Abstract
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Schnellkuppler zum Ankuppeln eines Werkzeugs wie beispielsweise Baggerlöffel, Schalengreifer oder Abbruchzangen an einen Werkzeugführer wie Baggerstiel oder dergleichen, mit einer Ankuppelaufnahme zum Aufnehmen eines ersten Verriegelungsteils und einer Verriegelungsaufnahme zum Aufnehmen eines zweiten Verriegelungsteils, wobei die Ankuppelaufnahme ein vorzugsweise selbstverriegelndes Sicherungselement zum Fangen und/oder Sichern des ersten Verriegelungsteils in der Ankuppelaufnahme zugeordnet ist und der Verriegelungsaufnahme ein druckmittelbetätigbares Verriegelungselement zum Verriegeln des zweiten Verriegelungsteils in der Verriegelungsaufnahme zugeordnet ist. Erfindungsgemäß ist das Sicherungselement der Ankuppelaufnahme ebenfalls von dem Druckkreis, der an sich zur Betätigung des Verriegelungselements der Verriegelungsaufnahme vorgesehen ist, betätigbar, wobei das genannte Sicherungselement über ein Druckschaltventil, das bei Erreichen/Überschreiten eines vorbestimmten ersten Drucks öffnet, mit dem Entriegelungs-Druckanschluss des Druckkreises verbunden ist und die Ventileinrichtung des Druckkreises eine Drucksteuereinrichtung zum Steuern der am Entriegelungs-Druckanschluss anliegenden Drucks wahlweise auf einen zweiten Druck größer als der genannte erste Druck und einen dritten Druck kleiner als der genannte erste Druck aufweist.
