Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de reliure selon lequel après la phase initiale (pliage, assemblage, couture) de production de diverses formes d'imprimés (livres, carnets, agendas, répertoires téléphoniques, etc.), et après renforcement avec une colle de reliure à froid, le dos (joint) (5) est garni d'un ruban spécial (4), de sorte que la colle ne pénètre pas à l'intérieur de l'imprimé (blocs de feuillets composés) (figure 3). En outre, un signet (7) (figure 5a, 5b) est intégré dans l'imprimé (blocs de feuillets composés), une perforation est effectuée, un étui en papier (8) (figure 6) est inséré, une sérigraphie est exécutée, une incision (1) est pratiquée dans la couverture (figure 1) à des fins décoratives. Enfin, une fermeture à glissière (9) est disposée sur la face externe, par couture (figure 7). Ce procédé peut être utilisé pour relier des livres, des agendas, des carnets, des magazines et du matériel publicitaire (brochures).
