Abstract
La présente invention concerne un pion (P) à signature coopérant avec un terminal numérique muni d'un écran capacitif caractérisé en ce que le pion (P) comprend un circuit conducteur (10) depuis la zone de maintien (ZM) de prise en main du pion (P) jusqu'à la semelle (ZS) du pion posé sur l'écran capacitif, la semelle (ZS) du pion (P) comporte une grille à picot, le circuit conducteur comporte un interrupteur à pilotage électronique (11) qui permet de coder un message en bit à l'adresse du terminal numérique à travers l'écran capacitif lorsque l'utilisateur applique le pion (P) sur l'écran capacitif.
Description
PION EMETTEUR DE BIT SUR ECRAN CAPACITIF
La présente invention concerne un pion à semelle picot émetteur de bit sur écran capacitif. L'invention propose un dispositif électronique intégré à un pion ou à une figurine qui permette d'émettre des informations en direction d'un écran capacitif d'un terminal numérique. L'invention vise à proposer une signature électronique à un pion qui soit ensuite reconnu par l'écran capacitif d'un terminal numérique. L'invention vise ensuite à transmettre un flux d'information au terminal électronique par contact au moyen d'un contact avec l'écran capacitif. L'invention permet soit que le pion soit directement posé sur l'écran capacitif du terminal numérique, soit que le pion soit distant de l'écran capacitif, par exemple sur un plateau de jeu annexe, et que les informations soient tout de même transmises par différents moyens décrits ci après au terminal numérique.
Il n'est pas encore connu de dispositifs électroniques qui soit reconnu par l'écran capacitif d'un terminal numérique. Il n'est également pas encore connu de dispositif qui transmette un flux d'information au terminal électronique par contact au moyen d'un contact avec l'écran capacitif.
Un objet principal de l'invention est proposer un pion électronique qui soit reconnu par l'écran capacitif d'un terminal numérique.

Les figurines peuvent par exemple évoluer sur un plateau de jeu distant. Par des moyens décrits ultérieurement elles transmettent des informations de jeu à travers l'écran capacitif au terminal numérique.
Dans un aspect principal, l'invention propose un pion qui présente un circuit conducteur depuis la zone de prise en main du pion jusqu'à la semelle du pion. La semelle du pion comporte une grille à picot. LA grille à picot peut comporter un ou plusieurs picots. Le circuit conducteur
comporte un interrupteur piloté électroniquement. L'utilisateur applique le pion sur l'écran avec sa main qui maintient la zone de prise en main et qui plaque la semelle sur l'écran, la conductivité du corps de l'utilisateur traverse donc le pion de façon contrôlée et est reçue et traitée par l'écran capacitif.
Dans un aspect, l'invention propose un interrupteur électronique qui est monté sur une clé de stockage du type clé USB.
Dans un aspect, l'invention propose une figurine qui permette facilement de loger et de déloger la clé de stockage USB.
Dans un aspect, la clé de stockage USB peut enregistrer des informations sous un format qui puisse ensuite transmis par impulsion électrique à l'écran capacitif.
Dans un aspect, le pion est constitué de plusieurs parties qui peuvent être éloignées. Une première partie contient l'électronique et l'intelligence. Une seconde partie contient la signature du pion. Les deux parties sont reliées par des moyens filaires conducteurs d'information ou par des ondes sans fil.
Dans un aspect la seconde partie qui comprend la signature du pion comprend une ventouse qui se solidarise à l'écran capacitif du terminal numérique.
Dans un aspect, les pions évoluent sur un plateau de jeu distant et transmettent les informations de jeu à distance à l'écran capacitif du terminal numérique.
Dans un aspect, la transmission d'information entre le première partie du pion qui contient l'électronique et la seconde qiu contient la signature se fait à distance par liaison fïlaire ou par liaison sans fil. Matériellement le corps du pion n'est pas disposé sur l'écran capicitif, il est disposé sur un plateau de jeu distant. Seule la signature reste disosée sur l'écran capacitif.

La figure 1 représente une coupe simplifiée de côté du pion (P). L'utilisateur maintient le pion (P) avec sa main sur la zone de maintien (ZM) conductrice. Un circuit conducteur (10) traverse le pion (P) et va atteindre la semelle (ZS) du pion (P) qui est posée sur l'écran capacitif du terminal numérique. La figure 2 représente la semelle (ZS) du pion (P) qui présente une série de picots conducteurs maillés entre eux. En touchant la zone de maintien (ZM) et en plaquant la semelle (ZS) du pion (P) sur l'écran capacitif, l'utilisateur transmet sa conductivité à l'écran qui lit une série de points tel que sur la semelle du pion. Cette lecture est couplée dans d'autres brevets à une signature de l'identité du pion. Un interrupteur électronique (11) monté dans le pion (P) peut couper et ouvrir le circuit conducteur (10). Ce pilotage du circuit conducteur permet donc d'émettre des informations sous une forme alternée d'ouverture / fermeture à l'écran, et permet ainsi une transmission en bit d'information. Un peu à la façon du morse, le pion peut donc parler et être entendu par l'écran capacitif. Cette faculté du pion de parler au terminal numérique à travers l'écran capacitif ouvre donc de forte perspective en terme de fonctionnalité du pion qui gagne une forme d'intelligence et qui peut donc revêtir des fonctions utiles pour par exemple le jeu, la bureautique, la communication. La figure 3
représente une variante avancée de l'invention dans laquelle l'électronique interrupteur (11) est monté sur un clé de stockage USB (30). La clé de stockage (30) étant de type connu avec une fiche mâle USB (31) destinée à être raccordée à des ports USB d'ordinateurs. La clé UBB (30) comporte une électronique de commande et de stockage (33), montée sur une carte (32), qui dialogue avec l'ordinateur à travers la fiche mâle (31) avec l'ordinateur en se branchant dessus. Un interrupteur électronique (11) est monté en série sur la carte (32) avec la l'électronique de commande et de stockage (32) qui pilote l'interrupteur électronique (11). L'ensemble de cet interrupteur électronique est branché par une première sortie (37) sur la zone de maintien et par une seconde sortie (35) vers la zone de signature (ZS). Sous une forme particulière la seconde sortie (35) est connectée à la fiche mâle de la clé de stockage USB (30). La figure 4 représente l'intégration d'une clé USB de stockage (30) montée dans un pion (P) avec une ouverture (40) permettant de retirer et de repositionner la clé dans le pion (P). Il est bien compris que l'utilisateur peut ainsi utiliser sa clé dans sa fonction stockage, par exemple pour recueillir ou préciser des informations qui seront ensuite transmises au terminal numérique avec les moyens tels que décrits dans la présente invention. La figure 5 représente un pion (P) en deux parties selon une première variante de l'invention. Selon cette figure, le pion (P) est tel que celui décrit en figures 1 à 4. Sa
différence tient dans le fait que sa semelle de signature (ZS) est détachée du pion et reliée au pion par un liaison filaire conductrice ((50). Cette solution offre l'avantage de pouvoir faire évoluer le pion sur une surfac de jeu exportée de cellle du plateau de jeu tout en continuant à envoyer des informations de jeu au terminal numérique à travers son écran capacitif. La figure 6 représente une variante du même type que celle de la figure 5, à la différence que dans ce cas, la liaison entre le ion (P) et la zone de signature (ZS) se fait par une liaison sans fil.

1 - Pion (P) à signature coopérant avec un terminal numérique muni d'un écran capacitif caractérisé en ce que le pion (P) comprend un circuit conducteur (10) depuis la zone de maintien (ZM) de prise en main du pion (P) jusqu'à la semelle (ZS) du pion posé sur l'écran capacitif, la semelle (ZS) du pion (P) comporte une grille à picot, le circuit conducteur comporte un interrupteur à pilotage électronique (11) qui permet de coder un message en bit à l'adresse du terminal numérique à travers l'écran capacitif lorsque l'utilisateur applique le pion (P) sur l'écran capacitif.
2 - Pion (P) à signature coopérant avec un terminal numérique muni d'un écran capacitif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que l'interrupteur électronique est activé par un dispositif électronique de commande lorsque l'utilisateur applique le pion (P) sur l'écran capacitif.
3 - Pion (P) à signature coopérant avec un terminal numérique muni d'un écran capacitif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que Γ interrupteur (11) est monté électroniquement sur une clé de stockage USB (30) qui comporte une fiche mâle USB (31) destinée à être raccordée à des ports USB d'ordinateur et une électronique de commande et de stockage (33),
montée sur une carte (32), qui dialogue avec l'ordinateur à travers la fiche mâle (31), l'interrupteur électronique (11) est branché par une première sortie (37) sur la zone de maintien et par une seconde sortie (35) vers la zone de signature (ZS).
4 - Pion (P) à signature coopérant avec un terminal numérique muni d'un écran capacitif selon la revendication 3 caractérisé en ce que la seconde sortie (35) est connectée à la fiche mâle de la clé de stockage USB (30). 5 - Pion (P) à signature coopérant avec un terminal numérique muni d'un écran capacitif selon la revendication 3 caractérisé en ce que la clé USB de stockage (30) est montée dans le pion (P) avec une ouverture (40) permettant de retirer et de repositionner la clé dans le pion (P). 6 - Pion (P) à signature coopérant avec un terminal numérique muni d'un écran capacitif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que le circuit conducteur (10) du pion (P) est détaché de la semelle (ZS) du pion (P) et en communication avec cette semelle (ZS) soit par une liaison filaire conductrice, soit par une liaison par onde sans fil.
7 - Pion (P) à signature coopérant avec un terminal numérique muni d'un écran capacitif selon la revendication 1 et 6 caractérisé en ce que le pion (P) est un pion de jeu qui évolue sur un plateau de jeu distant de l'écran capacitif du terminal numérique, mais dont des actions de jeu sont bien représentés en temps réel sur le terminal numérique.
