Insbesondere an die zentrumsnahen Enden der etwa parallel zu der Tischplatte verlaufenden oberen Fußabschnitte kann sich jeweils ein etwa senkrechter Fußabschnitt anschließen, wobei die senkrechten Fußabschnitte oft mittels sogenannter Tischmittel derart aneinander oder - insbesondere im Falle von Klapptischen mit relativ großen Tischplatten - an einem gemeinsamen, beispielweise an der Unterseite der Tischplatte angelenkten Träger befestigt sind, dass zumindest einige Füße in Richtung der anderen Füße bzw. in Richtung des Trägers geklappt werden können, um im zusammengeklappten Zustand für die Ausrichtung aller Füße sowie gegebenenfalls des Trägers im Wesentlichen in einer Ebene und somit für eine platzsparende Anordnung der Füße zu sorgen. - Folding table according to one of Claims 1 to 14, characterized in that the table top (1) is produced from at least one plastics material, from at least one wood-based material or from a composite made up of at least one plastics material and at least one wood-based material, in particular in the form of a plastics-material-coated core made up of a pressboard.
