Claims (15)

  1. Belastungswalze für eine Spulenwelle eines Aufwicklers für eine Faserbahn, wobei die Belastungswalze zum Blockieren und/oder Belasten der Wickelwelle (15) eines Aufwicklers (10) vorgesehen ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Belastungswalze (30) zumindest teilweise aus einem elastischen Material hergestellt ist.
  2. Belastungswalze nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Belastungswalze (30) eine elastische Abdeckung (35) oder eine elastische Schicht (33, 34) aufweist.
  3. Belastungswalze nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Belastungswalze (30) aus einem elastischen Material besteht.
  4. Belastungswalze nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    das elastische Material ein elastisches Polymermaterial ist.
  5. Belastungswalze nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    das elastische Material ein elastomeres Material ist.
  6. Belastungswalze nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    das elastische Material ein Polyurethan ist.
  7. Belastungswalze nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Belastungswalze (30) eine Belastungswalze (30) einer Verriegelungs- und Belastungseinrichtung (13, 14) von primären Aufwickeleinrichtungen (12) des Aufwicklers (10) ist.
  8. Belastungswalze nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Belastungswalze (30) eine Belastungswalze (30) einer Verriegelungs- und Belastungseinrichtung (19) von sekundären Aufwickeleinrichtungen (18) des Aufwicklers (10) ist.
  9. Belastungswalze nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die elastische Schicht (33, 34) der Belastungswalze (30) zwischen zwei metallischen Oberflächen (31, 32) angeordnet ist.
  10. Belastungswalze nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Belastungswalze (30) Lager aus Federmetall aufweist.
  11. Belastungswalze nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    das elastische Material durch Gießen hergestellt ist.
  12. Belastungswalze nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    das elastische Material mittels eines Klebemittels an der Belastungswalze (30) angebracht ist.
  13. Belastungswalze nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Belastungswalze (30) die Wickelwelle (15) mittels des Lagergehäuses (16) der Wickelwelle (15) trägt.
  14. Belastungswalze nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Dicke der elastischen Materialschicht 5 - 150 mm, vorzugsweise 20 - 50 mm, beträgt.
  15. Belastungswalze nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Härte des elastischen Materials 50 - 103 Shore A, vorzugsweise 70 - 95 Shore A, beträgt.
