Die Transportklammern 11, 12, 13, 14 befinden sich in der in Fig. 1 dargestellten Momentaufnahme jeweils in ihren Haltepositionen 51, 52, 53, 54, welche jeweils voneinander den gleichen Abstand besitzen. Die erste Transportklammer 11 befindet sich in der Halteposition 51, welche der Buchblockbeschickung dient. Die zweite Transportklammer 12 befindet sich in der Halteposition 52, welche der Umschlaganpressung dient. Die dritte Transportklammer 13 befindet sich in der Halteposition 53, in welcher keine Bearbeitung erfolgt. Die vierte Transportklammer 14 befindet sich in der Halteposition 54, welche der Buchausfuhr dient. In einer jeweiligen Transportklammer 11, 12, 13, 14 ist ein Buchblock 100 gehalten, welcher in der Halteposition 51 frisch eingelegt wurde, vor der Haltepositon 52 bereits an seinem Buchblockrücken bearbeitet wurde und nun mit einem Umschlag versehen wird und welcher in Halteposition 54 bereits fertiggestellt ist.In Fig. 1 an adhesive binder 1 known from the prior art is shown. Ein jeweiliger Antrieb 41, 42, 43 besitzt eine Antriebskette 21, 22, 23, an welcher die zugeordnete Transportklammer 11, 12, 13 befestigt ist, und welche von einem Antriebsmotor 31, 32, 33 angetrieben wird. Die Antriebsmotoren 31, 32, 33 werden dabei von einer Maschinensteuerung 6 des Klebebinders 1 angesteuert. In der Maschinensteuerung 6 sind Geschwindigkeitsprofile hinterlegt, so dass eine jeweilige Transportklammer 11, 12, 13 mit einem ihr eigenen Geschwindigkeitsprofil entlang der Führungsbahn 3 bewegt werden kann. Beispielsweise können in der Maschinensteuerung für eine jeweilige Halteposition 51, 52, 53 unterschiedlich lange Stillstandszeiten hinterlegt werden. So kann die Stillstandszeit in der Halteposition 53 für die Buchausfuhr deutlich kürzer ausfallen als die Stillstandszeit in der Halteposition 52 für die Umschlaganpressung. Auch für eine jeweilige Bearbeitungsstation 5 kann eine bestimmte Geschwindigkeit vorgesehen sein, so kann beispielsweise die Geschwindigkeit in der Trockenstation 5 besonders niedrig sein, um einen langen Trockenprozess bzw. Abkühlprozess zu ermöglichen.In Fig. 2a an inventive adhesive binder 1 is shown in a plan view. Claims (9)

Klebebinder (1), zur Herstellung von Buchblocks und Broschuren (100) mit einer Mehrzahl von Bearbeitungsstationen (5), mindestens zwei Transportklammern (11, 12, 13) zum Transport von Buchblocks (100) und mindestens einer geschlossenen Führungsbahn (3), auf welcher die Transportklammern (11, 12, 13) umlaufen und die Bearbeitungsstationen (5) passieren,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass einer jeweiligen Transportklammer (11, 12, 13) jeweils ein Antrieb (41, 42, 43) mit einem endlosen, umlaufenden Zugmittel (21, 22, 23) zugeordnet ist, wobei eine jeweilige Transportklammer (11, 12, 13) mit dem Zugmittel (21, 22, 23) verbunden ist, und
dass die Antriebe (41, 42, 43) voneinander unabhängig sind, und dass der Klebebinder (1) eine Maschinensteuerung (6) besitzt zum unabhängigen Ansteuern der Antriebe (41, 42, 43).
