Claims (14)

  1. Schutzhaube für ein Ventil eines unter Druck stehenden Fluidbehälters, zwei Halbschalen (1, 2) umfassend, die miteinander zusammengesetzt sind, wobei die beiden Halbschalen (1, 2) eine untere Basis (11) bilden, die dazu bestimmt ist, im Bereich einer Öffnung eines Behälters montiert zu werden, wobei die beiden Halbschalen (1, 2) entlang einer senkrechten Ebene zur Basis (11) zusammengesetzt werden, und ein Innenvolumen zum Schutz für ein Ventil definieren, wobei die beiden Halbschalen (1, 2) durch Befestigungsachssysteme (4) zusammengesetzt werden, die mit Sitzen (14) zusammenwirken, die in den Halbschalen (1, 2) gebildet werden, wobei die beiden Halbschalen (1, 2) in der zusammengesetzten Position zumindest eine Öffnung (3, 13) für den Zugriff auf das Schutz-Innenvolumen definieren, wobei die Haube darüber hinaus im Bereich eines oberen Endes der Haube ein Teil (5) zum Verstreben und Verriegeln der beiden Halbschalen (1, 2) enthält, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Teil (5) zum Verstreben und Verriegeln zwei Enden umfasst, die jeweils an den beiden Halbschalen (1, 2) angebracht sind, wobei das Teil (5) zum Verstreben und Verriegeln die allgemeine Form eines auf einer Armatur (7) beigebrachten Trägers aufweist, die durch die beiden Halbschalen (1, 2) gebildet wird, wobei die Armatur (7) mit dem Teil (5) zum Verstreben bedeckt ist, das einen oberen Handgriff der Haube bildet, wobei die beiden Enden des Teils (5) zum Verstreben und Verriegeln durch Einrasten mit den beiden Halbschalen (1, 2) verbunden sind.
  2. Haube nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Enden des Teils (5) zum Verstreben und Verriegeln durch ein nicht abnehmbares Befestigungselement mit den beiden Halbschalen (1, 2) verbunden sind, das heißt, dass die Abnahme des Teils (5) zum Verstreben und Verriegeln im Verhältnis zu den Halbschalen (1, 2) nicht möglich ist, ohne das Teil (5) zum Verstreben und Verriegeln und/ oder eine Halbschale (1, 2) und/ oder ein Verbindungselement zu beschädigen.
  3. Haube nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Ende des Teils (5) zum Verstreben und Verriegeln durch zumindest einen Haken (15) mit einer Halbschale (1, 2) verbunden ist, der fest mit dem Teil (5) zum Verstreben verbunden ist, und mit einem gemeinsamen Sitz (6) zusammenwirkt, der sich auf der Halbschale (1, 2) befindet.
  4. Haube nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich zumindest ein Haken (15) auf einer Schiene befindet, die fest mit dem Teil (5) zum Verstreben und Verriegeln verbunden ist, und die besagte Schiene (25), wenn das Teil (5) zum Verstreben mit seinen beiden jeweils an den beiden Halbschalen (1, 2) verbundenen Enden in der oberen Position ist, in einer ergänzenden längslaufenden Nut (35) aufgenommen wird, die sich auf der Halbschale (1, 2) befindet.
  5. Haube nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Teil (5) zum Verstreben und Verriegeln die allgemeine Form eines U-förmig gekrümmten Trägers aufweist, der auf einen gekrümmten Abschnitt (7) mit einer gemeinsamen Form beigebracht wird, der durch die Halbschalen (1, 2) gebildet wird.
  6. Haube nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest ein Abschnitt des Teils (5) zum Verstreben und Verriegeln im Querschnitt eine Form aufweist, die nicht eben ist und die den Abschnitt (7) der Halbschalen (1, 2) umhüllt, auf dem es befestigt ist.
  7. Haube nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest ein Abschnitt des Teils (5) zum Verstreben und Verriegeln einen Querschnitt mit einer allgemeinen Form eines U aufweist und der die äußere Form einer Armatur (7) umhüllt, die durch die Halbschalen (1, 2) gebildet wird, auf der es befestigt ist.
  8. Haube nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mittlere Abschnitt des Teils (5) zum Verstreben und Verriegeln zumindest einen Stift (7) umfasst, der in einem ergänzenden Sitz aufgenommen wird, der in den Halbschalen (1, 2) gebildet wird, wobei sich der zumindest eine Stift (7) auf einer flexiblen Rippe des Teils (5) zum Verstreben und Verriegeln befindet.
  9. Haube nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Teil (5) zum Verstreben und Verriegeln zumindest eine photolumineszierende Fläche umfasst.
  10. Haube nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Enden des Teils (5) zum Verstreben und Verriegeln, die jeweils mit den beiden Halbschalen verbunden sind, jeweils zwei Haken (15) umfassen, wobei die beiden Haken (15) eines selben Endes unterschiedliche Orientierungen aufweisen und mit den jeweiligen gemeinsamen Sitzen auf der Halbschale (1, 2) zusammenwirken, wobei die beiden Haken (15) eines selben Endes in jeweilige Richtungen in ihrem Sitz eingerastet sind, die zumindest teilweise entgegengesetzt sind, um die Abnahme des Teils (5) zum Verstreben und Verriegeln zu verhindern.
  11. Haube nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mehrere Teile (5) zum Verstreben und Verriegeln der beiden Halbschalen (1, 2) umfasst, von denen zumindest eines der Teile (5) zum Verstreben und Verriegeln einen Handgriff der Haube bildet.
  12. Haube nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden zusammengesetzten Halbschalen (1, 2) eine obere Öffnung im oberen Abschnitt der Haube, und eine seitliche Öffnung im seitlichen Abschnitt der Haube bilden, wobei die obere und die seitliche Öffnung durch eine längslaufende Armatur getrennt werden, die durch die Halbschalen gebildet wird und mit dem Teil (5) zum Verstreben und Verriegeln bedeckt ist.
  13. Haube nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die untere Basis der Haube, die durch die zusammengesetzten Halbschalen (1, 2) definiert wird, zumindest eine gekrümmte Schürze umfasst, die einen unteren Handgriff bildet und/ oder eine Öffnung, die einen unteren Handgriff bildet.
  14. Unter Druck stehender Fluidbehälter, der mit einem Ventil mit oder ohne Druckminderer versehen ist, wobei das Ventil durch eine Haube geschützt ist, die auf dem Behälter montiert ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haube irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13 entspricht.
