Drill strings in accordance with prior art thus should have both high rigidity and low weight. Claims (14)

  1. Un dispositif de forage ayant un train de forage non rotatif (8), le dispositif comprenant:
    - un trépan de forage (2) connecté à l'extrémité distale du train de forage (8) ;
    - une machine de forage (3) fixée au train de forage (8) et agencée de façon à être apte à faire tourner le trépan de forage (2) ; et
    - une plateforme arrière (28) agencée de façon à être apte à mener le train de forage (8) vers l'intérieur et vers l'extérieur d'un trou de forage (10), caractérisé en ce que le dispositif comprend d'avantage ;
    - un tuyau à eau (23) agencé de façon à être apte à être passé depuis l'extérieur et vers l'intérieur du trou de forage (10) ensemble avec le train de forage (8) sensiblement le long de la totalité de la longueur du train de forage (8) ; et
    - un câble d'alimentation et de signaux (24) agencé de façon à être apte à être passé depuis l'extérieur et vers l'intérieur du trou de forage (10) avec le train de forage (8).
  2. Le dispositif selon la revendication 1, le train de forage (8) étant composé de sections en acier formées en poutrelles à forme H.
  3. Le dispositif selon la revendication 2, dans lequel les sections en acier sont assemblées par moyen de connexions boulonnées.
  4. Le dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le tuyau à eau (23) est supporté par une bobine (4) sur le côté extérieur du trou de forage (10).
  5. Le dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, ou le câble d'alimentation et de signaux (24) est supporté par une bobine (5) sur le côté extérieur du trou de forage (10).
  6. Le dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, le dispositif comprenant un dispositif de verrouillage (11) pour fixer le train de forage (8) pendant l'insertion de nouvelles sections de train de forage au train de forage (8).
  7. Le dispositif selon la revendication 6, le dispositif de verrouillage (11) comprenant un cliquet à verrouillage (15) connecté à un cylindre hydraulique (14).
  8. Le dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, ou le train de forage (8) est pourvu de poignées (21) pour centrer le train de forage (8) dans le trou de forage (10).
  9. Un procédé pour forer un trou de forage (10) au moyen d'un train de forage non-rotatif (8), le procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes :
    - tourner un trépan de forage (2) connecté à l'extrémité distale du train de forage (8), au moyen d'une machine à forer (3) ;
    - passer le train de forage (8) dans le trou de forage (10) au moyen d'une plateforme arrière (28), caractérisé en ce que le procédé comprend d'avantage les étapes de :
    - passer un tuyau à eau (23) ensemble avec le train de forage (8) à l'intérieur du trou de forage (10) depuis l'extérieur sensiblement le long de la totalité de la longueur du train de forage (8) ; et
    - passer un câble d'alimentation et de signaux ensemble avec le train de forage (8) à l'intérieur du trou de forage (10) depuis l'extérieur.
  10. Le procédé selon la revendication 9, le procédé comprenant d'avantage assembler le train de forage au moyen de sections en acier comme des poutrelles à forme H.
  11. Le procédé selon la revendication 10, le procédé comprenant d'avantage assembler les sections en acier au moyen de connexions boulonnées.
  12. Le procédé selon la revendication 9, 10 ou 11, le procédé comprenant d'avantage enrouler le tuyau à eau (23) et le câble d'alimentation et de signaux (24) sur des bobines (4, 5) du côté extérieur du trou de forage (10).
  13. Le procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 12, le procédé comprenant d'avantage, fixer le train de forage (8) au moyen d'un dispositif de verrouillage (11) pendant l'insertion de nouvelles sections au train de forage (8).
  14. Le procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 14, le procédé comprenant d'avantage, centrer le train de forage (8) dans un trou de forage (10) au moyen de poignées (21).
