vers l'intérieur et en contact avec le col 5 du récipient 6.
  • Pour faciliter l'ouverture du bouchon 1, une fois en place sur le col 5 du récipient 6 et que la bande d'inviolabilité 10 a été arrachée à l'aide de la languette de préhension 11, une lèvre de soulèvement 18 est réalisée à la périphérie du couvercle 7.
  • Selon une autre caractéristique de l'invention, la bande d'inviolabilité 10 s'inscrit dans un plan tronconique reliant la jupe 2 au couvercle 7, les deux films arrachables 8 et 9 les reliant étant conséquemment de diamètres différents, étagés sur deux niveaux différents, de manière à permettre la réalisation du bouchon 1 par moulage d'une matière plastique et son démoulage vertical.
  • Comme le montre bien les figures comparatives 8A et 8B, lors du montage du bouchon 1 sur le col 5 du récipient 1, le bourrelet 3 de la jupe 2 rencontre la collerette 4 du col 5, dont la résistance est vaincue par la déformation élastique de la matière de la jupe 4. Une fois passé cet obstacle, le bord périphérique inférieur 7b du couvercle 7 vient en contact avec une partie périphérique supérieure du col 5, formant assise.
  • Simultanément, le redent 12 de la languette 11 vient en contact avec la collerette 4 du col 5, ce qui a pour effet de rompre le point d'attache 13 de la languette 11 par rapport à la jupe 2, de soulever la languette 11 de la valeur « h » et de mettre sa partie supérieure 11a en relief par rapport au plan 7a du couvercle 7. Est ainsi permise une préhension aisée de la languette 11 et l'arrachement de la bande d'inviolabilité 10.

Claims (7)

  1. Bouchon étanche (1) destiné à la fermeture d'un récipient, du type constitué par une jupe périphérique (2) présentant, à sa partie inférieure interne, un bourrelet périphérique (3) d'encliquetage sur une collerette (4) correspondante d'un col (5) du récipient (6) et reliée, à sa partie supérieure, à un couvercle (7), par l'intermédiaire de deux films arrachables (8,9) d'une bande d'inviolabilité (10), munie de moyens de préhension, caractérisé en ce que ces moyens sont constitués par au moins une languette d'extrémité (11) de la bande (10), inscrite dans l'enveloppe initiale du bouchon (1) avant arrachement, le bord périphérique inférieur de ladite bande (10) présentant un redent positif (12) au niveau de la languette (11), pour constituer une prise d'appui inférieur contre la collerette (4) du récipient (6), lors de l'encliquetage du bourrelet (3) du bouchon (1) sur la collerette (4) du col (5), de manière à provoquer une poussée axiale (F) sur la languette (11) et conséquemment un déplacement proportionnel à la hauteur (h) du redent (12), pour décaler d'autant le bord supérieur (11a) de la languette (11) au-dessus du plan (7a) du couvercle (7) et constituer une amorce de préhension de la bande d'inviolabilité (10) à laquelle est attachée la languette (11).
  2. Bouchon selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le bord inférieur de la languette de préhension (11) présente initialement, au niveau du redent (12), une zone d'attache (13) avec la jupe (2), se rompant lors de l'encliquetage du bourrelet (3) dudit bouchon (1) sur la collerette (4) du récipient (6).
  3. Bouchon selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la bande d'inviolabilité (10) comporte deux languettes de préhension puis d'arrachement (11) réalisées à chacune de ses extrémités, et entre lesquelles une charnière (14) relie la jupe (2) au couvercle (7).
  4. Bouchon selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que des lumières (15) sont ménagées entre la jupe (2) et le couvercle (7) au droit des languettes de préhension puis d'arrachement (11), pour qu'elles s'y inscrivent initialement.
  5. Bouchon selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la retenue et l'étanchéité du couvercle (7) dans le col (5) du récipient (6) sont obtenues par un bourrelet périphérique (16), réalisé à la partie inférieure interne d'un manchon cylindrique (17), déformable élastiquement, prolongeant le couvercle (7) vers l'intérieur et en contact avec le col (5) du récipient (6).
  6. Bouchon selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle (7) comporte une lèvre de soulèvement (18) réalisée sur sa périphérie.
  7. Bouchon selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la bande d'inviolabilité (10) forme un plan tronconique reliant la jupe (2) au couvercle (7), les deux films arrachables (8 et 9) les reliant étant conséquemment de diamètres différents, étagés sur deux niveaux différents, de manière à permettre la réalisation du bouchon (1) par moulage d'une matière plastique et son démoulage vertical.
