Claims (10)

  1. Vantail de porte ou fenêtre comprenant au moins :
    - un corps principal (1) comportant une chambre isolante (2) obtenue bilatéralement à partir de vitres respectives (3, 4) dont les dimensions sont supérieures aux dimensions de la chambre (2) de manière à former un logement périphérique (5) ouvert vers l'extérieur ; la première vitre (3) ayant les dimensions de son périmètre supérieures à celles de la seconde vitre (4) de sorte qu'elle dépasse du fond du logement (5) jusqu'à une profondeur (P3) étant supérieure à la profondeur (P4) de la seconde vitre (4) ;
    - un châssis interne rigide (6) composé d'une section profilée (7, 8) pour chaque côté du logement (5) et logé à l'intérieur du même logement périphérique (5) ; chaque section profilée (7, 8) étant jointe à ses extrémités à des sections profilées contiguës (8, 7) correspondantes par l'intermédiaire des moyens d'assemblage (9) respectifs ;
    - chacune des sections profilées (7, 8) définissant une zone accessoirisée, ouverte sur l'extérieur, logeant des moyens à charnière (10) qui, en fonctionnement, relient le corps principal (1) le long d'un axe vertical (Z) à un châssis fixe (11), et logeant aussi des moyens (12) qui, en fonctionnement, font fonctionner et/ou entraînent le vantail (100) de manière à lui permettre au moins de tourner autour de l'axe vertical (Z) afin de définir une configuration d'ouverture et de fermeture de la porte ou de la fenêtre, les moyens d'assemblage (9) comprenant un organe de référence et d'assemblage pour chaque paire d'extrémités des sections profilées (7, 8) ; ledit organe de référence et d'assemblage comprenant une première aile (14) et une seconde aile (15) dépassant de surfaces en angle du corps central (13) et configurées pour être accouplées à l'intérieur de chambres tubulaires (7a, 8a) formées par les sections profilées (7, 8) correspondantes, caractérisé en ce que chaque organe de référence et d'assemblage (9) comporte au moins :
    - un corps central (13) pourvu de deux surfaces de contact, en formant un angle entre elles, servant aux extrémités correspondantes des sections profilées (7, 8) à être assemblées de manière à former un angle servant à assembler le châssis (6) ;
    - au moins une troisième aile (16) dépassant latéralement d'une extrémité du corps central (13) et configurée pour contenir, en butée, les bords de l'angle de la seconde vitre (4) de manière à définir un point de référence externe lorsque l'organe de référence et d'assemblage (9) est placé dans le logement (5), dans lequel le corps central (13) comprend un paroi interne frontale (13a) configurée pour se mettre en contact stable, en fonctionnement, avec au moins une surface en angle de la chambre isolante (2) de manière à définir un troisième point de référence lors du placement dans le logement (5).
  2. Vantail selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les surfaces par lesquelles le corps central (13) se met en contact avec les extrémités des sections profilées (7, 8) sont réciproquement espacées par une distance au moins égale à une épaisseur (S, S1) du corps central (13) afin de permettre au corps central (13) lui-même de former une partie externe et visible de l'angle du châssis (6) en étant placée, en fonctionnement, entre les deux extrémités des sections profilées (7, 8).
  3. Vantail selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel chaque corps central (13) est pourvu, sur ses surfaces libres, de raccords profilés (17) reliant les zones accessoirisées des sections profilées tubulaires (7, 8) de manière à créer une continuité, en fonctionnement, entre les deux zones accessoirisées des sections profilées tubulaires (7, 8) elles-mêmes.
  4. Vantail selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel chaque corps central (13) est pourvu, sur ses surfaces libres, de pistes (18) définissant des zones servant au raccordement de zones correspondantes, pour recevoir des moyens d'étanchéité (19) pour le vantail (100), présentes sur les sections profilées tubulaires (7, 8).
  5. Vantail selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le corps central (13) comprend une quatrième aile (20) dépassant à l'autre extrémité de celui-ci pour se mettre en contact, lorsqu'elle est montée, avec une face intérieure de la première vitre (3) de manière à fournir un second point de référence servant à centrer le corps central (13) par rapport au logement (5) à l'intérieur du corps principal (1) en combinaison avec la troisième aile (16).
  6. Vantail selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la première aile (14) et la seconde aile (15) comprennent chacune une paire de raccords façonnés (14, 14a, 15, 15a) parallèles l'une à l'autre et dépassant perpendiculairement de la surface correspondante du corps central (13).
  7. Vantail selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la troisième aile (16) est en forme de support doté de deux surfaces perpendiculaires l'une à l'autre pour se mettre en butée contre le bord en angle de la seconde vitre (4).
  8. Vantail selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel chaque extrémité des sections profilées (7, 8) constituant le châssis intérieur (6) est coupée ou façonnée selon un angle (α) de 45° par rapport à un plan de référence défini par la surface de fond du logement (5), et dans lequel les surfaces de contact du corps central (13) se prolongent selon un angle devant être parallèle aux extrémités des sections profilées (7, 8) lors de l'assemblage ; le corps central (13) comportant, en fonctionnement, une épaisseur (S), étant, une distance entre ses deux surfaces de contact, qui, en fonctionnement, définit la partie en angle visible du châssis (6) ainsi formé.
  9. Vantail selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel chaque extrémité des sections profilées (7, 8) constituant le châssis intérieur (6) est coupée ou façonnée selon un angle (β) de 90 ° étant perpendiculaire à un plan de référence défini par la surface de fond du logement (5), et dans lequel les surfaces de contact du corps central (13) se prolongent selon un angle devant être parallèle aux extrémités des sections profilées (7, 8) lors de l'assemblage ; le corps central (13) comportant une épaisseur (S1), étant, une distance entre les deux surfaces de contact, qui, en fonctionnement, définit la partie en angle visible du châssis (6) ainsi formé.
