Abstract

Bei einer Schlauchpumpe mit einem Pumpenschlauch (12) ist wenigstens ein Quetschelement (24) im Pumpbetrieb der Schlauchpumpe (46) mittels eines Pumpenantriebs (34, 36; 92, 36) zyklisch derart entlang des Pumpenschlauchs (12) bewegbar, dass dieser gequetscht und ein im Pumpenschlauch (12) befindliches Medium gefördert wird. Die Schlauchpumpe (46) umfasst ein Synchronisationssystem (48), durch welches die Bewegungen und/oder die Positionen des wenigstens einen Quetschelements (24) und eines sich im Pumpenschlauch (12) befindlichen Molches (40) derart synchronisierbar ist, dass es bei aktivem Pumpenantrieb (34, 36; 92, 36) zu keiner Positionskollision an einer Kollisionsstelle (78) zwischen dem Quetschelement (24) und dem Molch (40) kommt. Außerdem ist ein Applikationssystem zum Beschichten von Gegenständen angegeben, bei dem mittels einer derartigen Schlauchpumpe (46), die in einer Versorgungsleitung (58) angeordnet ist, Beschichtungsmaterial aus wenigstens einem Reservoir (52.1, 52.2) förderbar ist. Es ist ferner wenigstens eine Molchstation (66) vorhanden, aus welcher ein Molch (40) in die Versorgungsleitung (58) abgebbar ist.
