Claims (14)

  1. Übungsgerät (10), umfassend:
    eine Schienenbaugruppe, die eine Vielzahl von Schienen (20) umfasst, die jeweils ein erstes Ende (66), ein zweites Ende (66) und eine Länge aufweisen, wobei die Schienen parallel zueinander gehalten werden;
    einen Fußträger (22) mit einem ersten Ende und einem zweiten Ende, der eine Vielzahl von Rädern (104, 105) aufweist, die in einer Weise an den Fußträger (22) montiert sind, dass sie diesem ermöglichen, entlang der Schienenbaugruppe zu rollen, wobei sich das erste Ende des Fußträgers (22) in der Nähe des ersten Endes der Schienen (20) befindet und wobei sich das zweite Ende des Fußträgers in der Nähe des zweiten Endes der Schienen (20) befindet; und
    eine Vielzahl von Widerstandselementen (26), welche die Bewegung des Fußträgers (22) entlang der Schienenbaugruppe verhindern;
    wobei der Fußträger (22) einen Rahmen (28) und eine Fußstütze (30) umfasst; und wobei die Fußstütze (30) verschiebbar von dem Rahmen (28) entfernbar ist;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fußstütze (30) durch das Einrasten der Struktur der Fußstütze (30) in den Rahmen (28) befestigt wird; und
    wobei die Widerstandselemente abnehmbar zwischen dem Fußträger (22) und Endkappen (24) eingebunden sind, die an den Enden der Schienen (20) befestigt sind.
  2. Übungsgerät nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Widerstandselemente (26) jeweils ein erstes Ende (120) und ein zweites Ende (122) aufweisen, und wobei das erste Ende (120) des ersten Widerstandselements abnehmbar an dem ersten Ende der Schienenbaugruppe befestigt ist und sein zweites Ende (122) abnehmbar an dem ersten Ende des Fußträgers befestigt ist, und wobei das erste Ende (120) eines zweiten Widerstandselements abnehmbar an dem zweiten Ende der Schienenbaugruppe befestigt ist und sein zweites Ende (122) abnehmbar an dem zweiten Ende des Fußträgers (22) befestigt ist.
  3. Übungsgerät nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, wobei der Rahmen (28) eine Umfangswand (32 und 33) umfasst, die sich um den Umfang des Rahmens erstreckt, wobei der Rahmen eine Vielzahl von Zweigwänden umfasst, wobei die Vielzahl von Zweigwänden und die Umfangswand kombiniert werden, um eine Vielzahl von Öffnungen (34 und 36) zu definieren, wobei der Rahmen (28) Achsen (96) trägt, an denen die Vielzahl von Rädern (104, 105) in den Wänden (32 und 33) der Öffnungen (34 und 36) drehbar montiert sind, wobei die Schienen (20) Kanäle definieren, in denen sich die Räder, die in den Wänden (32 und 33) der Öffnungen (34 und 36) montiert sind, entlang der Oberfläche des Innenraums der Kanäle bewegen können.
  4. Übungsgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Rahmen (28) eine Struktur (38) zum verschiebbaren Aufnehmen und Halten der Fußstütze (30) und zum Tragen einer Vielzahl von Rädern umfasst, und wobei die Fußstütze (30) ein Oberteil (48) in der Form einer flachen Oberfläche, die geformt ist, um den Fuß des Benutzers aufzunehmen, und eine Unterseitenstruktur (50) umfasst, die eine Vorderseite und eine Rückseite aufweist; wobei die Unterseitenstruktur konfiguriert ist, um in den Rahmen (28) einzurasten; wobei die Unterseitenstruktur offene Schlitze (62) aufweist, die sowohl an der Vorderseite als auch an der Rückseite angeordnet sind; und wobei, wenn die Unterseitenstruktur (50) in den Rahmen (28) eingerastet ist, der Rahmen und die Unterseitenstruktur zusammen eine Öffnung (46) an jedem des ersten Endes und des zweiten Endes der Fußträgerbaugruppe (22) definieren.
  5. Übungsgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Widerstandselemente (124) elastische Röhren (124) umfassen, die jeweils ein erstes Ende (120) und ein zweites Ende (122) aufweisen; wobei eine Unterlegscheibe (131) jedes der zweiten Enden der elastischen Röhren (124) umgibt; und wobei ein Stopfen (134) in der Nähe der Unterlegscheibe und in dem Kanal angeordnet ist, der durch die Röhren und in Richtung auf die zweiten Enden der Röhren definiert wird, und die Unterlegscheibe abnehmbar an den elastischen Röhren (124) befestigt.
  6. Übungsgerät nach Anspruch 5, wobei die Widerstandselemente (26) eine Vielzahl von Bändern (126) umfassen, die ein Loch (128) aufweisen, das in der Mitte des Bandes angeordnet ist; wobei sich das erste Ende von jeder der elastischen Röhren durch das Loch (128) erstreckt, das in der Mitte des Bandes angeordnet ist, wobei das Band ein erstes Ende (118) und ein zweites Ende (118) aufweist, die abnehmbar aneinander befestigt sind; wobei ein Stopfen (134) in der Nähe des Bandes und in dem Kanal angeordnet ist, der durch die Röhren und in Richtung zum ersten Ende der Röhren definiert wird, wodurch das Band abnehmbar an den elastischen Röhren befestigt; wobei das Band eine Öse (130) aufweist, die um das Loch (128) angeordnet ist; wobei die Öse (130) einen Innendurchmesser aufweist, der geringer ist als der Außendurchmesser des Stopfens (134), der in dem Kanal an dem ersten Ende (120) der elastischen Röhre angeordnet ist; wobei der Fußträger (22) diejenigen Öffnungen (46) aufweist, die in dem Vorder- und dem Hinterteil davon angeordnet sind, wobei die Öffnungen (46) so dimensioniert sind, dass die Unterlegscheibe (131) nicht durch die Öffnungen passt; und wobei sich jedes der zweiten Enden (122) der elastischen Röhren von außerhalb des Fußträgers (22) durch eine der Öffnungen (46) in den Innenraum in einer Weise erstreckt, dass die Stopfen (134) und die Unterlegscheiben (131) in dem Innenraum des Fußträgers (22) gehalten werden, während sich die ersten Enden (120) der elastischen Röhren außerhalb des Fußträgers (22) erstrecken.
  7. Übungsgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Schienen (20) durch eine Endkappe (24) an jedem Ende der Schienen (66) parallel zueinander gehalten werden, wobei die Endkappen die Enden der Schienen umschließen; und wobei jede Endkappe (24) eine Vielzahl von Schlitzen (70) aufweist, die in der Endkappe angeordnet sind, um die Vielzahl von Widerstandselementen (26) abnehmbar zu befestigen.
  8. Übungsgerät nach Anspruch 6, wobei das erste und das zweite Ende des Bandes (126) mithilfe von Haken- und Ringbefestigungselementen abnehmbar aneinander befestigt werden.
  9. Übungsgerät nach Anspruch 6, wobei das erste und das zweite Ende des Bandes (126) mithilfe einer Schnalle (140) abnehmbar aneinander befestigt werden.
  10. Übungsgerät nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Widerstandselemente umfassen:
    eine Vielzahl von Magneten (150);
    eine Vielzahl von Gegendruckplatten (159), die an der Schienenbaugruppe befestigt sind; und
    mindestens einen Magnethalter (151);
    wobei jeder des mindestens einen Magnethalters (151) ein erstes Ende und ein zweites Ende aufweist; und
    wobei mindestens ein Magnethalter (151) an dem Fußträger (22) befestigt ist.
  11. Übungsgerät nach Anspruch 10, wobei die Widerstandselemente mindestens einen Querträger (152) aufweisen, der ein erstes Ende und ein zweites Ende aufweist, das an dem ersten Ende des Fußträgers (22) angebracht ist, wobei das erste Ende des Querträgers (152) an dem ersten Ende des ersten Magnethalters (151) befestigt ist und wobei sein zweites Ende an dem ersten Ende des zweiten Magnethalters (151) befestigt ist, und wobei mindestens ein Querträger (152) an dem zweiten Ende des Fußträgers (151) angebracht ist, und wobei dessen erstes Ende an dem zweiten Ende des ersten Magnethalters (151) befestigt ist, und wobei dessen zweites Ende an dem zweiten Ende des zweiten Magnethalters (151) befestigt ist, und wobei der Querträger ein Paar Magnetarme (153) enthält, deren erste Enden Vorsprünge definieren, die in der Lage sind, an den Enden der Magnete (150) befestigt zu werden, und deren zweite Enden Zahnleisten (157) definieren, die mit einem Zahnrad (156) ineinandergreifen, das drehbar an den Querträger (152) montiert ist.
  12. Übungsgerät nach Anspruch 11, wobei die Widerstandselemente außerdem einen Hebel (154), der ein erstes Ende aufweist, das an dem Zahnrad (156) befestigt ist und das als ein Drehpunkt verwendet wird, und eine Öffnung in einem Abstand von dem ersten Ende umfassen.
  13. Übungsgerät nach Anspruch 12, wobei die Widerstandsvorrichtung außerdem umfasst:
    einen Wahlschalter (155), der an dem Querträger (152) befestigt ist; und
    eine Platte (155), die eine Vielzahl von Nocken (160) entlang einem Bogen aufweist, der auf die Achse des Zahnrads (156) zentriert ist;
    wobei die Nocken (160) an einem Ort so platziert sind, dass sie in die Öffnung (161) in dem Hebel (154) passen, um den Mechanismus in einer bestimmten Stellung zu verriegeln.
  14. Übungsgerät nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Widerstandselemente umfassen:
    mindestens einen Elektromagnet (168), der an den Magnethaltern (167) befestigt ist und Längsrillen (164) aufweist, in denen die Gegendruckplatten (159) kontaktlos verschiebbar angebracht sind;
    eine Leiterplatte (170), die mit den Elektromagneten (168) elektrisch verbunden ist; und
    eine Steuervorrichtung (172), die mit der Leiterplatte (170) verbunden ist.
