Fig. 1 zeigt einen erfindungsgemäßen Rollstuhl 1 in vereinfachter schematischer Darstellung. Ersichtlich ist, dass ein Schwenkmechanismus 4 vorgesehen ist, welcher eine Sitzfläche 6 mit einem Grundgestell 2 schwenkbar verbindet. Im Ausführungsbeispiel ist eine Verbindung zwischen dem Schwenkmechanismus 4 und der Sitzfläche 6 indirekt durch ein Gegenstück 10 und ein Rückenlehnenteil 7 hergestellt. Vorteilhafterweise ist die Sitzfläche 6 wie dargestellt gegenüber dem Rückenlehnenteil 7 um eine Klappachse 9 klappbar ausgeführt, sodass der Rollstuhl 1 bei Bedarf auf geringem Raum verstaut werden kann. Durch diese Ausführung ist auch eine Änderung einer Neigung der Sitzfläche 6 relativ zum Rückenlehnenteil 7 möglich. Die Sitzfläche 6 ist jedoch in allen anderen Richtungen, insbesondere einer Bewegungsrichtung V, unbeweglich mit dem Rückenlehnenteil 7 verbunden, sodass eine Therapiebewegung vom Rückenlehnenteil 7 direkt auf die Sitzfläche 6 übertragen wird. Bei einer bevorzugten Ausführung gemäß dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel wird eine Vor- und Zurückbewegung der Sitzfläche 6 durch einen Druck auf das Rückenlehnenteil 7 eingeleitet. Alternativ ist eine schwenkbare Befestigung der Sitzfläche 6 am Grundgestell 2 möglich, wobei die Therapiebewegung nur von der Sitzfläche 6 ausgeführt wird und das Rückenlehnenteil 7 stillsteht. Die Sitzfläche 6 ist vorzugsweise höhenverstellbar ausgeführt, wobei eine stufenlose Einstellbarkeit oder definierte Höhenpositionen für die Sitzfläche vorgesehen sein können. Ein Mechanismus zur Höhenverstellung kann dabei in den Schwenkmechanismus 4 integriert sein oder in das Grundgestell 2, um den Schwenkmechanismus 4 mit der Sitzfläche 6 vertikal zu verschieben. Wie dargestellt ist das Grundgestell 2 vorzugsweise vorne offen ausgeführt, sodass bei einer Bewegung der Sitzfläche 6 gegenüber dem Grundgestell 2 Beine eines Patienten nicht mit dem Grundgestell 2 kollidieren. Bevorzugt ist das Grundgestell 2 in einer Draufsicht u-förmig ausgebildet. Während einer Therapie werden Füße des Patienten auf den Fußstützen 8 abgestützt, sodass durch eine Bewegung der Sitzfläche 6 Gelenke der Beine des Patienten passiv bewegt werden. Fig. 3 zeigt schematisch eine weitere Ausführungsvariante eines erfindungsgemäßen Rollstuhles 1 in einer Seitenansicht. Bei dieser Ausführungsvariante ist das Gegenstück 10 um eine Drehachse 11 drehbar mit der Sitzfläche 6 verbunden. Um dennoch eine Stabilität gewährleisten zu können, ist ein bewegbarer Zylinder 12 vorgesehen, mit welchem eine Neigung von Sitzfläche 6 samt Rückenlehnenteil 7 um die Drehachse 11 einstellbar ist. Der Zylinder 12 kann dabei beispielsweise als Pneumatik-oder Hydraulikzylinder ausgeführt sein, welcher mit einer Pneumatik- oder Hydraulikpumpe verbunden ist, um die Neigung durch vorzugsweise elektronisches Aktivieren der Pneumatik- oder Hydraulikpumpe zu verändern. Der Zylinder 12 ist dazu vorzugsweise mit dem Schwenkmechanismus 4, insbesondere dem Gegenstück 10, und der Sitzfläche 6 drehbar verbunden, wobei eine Längenänderung des Zylinders 12 zu einem Kippen von Sitzfläche 6 samt Rückenlehnenteil 7 um die Drehachse 11 führt. Dadurch ist eine Fixierung von Sitzfläche 6 samt Rückenlehnenteil 7 in einer beliebigen gekippten Position relativ zu einem Boden möglich. Weiter ist auch die Fußstütze 8 bei dieser Variante drehbar bzw. schwenkbar mit dem Rollstuhl 1 verbunden, sodass auch ein Schwenken der Fußstütze 8 in eine waagrechte Position entlang des dargestellten Doppelpfeils möglich ist. Auch bei dieser Ausführungsvariante ist durch die Hebel 5, welche das Gegenstück 10 mit der Sitzfläche 6 verbinden, eine etwa parallele Bewegung der Sitzfläche 6 relativ zu einer Ausgangsposition möglich. Aufgrund der drehbaren Verbindung zwischen Gegenstück 10 und Sitzfläche 6 kann dies jedoch auch eine Position sein, in welcher sowohl die Sitzfläche 6 als auch das Rückenlehnenteil 7 um die Drehachse 11 nach hinten gekippt sind. Dadurch werden weitere Körperpositionen des Patienten während der Therapie möglich, wodurch die Therapie besonders individuell an den jeweiligen Patienten anpassbar ist.
