Referring toFig. 2A , thefirst connection circuit 121 is formed at a center of thecircuit board 12, and thesecond connection circuit 122 is formed at a periphery of thefirst connection circuit 121 and not contacted with thefirst connection circuit 121. Thecontact portion 23 and the throughhole 24 are disposed on two opposite sides of the wall of theexterior sheath 21. When the electric connection posts 20 are inserted into thecircuit board 12, eachcontact portion 23 is facing towards the center of thecircuit board 12 to be pressed against thefirst connection circuit 121. Eachcontact portion 26 of theinterior post 22 is facing toward the periphery of thecircuit board 12 to be pressed against thesecond connection circuit 122. Otherwise, thesecond connection circuit 122 may be formed at the center of thecircuit board 12, and thefirst connection circuit 121 may be formed at the periphery of thesecond connection circuit 122 and not contacted with thesecond connection circuit 122, as shown inFig. 2B . Eachcontact portion 26 of theinterior post 22 is facing towards the center of thecircuit board 12 to be pressed against thesecond connection circuit 122. Eachcontact portion 23 of theexterior sheath 21 is facing toward the periphery of thecircuit board 12 to be pressed against thefirst connection circuit 121. - Regarding the
electric connection post 20, thecontact portion 23 of theexterior sheath 21 is perpendicular to theexterior sheath 21 and thecontact portion 26 of theinterior post 22 is perpendicular to theinterior post 22. Thecontact portion 23 of theexterior sheath 21 and thecontact portion 26 of theinterior post 22 are located at the same level. Therefore, when theelectric connection post 20 is mounted on thecircuit board 12, thecontact portion 23 of theexterior sheath 21 and thecontact portion 26 of theinterior post 22 are respectively pressed against the first andsecond connection circuits contact portions exterior sheath 21 and theinterior post 22, respectively. Thecontact portion 23 of theexterior sheath 21 and thecontact portion 26 of theinterior post 22 may be located at different levels. As long as thecontact portion 23 of theexterior sheath 21 and thecontact portion 26 of theinterior post 22 are respectively pressed against the first andsecond connection circuits electric connection post 20 is mounted on thecircuit board 12. Moreover, theinsulator 25 disposed between theexterior sheath 21 and theinterior post 22 is an insulation paste and the insulation paste is preferred to be filled in the throughhole 24 at a position that is corresponding to thecontact portion 26. Therefore, theinterior post 22 is fixed in theexterior sheath 21 and thecontact portion 26 of theinterior post 22 is separated from theexterior sheath 21 to ensure the electric insulation between theexterior sheath 21 and theinterior post 22. - The first and
second insertion portions exterior sheath 21 are shaped in tubes. The first andsecond insertion portions interior sheath 21 are disposed in centers of the first andsecond insertion portions exterior sheath 21, respectively. An inner diameter of thefirst insertion portion 211 of theexterior sheath 21 is corresponding to an exterior diameter of thesecond insertion portion 212 of theexterior sheath 21, and therefore it allows thesecond insertion portion 212 of theexterior sheath 21 to be fitted into thefirst insertion portion 211 of anotherexterior sheath 21. - The
first insertion portion 221 of theinterior post 22 is preferred to be an insertion rod and thesecond insertion portion 222 of theinterior post 22 is preferred to be an insertion sleeve allowing thefirst insertion portion 221 of anotherinterior post 22 to be inserted thereto. Otherwise, thefirst insertion portion 221 may be an insertion sleeve and thesecond insertion portion 222 may be an insertion rod, so that thesecond insertion portion 222 of theinterior post 22 may be inserted into thefirst insertion portion 221 of anotherinterior post 22. - For the
top cover 30, a top of a wall of thehollow stud 31 is extended inward to form astop ring 311 corresponding to thefirst insertion portion 211 of theexterior sheath 21, so that the top of thefirst insertion portion 211 of theexterior sheath 21 is pressed against thestop ring 311 as shown inFigs. 1 ,6 and8 . Theexterior sheath 21 of theelectric connection post 20 may further includes astop plate 214 extended outward from a top of a wall of theexterior sheath 21 adjacent to thefirst insertion portion 211. Thus, when thefirst insertion portion 211 of theexterior sheath 21 is inserted into thehollow stud 31 of thetop cover 30, thestop plate 214 is pressed against an inner top surface of thetop cover 30. - Referring to
Figs. 1 and7 , thebase 10 includes a plurality of engagingribs 14 disposed at a periphery thereof and an inner wall of thetop cover 30 includes a plurality of engagingslots 32 corresponding to the engagingribs 14. The engagingribs 14 may directly engage with the engagingslots 32 or the base 10 may connect with thetop cover 30 by ultrasound welding or conductive plastics. - The
exterior sheath 21 and theinterior post 22 of theelectric connection post 20 are preferred to be made of a conductive plastic. - Referring to
Fig. 3C , when assembling theelectric connection post 20, it only needs to place theinterior post 22 in theexterior sheath 21 and fill the insulation paste into theexterior sheath 21 to separate theexterior sheath 21 from theinterior post 22. After the insulation paste is solidified, theinterior post 22 is fixed in theexterior sheath 22. Referring toFig. 3C , when assembling theelectric connection post 20 with thecircuit board 12, it only needs to respectively align thecontact portion 23 of theexterior sheath 21 and thecontact portion 26 of theinterior post 22 with the first andsecond connection circuits circuit board 12 and then insert theelectric connection post 20 into theinsertion hole 123 of thecircuit board 12. Therefore, theexterior sheath 21 and theinterior post 22 become a part of an electric connection structure of the electric connection building block. - When connecting two electric connection building blocks with each other, the
hollow studs 31 of a second electric connection building block are inserted into therecesses 11 of a first electric connection building block as shown inFig. 6 . Thesecond insertion portions 212 disposed at the bottoms of theexterior sheaths 21 of the first electric connection building block are inserted into thefirst insertion portions 211 disposed at the tops of theexterior sheaths 21 of the second electric connection building block. Thefirst insertion portions 221 disposed at the tops of theinterior posts 22 of the second electric connection building block are inserted into thesecond insertion portions 222 disposed at the bottoms of theinterior posts 22 of the first electric connection building block. Therefore, the first andsecond connection circuits second connection circuits - The aforementioned
electric connection post 20 of the electric connection building block uses thecontact portions second connection circuits electric connection post 20 only needs theexterior sheath 21 and theinterior post 22 to assemble. It greatly reduces the numbers of components, simplifies assembling processes and reduces assembling time. - Although the present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments thereof, it is apparent to those skilled in the art that a variety of modifications and changes may be made without departing from the scope of the present invention which is intended to be defined by the appended claims.
