Claims (9)

  1. Vacuum cleaner (1) comprising control elements and display elements for operating the vacuum cleaner (1) and for displaying information, characterised by a projection unit (2) for projecting the control elements and display elements onto a projection surface (4), a light source (5) for radiation in the non-visible range, and a camera for capturing reflected beams of the light source (5) in order to detect operation of the control elements on the projection surface (4).
  2. Vacuum cleaner (1) according to claim 1, wherein the projection unit (2) comprises a laser and/or one or more LEDs.
  3. Vacuum cleaner (1) according to either claim 1 or claim 2, wherein the light source (5) is an infrared light source.
  4. Vacuum cleaner (1) according to any of claims 1 to 3, wherein the projection unit (2), the light source (5) and the camera are arranged on the rear face (3) of the vacuum cleaner (1).
  5. Vacuum cleaner (1) according to any of claims 1 to 3, wherein the projection unit (2), the light source (5) and the camera are arranged in a handle (6) of the vacuum cleaner (1).
  6. Vacuum cleaner (1) according to any of claims 1 to 5, wherein the projection surface (4) is located on a floor surface.
  7. Vacuum cleaner (1) according to any of claims 1 to 6, wherein the vacuum cleaner is designed as a robotic vacuum cleaner (10).
  8. Vacuum cleaner (1) according to any of claims 1 to 5, wherein the projection surface (4) is located on an upper face (9) of the vacuum cleaner (1).
